better training. the person we had did not know that the yellow markers could be moved one was infront of the trailer and he was trying to get us to back at an angle to get to the trailer we had to move it ourselves did not hook the trailer to the hitch right another employee came out and did it right.

Gave this location a below average rating. ROACHES...? Really...? a multi-billion dollar company? I get it! You are hosting flood and storm victims for free and that is OUTSTANDING of you, HOWEVER, there are other customers on which you should focus, as well! With that being said, perhaps an uncomfortably close (even) partnership with the best exterminators in town is warranted! Additionally, it's apparent you have squatters living in some units. Being watched as I moved my things was not inviting and caused me a great deal of anxiety, so much so that I donned a weapon! To top it all off, you charged me again (and took my last $50), after the truck was turned-in clean and refueled beyond what I received it! Your employees (generally, not specific to Tulsa) are overworked and underpaid obviously, as every store employee (@5 different locations in Colorado Springs) had the same complaints and lack of support. As a disabled veteran, returning home to live for the first time in 20 years, I'm extremely disappointed by this showing on the part of U-haul. I can only pray that these last few possessions I have left in this life don't end up infested and destroyed as a result of this lapse in oversight.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Definitely will send people to this location if they ever need a moving vehicle. Employees were happy and treated me right. Minimal or no waiting time during check in and drop off.

Unexpectedly easy to pick up the trailer. Staff was very helpful! No waiting. UHAUL deserves much credit for allowing people impacted by flooding to store belongings free of charge during this May 2019 crisis...

I got the truck on 1/16 of a tank and ran out of gas on the side of the road 20 minutes later. It was just inconvenient that there was hardly any gas. Other than that everything was nice

Upon return of the vehicle it was obvious the worker did not want to do her job. Then I was charged $68 for fuel. I put gas in and left it with more gas than when I dropped it off. I feel I have been ripped off.

I reserved a cargo van to pick up at the 3303 South Yale Avenue location. I got to this location, and they said that the van was at the Sheridan location! I had to walk a mile to the other location! No good!

Honor your other constituents rental agreements. I picked up the truck with less then a quarter tank of fuel and returned it with the same amount and was charged 34 dollars for fuel.

The first truck they gave us was very dirty. There was oily areas in the back part that hadn’t been cleaned. They did end up exchanging the truck for one in better condition though.

When I got to destination and unloaded my queen size mattress was wet. The trailer was leaking water from rain coming home. I am trying to dry it out. I showed attendant where trailer was leaking and told him about mattress. The one reason I rented this unit was to keep my stuff dry

actually this location was better equipped and more efficient than the last two Uhaul locations I used in the past. Do wish it were easier to access having to turn left off one of the busiest streets in town was a minus but all said will certainly use again in near future.

The app had several issues loading for the check out and check in. Your mileage was 1 mile off but the app failed to process information. Then when it was time to check in the app wouldn't work for your employee either. If you're going to push a customer into a process, make sure it works because nobody wants to be overcharged!

Other than the Express Check In not working, having to select just one dealer that had what I needed and the tie down ratchets on the auto hauler being rusty and hard to manage, things went well. The staff at the 35th and Sheridan store in Tulsa were very helpful.

The staff was very helpful, but this was a comedy of errors. I reserved a pickup truck, but they locked the keys in the truck with it running and there was not an extra set of keys. I elected to return in an hour when they would have the keys. They did not have them when I returned. They gave me a larger vehicle at a discounted rate, but they need to either repair or retire that truck. The front end appeared to not be aligned and it was extremely difficult to steer or manage,

Storage rates are high, but they are accurate for a indoor storage. When you leave a message for the manager, he won't call you back, claiming he didn't get the message. I will still use for moving.

I actually rented the STORAGE BOXES which were delivered to my house and picked up when I was done using them. The delivery person (Jodee Madden) was excellent and boxes perfectly met our needs.
