The Meyerland U-Haul location was very unprofessional and unprepared. My U-box was scheduled for pick up on Saturday, 9/11. When my movers arrived, there was no trailer, so they could not take the box. My move had to be rescheduled. This caused me extra money and an added inconvenience because I was not there and had to pay for the arrangement with someone. U-Haul did not apologize for their lack of professionalism nor try to help with other arrangements, instead they told me and my movers two different lies about why this happened. Thankfully, the movers were able to squeeze me in for the next day.Vankeila S.

Called at the end of day on Friday to schedule a motorcycle trailer rental, they had one in stock and the phone reservation was easy and quick, came in right as they opened to pick it up, both guys were working really hard to make sure everyone was taken care of quickly, I was in and out of the office in five minutes and hooked up to the trailer in anther 5 mins. Awesome experience and great customer service will be coming back and I highly recommend this Uhaul location!JEFF J.

Next time don't put a dolly on the end as block for me to put my items full and block my space as I didn't needed it and had to pay for the item as fell offMiguel T.
The truck I reserved was not ready and the people staffing the office could not locate the keys. When they finally found them, I watched staff quickly wipe down the cab of the truck but it still didn't look clean. Moreover, the dollies I reserved were not available and they had to pull a dolly from the advertising display and refunded me for the other dolly I reserved. Finally, the truck did not have air conditioning. It's August in Houston, Texas...that is unacceptable!STACIE O.

Not enough staff on a busy Saturday morning. Ended up here after another location didn't have the truck I had reserved. Waited a ridiculous amount of time in line because there was only one staff member working the counter. I will never use UHaul again. Charles or Charlie (Manager at Bissonet location) was Amazing. We arrived to unload a Uhaul we rented 1 way from Missouri 45 min before closing and the manager greeted us outside, helped us use our code to gain access and showed us to our unit. The unit was smaller then I expected and I went into office and inquired about a larger unit. Charles was very through and accommodating and found us the perfect size within our budget. He also suggested I call the 1800 number and see about dropping the uhaul at his location to make it easier for us seeing as I would have had to drive across town to drop it off. Once I spoke to a customer care agent it was no issue moving my drop location to the Bissonet store. I was So Happy and Impressed with the customer service Charles gave us and the attentiveness given so close to him getting off work. Thank you so much!Travis K. | Online Move In

Service was horrible they had no intention to help me attitudes were disgusting. Tried to call for a month no one would answer while I was there they just let the phone ring and I was the only customer there just highly dissatisfied there is no way service would be like this at my storeKyrenthia W.

The gentleman who was working at 8:15 on 7/31/21 was extremely professional and friendly. He was the only employee working. I waited over an hour to check out. The online reservation system is horrible! I made my original reservation about 3 weeks prior to the date. I was called the week before and was told the place I wanted to pick up my trailer did not have any available. I had to drive more than 30 miles out of my way to pick up the trailer.Ann M.

Overall good experience but long wait times and had to dispose large couch because was unable to position couch to get into storage room. This wasn’t due to storage size moreso narrowness of walkway.
