Good selection of equipment. Personnel were both efficient and professional on both the pick-up and return. I'll be back.
WILLIAM LOur first visit at that location and will be are forever location when we need a moving vehicle. The staff was busy but very efficient and never let the other customers wait very long. I would recommend this location to everyone who wants professional service.

PELE LSTOP CALLING ME AT 7:00 AM the morning between pickup and drop-off!!! I don't think this call came from U-Haul Moving & Storage of Meyerland Area but maybe UHaul Corporate. Even after I told them I was asleep the woman kept talking and asking questions. I was up all night moving and driving and this ruined what little sleep I could get!!! No apology from the caller or ANY consideration.

And I could picked it up third location. and it had difference about 10 mile from first pick up location. That's why i should done totally about 20 miles more for pick and drop. That is not acceptable. If you don't have vehicle , you shouldn't allow to completed reservation transection. And if you need change you must make sure to new location have same vehicle. A lot time I used u-houl, but at this time was worst U-Houl experience.

ALDO AThis location rented us a 26-ft truck for a cross country move. The truck had one bald tire with a gash in the side. Everyone who saw this tire agreed that it never should have left the facility in that condition. As a result, we had some expensive delays and we have not had any resolution from U-Haul in over 2 weeks even though such resolution was promise.

CHRISTOPHER COperational uniformity needs improvement across different locations. My experience was completely different at this location. Despite having rented from Uhaul for years, this location required more personal info. Also they wanted mail from an address I was moving into. That's absurd, considering no mail will have gone to that location. My ID and debit card had same address. Yet the whole process was interrupted because I the address I gave was the new one. If I would have walked in and just said my old address there would not have been a problem. It feels as if this location was trying to be difficult and provide terrible service.
STEVEN RI’ve rented several times from different U-haul locations. The service has always been acceptable. This time the service was terrible. The woman at the rental desk was rude and disrespectful. She should not be interacting with customers.

MELVIN WThe fact that I had to take pictures and upload them instead of someone walking about the truck with me was appalling. Another customer renting the vehicle next to me was complaining about this also. There are a lot of older persons who live in this area and are not familiar with this technique. I tried and tried to upload the pictures and my link to do this timed out. I complained to the manager and he said this was for the customer and he said this was for the customers REALLY!!! I finally had to take pictures and load them to my phone. Good thing I bought the truck back with out dents etc. There was not a printer at the desk it was in the back. I did the receipt in my email and am not sure it is right. I will have to check the receipt against the amount charged to my credit card to insure it is correct. Finally the explanation for your insurance both at your 1-800 number and the location was confusing. One type was for $5.00 and one was for $15.00. I was told I had to choose one or the other. I want full coverage and bought the more expensive option, not being sure this would cover everything. When I pulled up the link, the link stated I declined coverage I had to go back, wait in line and get this explained that I did not choose the less option. This was very confusing and time consuming

DALE FGot here, the guy didn't want to check us in, said they weren't supposed to be getting anymore equipment of this type in didn't know what to do. Had to see my paperwork to BE SURE it had their name on it as a drop off. I was left in limbo while he tried to figure out what to do. I finally said I can self checkout, no problem, TRANSLATION: Get out of the way I am dropping this trailer here and now. And went to do so, but the app to check out didn't work. So I left the trailer after taking pictures of it. This morning I see someone checked it in, but no this place gets no stars... I'm pretty familiar with this place as well and as usual it doesn't perform like a well ran uhaul place should run. Very rare to find a worker here that is motivated much more than the average postal worker (which would be totally unmotivated!)
JERRY KThe returning process was a horrible experience. It took me over 30 minutes trying to return the truck. The problem was that the app would not allow me to go to the regular Check-in items. I had to call customer service 2 different times to get it 10 care.

MICHAEL HWhen I rented the truck, I had some problems with other locations I went to this location and they took care of me and when checking the truck, it was fast and easy that she had my receipt ready to go. I highly recommend this location to anybody wanting to rent a truck.
EMANUEL GI am in the hospital and I had my family rent the U-Haul truck. Once loaded, it would not start. My family have to find someone to give them a boost to start the truck so that they could unload my items into storage. My sister reported the incident as well as show the management a picture of proof of what transpired. I am very unhappy with the response and or no response and the poor service.

GLENN DEasy drop off location. Returned the one way truck and Load share here. Everything was smooth. Load share refund was done quickly. Would Rent here again.
MONIQUE DWe were driving 2000 miles and it rained most of that time. Rain got into the truck and got our boxes all wet so many of them collapsed. You need to be more forthright in letting people know that if it rains you’re belongings are not protected inside the truck

J SThe vehicle is a large truck and does not drive like a van. A van drives like a car. The 26 foot truck is much larger than a van and when loaded handles like a large truck. U-Haul should consider removing that slogan. I can be reached at 8325969734

Jose H | Overall ExperiencePoor customer service, I was not greeted when I entered to the location. The clerk was friendly but untrained how to handle processing rental with a new client. Had to wait 25 minutest to get my already prechecked vehicle keys, mostly the issue was with another customer who was asking to many stupid questions and wasting time of the clerk. Vehicle had broken passenger visor and wiper blades needs to be replaced on both sides.

KENNARD PRenting the equipment was fast and smooth but returning it was impossible! Although the staff remained at the office at 4:40pm, they would not offer any help with the return. They all pushed using the app so I did but had problems so I had to deal with customer service on the phone. Thank goodness they were helpful but the entire process was frustrating.

We had to use 4 different locations in order to get a truck for a one way out of town move. Reservation was made with sufficient leadtime only to get a notification the the evening before at 7:11 pm that the truck was not available. All locations and 800 number close at 7:00 pm. The 4 locations the next morning were the result of this cancellation. Not an acceptable way to run a business.

Dean a | Overall ExperienceI rented a storage room in 12-22. For some reason, the "Auto Pay" was not set up correctly and was considered "late" on my next payment. I went to the location to correct the problem. The Assistant Manager, Ms. Narmin Ortega was extremely helpful in getting this problem resolved. She was very courteous and explained every step of the process in rectifying the problem. She made sure that the "Auto Pay" was instituted and this problem would not occur again. She is to be commended for her professionalism and knowledge of the U-Haul administrative process.

We arrived to unload a Uhaul we rented 1 way from Missouri 45 min before closing and the manager greeted us outside, helped us use our code to gain access and showed us to our unit. The unit was smaller then I expected and I went into office and inquired about a larger unit. Charles was very through and accommodating and found us the perfect size within our budget. He also suggested I call the 1800 number and see about dropping the uhaul at his location to make it easier for us seeing as I would have had to drive across town to drop it off. Once I spoke to a customer care agent it was no issue moving my drop location to the Bissonet store. I was So Happy and Impressed with the customer service Charles gave us and the attentiveness given so close to him getting off work. Thank you so much!

They never did get the alarm glitch straightened out and after about a dozen tries I just gave up and learned that after what seemed like eternity, the alarm stopped. Surely the neighbors got tired of hearing all the noise and the police never did come so I would say the alarm really does not work except as an irritant. I suppose it is something that can be advertised to some advantage and probably a standard for U-Haul.
