Was disappointed that they wouldn't offer a discount on a storage area (8×4×6) that had a large drainage pipe in corner of unit that took up approximately 1 square foot

This was a very expensive space but Jorden Lewis and the staff were well trained and generally excellent and so compensated somewhat for the excessive cost. They never did get the alarm glitch straightened out and after about a dozen tries I just gave up and learned that after what seemed like eternity, the alarm stopped. Surely the neighbors got tired of hearing all the noise and the police never did come so I would say the alarm really does not work except as an irritant. I suppose it is something that can be advertised to some advantage and probably a standard for U-Haul.

It is not a place after arriving you feel your belongings is safe. People from the street or neighborhood hanging out there. The entrance/exit door did not and would not work properly. The office workers and manager could not operate the door!
The only disappointment that I encountered was closing out my account before the monthly payment date and NOT recieving any type of refund.
