my reservation was changed without my notice until I checked in and saw the unfamiliar address (I am an out of towner on top of that). Reasoning was that a part of my equipment could not be provided at the original location. The new location did not have that equipment but in fact my original selection did. I was then made to get 2 reservations from 2 different locations. The equipment eventually literally destroyed my car.

The website for uhaul is complicated and and repetitive. The last two times I've rented, it wasted 20 minutes and failed completely. Also the two dolly is not included online. Yet it is shown. I love the Sheridan location. Well staffed, well stocked and friendly knowledgeable people!

I love dealing with Mrs Tanya and her crew they really work with you to make sure you have everything you need when you do business with them I hated I had to move my storage but I loved it while I had my storage with them there I will continue to keep in touch and also do business as needed with uhaul just wishing all other stores would be like this store setting the example

I've never seen a storage facility this nice. It is obviously pretty new. It is well lit, a comfortable temperature, and there is even carpet, and plenty of restrooms available! I didn't realize I had to check-in at the front office, but once I did, they were very helpful, even finding a space closer to the loading dock.

I am a repeated customer to this facility, never have been disappointed. I was having difficulty with mobile service, he took time to check me in at desk without any issue. A woman was with him at desk and she did my check in. Both above and beyond with customer service. A smile and kindness will always win me over

My issue is with the usual system. I reserved a truck for pickup at another location online but when I got to that location, the truck was not there. Then, I had to find another location that in reality, had a truck. It would appear that I'd the system gives a reservation for a truck and the truck is not actually there, isn't there some programming that would notify us that the truck has not been returned and is not available? Of course, I understand that I haul would rather have customers come to a location, be told there is no truck, and the. Be forced to go to another uhail location INSTEAD of going to another company but this process just pisses people off and is extremely frustrating. Surely, with all automation, there is a better way than making people go to a location where there is no physical truck and the. Sending them somewhere else….

The location was nice and the gentleman that rented the equipment was nice. But the truck did NOT have AC. He had also told us to return with a half a tank and that's what we did but we were charged a $65 fuel fee. When we said something about the ac we were told that they need to get that fixed and would have their manager call us but we haven't heard from the manager yet.

The experience out of Tulsa was magnificent we hit a snag with getting our boxes to our new home as the moving help was not attempting to pick them up during the appropriate times; it took us driving to the UHaul storage facility to find out why they weren't releasing our boxes to learn there were specific times for box pick up. It took 3 frustrating days but our belongings were finally delivered and moved into the house. I will recommend UHaul UBoxes but will encourage the user to contact the receiving facility for a recommendation of the local moving help before contracting.

The truck was dirty, the steering column was broken. I was in a good clean truck and at the last minute after I had checked my truck, they came out saying I needed to switch trucks, I reluctantly agreed and the put me in the worst truck in their fleet (hopefully). When I asked for a manager they did not comply (I waited for awhile, but had to get on the road). Overall I was extremely disappointed with the truck and customer service.

The first time my husband went in to ask about renting a truck he was told all trucks were reserved mind you that had at least 5 -8 different size trucks there 3 vans the uhaul rep thr one with the beard was very unhelpful he just seemed bothered then I called on the phone n immediately got a truck reserved

The 8' pickup is not designed for the average height woman. I'm 5' 5” and only my eyes were above the dash. I had to sit on a big dictionary to see the road. Also, I chose the Mobile Pickup option to avoid contact (not Covid related, just don't like people) and still had to go in and wait in line to get a key. Everything else is down via phone, why can't we scan a code or something to get keys? But the truck was clean and did the job so overall, 4 stars.

I would like to thank all of you for everything that you did for my family. Tulsa was way more efficient than the people behind the phone's at the 1800UHAUL phonr number. At least someone listened, and didn't just hang up on me.

My only negative is I rented a truck before needing a locker and was told I received a free months rental. When I went to claim it I was told you were not honoring that promotion any more. Very disappointed. This definitely affects my trust of the brand.

This facility was perfect and clean and it smelled clean. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I previously rented a U-Haul truck in Texas this year, and chickens were being housed on-site right behind the door nearest the cash register. I wanted to buy storage boxes there, but I didn't want them to smell like the chickens that were crowing. This location in Tulsa was nothing like the one in Texas.

U-Haul on 51st at the freeway I think is 169 freeway they do everything they can to burn the customers. They have burned me 3 times. I was afraid the truck would break down. Sheridan has better people.

Online check in was great! Easy access after hours. The only problem I encountered was I was told that the lock for the unit would be waiting inside but there wasnt one. Thankfully we happened t6o have a spare one at home from a previous uhaul unit otheriwse it wouldve been a huge probelm.

I saw some small cockroaches once or twice, and the garage doors needed to be fixed AND/OR signs put up explaining it. Esp help on unlocking then moving to a diff lock to open, I got help from other tenants otherwise I wouldn't have known. Posting some signs and it isn't a deal breaker. I love the drive in bays!

Travis!!! Rude!! Worst customer service ever!! Meany head!! I cried!! I cursed him! His manager was worse….didn’t catch her name… She called the next day denying she ever spoke to me. THEY didn’t resolve anything. Online customer service and regional office helped. Thank goodness!!

When I first moved my things into this storage facility the staff was very rude. After moving my things into storage I noticed that they had roaches and bugs everywhere. I had to make sure to bomb my things before moving so that I didn't tale those bugs home with me.

The system went down at check in and it took forever not the employees fault. But the facility has ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $8,000 OF MY STUFF IS PROBABLY RUINED! DISGUSTING It should have been told to me that they had a roach problem before I moved all of my stuff in. They also should have offered to move my stuff to a different storage not in the facility but to a different storage. All I was offered were roach bombs around all of my belongings roach bombs unbelievable
