Assistant manager is extremely rude and aggressive. She dismissed my concern and refused to assist when there was as a valid concern. I will be filing a formal complaint. FYI it extremely rude to call someone at 7.30 in the morning. That is not professional at all. especially on a holiday.
Overall, they did very good. The only issue was that, apparently, one of the employees had used the truck I was assigned after the last rental and had not noted this, so the mileage was greater than noted on the contract and the gas was lower. I noted this and documented it in the new (to me) and useful app but the staff did not notice this until I pointed it out when they asked me to pay for gas, which I had already done just before returning the truck. Please be sure to review how the new app works and have your staff look for customer notes, as they review the returned vehicle.

They need to learn to be more attentive and caring about the customers. The process was also super super slow.
Had to find the truck on the lot myself. Did not have the appliance dolly requested. Had to drive to the S. Gessner location (8015 S. Gessner) to get one. At this location, was told to load this equipment into the truck myself. At 5 feet 3 inches, this was not an easy task. Frankly both these locations will be on my DO NOT USE list.
The staff at this location are GREAT! Please keep up the great work, I will use this location again :)
The rep was not clear about mileage charges when I booked my reservation. I learned through calling customer service that the mileage charge (for in-town moves) is $0.89/mile during the week and $1.09/mile on saturdays and sundays. Had I know I would have booked for Friday instead of saturday.
Drove 12 miles. Added $2 in gas. Then was charged $7.49 additional for gas upon checkout. This was in addition to the 89 cent per mile charge. Not that it is a lot of money and I paid without comment but it appears to be a ripoff. How could 12 miles use almost $10 in gas?
I reserved a truck at my local location and when I got there I was told no trucks were available. This was fine for I was informed that some location don't have trucks. however, when a representative reached out to me and was sure that there was one at another location across town I arrived at the second location only to find out there was no trucks. an hour later I was forced to upgrade to a more expensive unnecessary option. Customers should be able to count on you ex specially when you've given them your assurance.
Made an online reservation. What we reserved was ready upon arrival. Pickup was quick and easy, in and out in no time.

when i reserved my uhaul and trailer, the total was around $250, but when I actually ended up paying the total was $322. I have no idea where the huge increase came from.
