Trailer and Towing Supplies
Thank u for helping me and my family with a smooth move.
Would help not to over charge someone's card, after paying for a rental. Also, you don't get a receipt of payment for whatever reason. Very disappointed the way they handle things, otherwise the equipment was great, not the customer service.
The first person who helped me, Chris, was great! Very professional & courteous. When I came back to pickup the trailer to tow my car however, the person who helped me didn't seem to really know what was going on. Ultimately, it all worked out but it was a long process.
Tried to charge me another $58 for some unknown reason....nobody could see why. After much arguing it was removed. I had pad n full at the pick up location.
Staff were very helpful and accomodating.
Did not check in my truck while i was present.
Let customer know what they are expected to pay for their usage
Christopher, the manager's assistance my truck pickup and storage reservation very smoothly and professionally. He showed friendly customer service quality as well as the staff. I would definitely recommend this location to all of the Tulsa's residents.
Mix-up at checkout hampered Check-in. All was cleared up to my satisfaction
A more service focused staff, I got a quote for 20 for a couple of hours rental. After my errand I brought the truck back only traveling about 30 miles. The staff member got into the truck and looked at his phone for at least five minutes, leaving me waiting in the parking lot. He gets out and without any tablet or paperwork tells me I am good to go. When I get home I notice I am charged another $100 dollars. So I call wanting an explanation, it took three calls to get through the robo system for the clerk that helped me, I asked for him by name and insisted to speak to him. Just to have him to tell me "you should have only been charged $88" which I still think is wrong. He also said he would print it up and show his manager and see if he can get some of my money back. I felt like he was just getting rid of me. From the beginning his attitude was condisending and frankly rude. I understand everyone has bad days and maybe I just caught him at a bad time. But they will be having snowball fights in hell before I use your services again.
The truck was dirty. Worker left cell phone in truck and we had to take it back to the store. Had a dolly in it we didn't rent. Don't think it was cleaned from last person or they would have seen the dolly in it
You exceeded my expectations!
Make it clear to the customer that the vehicle is available - but not at the location you called.
Fast professional service
I always use this Uhaul location. It's not the closest one to me but it's definitely the best in Tulsa.
Staff were friendly. I was able to get the truck and leave quickly. They were very professional and everything went smoothly.
Make sure the equipment is clean before renting out.
To whom it may concern: Great manager! I foolishly screwed up my reservation to another location. Christopher Munoz made me feel like I was important to him and within a few minutes he transferred my reservation to the 3500 S Sheridan location. Then a younger fellow took over and did a great job in finishing up. The 10' Van truck was very dirty. Inside not bad. I just confirmed when I was checking out because the pics they had were not close enough to see. Plus I was short on time. The windshield, mirrors and hood was full of bugs. When we were completed, we swept out the back when we were done. It was clean when we started. We then went to a manual car wash. Brush washed and wax sprayed it. Tires cleaned up well. Side windows cleaned up well. Front windshield and grill cleaned up well. I filled fuel to the brim. So it's really ready this time for the next renter. Thanks for your help!?? The truck was in horrible condition. Looks like it had been broadsided and the mess just presses out to the best of someone's ability. Better customer service. Was not told how long my rental was for. Was not walked around the truck before taking off in it. Probably because I bought the insurance. It felt like the engine was stuck in 3rd gear the whole time I was driving it. I only put 25 miles on the truck, but it took $20.00 in gas to bring back up to the level I rented it at.
When returning a piece of equipment or vehicle they should note that the item was indeed returned. I returned the 6 x 12 utility trailer yesterday and then was called the next morning wanting to know if I returned it. I did and it was received by one of the employees of U-Haul. Otherwise it went well.
Good job folks. Thanks
Be sure to remind people that if they go over 100 miles then the price first agreed on will change, I thought I was going to be paying $53 and it literally was like 153 and I just moved so I really was not financially prepared for that at all whatsoever
Lucas, the representative that accepted my return was very pleasing and upon my return.
the manager was great when it was brought back it was closed only possible problem was one of the back tires had a side puncture that i did not notice till at the move site. thought it was just a curb check by the previous user and went on. later, one of the helpers, a truck driver, at the unload site told me it was flat ( it was ). was going to tell the manager when I returned it but like I said, they were closed.
