The truck speedometer was way off meaning the mileage counter racked up more miles than should have I paced it my wife was driving 60 mph and the truck showed I was driving 68 that's significant! Also the truck headlights were horrible we had to stop moving and finish in daylight due to it not being safe to drive. Upon return I was trying to check the truck in using my device and when one of the ladies on the lot yelled at me to take it to the return line she just screamed across the lot which wasn't needed she could have walked over to us. Just very rude. I have used uhaul many many times this location was just extremely rude! And the truck wasn't good and the rear with the furniture pads was empty. I was supposed to pick up truck at Peoria location It moved to Sheridan location Employee gave me address to drop off truck and it was inaccurate Found another drop off location and was told I would be charged for gas. I disputed the fuel before I departed with the truck. Employee told me to annotate on. My walk around questionnaires which I did and included a picture of the gas gageâ€¦ you charged me 26.00 more when I turned in truck. Your employee should have accurately noted the fuel when I was assigned the truck. I went back inside and talked to the employee before I departed and he said take a picture and dispute on walk around which I did This must be how you scam people to fill up your gas tanks Very poorTodd P.

You need to improve your customer service skills both in person and online. Your people have been extremely rude and I was rushed from day 1 when nobody rushed for us. We had to drive extra miles thanks to another customer and that wasn't right at all. I couldn't believe they couldn't take those extra miles off the bill. Then when I needed to extend the rental every time online was super short and rude stating they couldn't help and we needed to call our location. After hours at that! I stayed up numerous nights the whole night forcing myself and my husband to move as fast as possible, we had a 3 bed home with a huge detached garage and it was only us there to move it because we couldn't afford help. I will never go back as I woke the day after our return to a 135 dollar fee when I shouldn't have we couldn't even reach the location this week. We kept being sent to the call center. On top of all of this they rushed the clean out after us and we've now lost our garage door opener and the person we called to ask for it back was super rude and said they'd call us if they find it after it's returned. I'm not sure what kind of business does customers like this.. I spent quite a bit of money with your company and was treated like crap.Victoria C.
The fuel level was recorded as 1/2 tank but was slightly below. At the drop off location the tank was filled to just below 1/2. This was questioned by the attendant. It seems it would be more precise to simply fill the tank at pickup and drop off instead of using arbitrary estimates.Neil L.

The dolly in the back has a small zip tie that breaks if the dolly moves, we did not use the dolly but they still charged us because that ziptie was broke. Just seems like an easy way to get extra money. Need a better way to fasten them or atleast credit my card back for the charge.Zach S.

AS a long time UHAUL customer since 1983, I DISPUTE the total charges and now the "late fee". My wife and I had an allergic reaction to the very lavishly applied fragrance and there were other problems. I have attempted to dispute charges with the local GM and online. The problem was not the location itself, it was that it wasn't the location U-Haul told me I would have a 10' truck at. I'd made my reservation for a 10' truck to be picked up in Broken Arrow where I was staying, and the day of pickup I was told I had to drive across the city to pick up a 15' truck because a 10' truck wasn't available. I've used u-haul two times and this happened to me both times and it is VERY INCONVENIENT and oh so AGGRAVATING.Suzanne L.

Had a tire with a busted valve stem. I pointed out the low tire when I picked it up and was told to go fill it up. It was almost totally flat after loading the truck the next day. The windows were filthy and the gas gauge was in 1/3 full. I was headed out on a 1700 mile trip from Tulsa to Boise. And then the tire guy showed up the next day and all the tires including the 4 on the back were low with pressure at 70 lbs instead of 80 lbs. Terrible service. And they could not care less.
