Great location and selection. Your weekend guy was a joke. He gives us a trailer with a lock on it which is okay even though I was having to pick up the tongue of the trailer. We changed it out. Then he doesn’t change the the trailer number in the system. So now I’m dropping off a trailer not in the system in Texas. The guy in Tulsa was just lazy and not engaged. The guy in Texas was awesome and said he’d take care of it and closed the account.

The Truck I rented had a leak in the roof which ruined my customers furniture. I rent Uhauls with the understanding the truck will be maintained properly. I pay premium rates for a less than mediocre truck and this is disheartening. The model was old and terrible on gas mileage and above all water was leaking through the roof. I lost $300 because so had to replace an antique sofa. This is uncalled for and I hope your company can put aside a budget to make repairs to these trucks. On top of all of this I was not given a discount. When money becomes the first priority of a business its doomed. Success does not take strong business acumen rather it takes customer service first. I am disappointed to say the least and would be willing to guarantee the sales numbers are down due to putting the dollar over the customer. I am a loyal customer who rents trucks often and to be treated so poorly speaks volumes of the direction of this business. I hope things can turn around for this business and customers can start coming first rather than worrying about bonuses or sales. Thus review was written by a concerned loyal customer.

Truck key was misplaced. Truck was parked illegally. Called U-Haul. Was told to call locksmith. Was given key code and file #. Was told it would be $19 for service call and $89 for the key. In actuality the bill was $211. I found the key returned it and was told i would recieve a refund. Just to find out that i was lied to. So to answer your question, dont lie to the customer.

Picked up 26’ Truck and Car Hauler from this location. After driving 20+ miles to my home, discovered the truck had a lock on the back door and was unable to open. Had to drive all the way back to store to get the lock removed. After making it back home, opened the back of the truck and discovered someone had been staying in it. It had cigarette butts and piles of ashes and inscents had been burned. After getting the truck cleaned out and starting to load, discovered they gave me two bags of blankets that included 9 and I was charged a rental fee for 12. This moving experience with Uhaul has been one for the books!

Took way too long to get my reservation sorted out, the person checking me in may have been training (not sure) but they were very unsure of what to do. Once I got checked in and we went to the storage unit it was already in use so we had to go back downstairs and get a unit. Once unloaded and checking the truck in we were told to go back inside and a receipt would be printed, after asking about it and waiting for ~10 minutes with no receipt I checked my email and had an electronic receipt so I left. There also seemed to be a lot of loitering at the facility, specifically around the unloading area. The people standing around were not loading or unloading anything but we’re also not in uniforms to indicate they were employees. It made the facility seem unsafe and made me second guess storing my stuff there but it was already unloaded.
