The staff was not friendly, not customer oriented and I was very disappointed. The trailer I rented had another trailer so close to it that I could see the fenders would rub when I pulled out and she ignored my offer to help move it so it wouldn’t rub.

OSVEN MEasy after hours return process with the Uhaul application. Only issue I didn’t like was that I received a 26’ truck with less than 1/4 fuel tank. They should make an effort to give you a truck 100% ready
EDGAR PThe U-Haul system was down when I roved at 0700 to get my rental. Due to this, I was not able to complete my rental until 0845, pushing my timetable back appreciably. I was very unsatisfied with both the delay and the staff’s ability and prioritization. Once the system became available, the staff satisfied customers that had thrived after me first.
Randall GOn site customer service was great! Friendly and prompt staff. Equipment was excellent. Parts of the app are cumbersome and need attention. It is too easy to exit out of a reservation when you think you’re exiting out of an option. Having to decline all the additional services is annoying. Adding a driver feature did not work. Make the mobile check-in less confusing at initiation. Other parts of the app are good such as the pictures for inspection, rental needs, location services, and main rental setup.

CHAD SMy rating for the storage facility is primarily due the customer service, the issue lies with the staff. While the manager was very helpful, the ladies at the front desk were rude and showed a lack of respect for customers. One of them, in particular, treated me terribly. When I asked for information about the contract, she rolled her eyes and responded in a very disrespectful manner. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. I trust this issue will be addressed, as I believe the facility has great potential. Thank you for your time and consideration.

MATTHEW Vthe receptionist is not able to send text message to my phone and I have to use her phone to take a picture of my drive license and have it done. this is not convenient and my drive license is saved to other people's phone. I was able to receive text message from uhaul every previous time, only not this time. it is weird.

Had to pay $10 extra dollars (charge was already included) for a dolly as manager stated that was the policy when traveling one way. They were the only ones that used the policy as I asked 3 other U-Haul sites.

SHEREE SMaybe a new regional manager would be a good start. Like the old site manager who didnt care about site security by not not making it a priority to fix or replace the Main gate drive up gate. Uhaul corp called me with a "great deal" so i said yes! Well just like all great deals that seem to good to be true well they are not. its not corporate fault that they see a rental coming up in a couple of days and sell it to someone on the list who wants to buy. Nor can a branch tell a renter to be out on a specific day. in other words i got screwed thank you

JAYLIN BI pulled up to return my trailer yesterday morning. There's a sign that says to pull up to the sign and to stay in your car. I waited at my car for several minutes. A couple of guys (same guys who had hooked up my trailer to my car the previous day) came out, looked at me and walked over to the trucks and started working with the trucks but never approached my car. I tried to waive them down, but they just looked away. I went inside and there was a gentleman in the office beside the counter. I know he knew I was there (I made noise on purpose to make sure he saw/heard me), but he just turned around and continued to look at his computer. I finally said "excuse me" several times and walked to his door. He finally turned around, told me he was sick and that he didn't want me to get near him. I explained I need help returning my trailer. He told me someone would come out to my car. I went back out and waited a few more minutes and someone finally came over. Other than the return experience, it was very smooth and they were very nice.
ANGELIA SI’m concerned that each location has conflicting rental criteria which makes me feel there is the potential of profiling. I’ve rented at the Voss with no problem. Today I rented at Westpark to discover wrong size equipment. By then when I went to I10 location i was asked to complete other steps pay a 2x the rental in CC holds. I’ve also had this happen at Beechnut @ Bissonnet. I’m very concerned

Mike MI never got a good explanation why some trailers allow one way trips while others can only be rented for round trip. The trailer I really needed only allowed round trip.
