Don't even have my move out date correct first of all. I ended the storage contract Saturday, August 15th, 2026. Then on August 16th I was charged another full month for the storage unit after being told I was to recieve a partial refund. I am very dissatisfied with the service I recieved for my move out and will not be reccomending your stoage services to anyone.

I moved out on the twenty third and my billing.Date is on the third of each month. And I feel like my fee or any one else's fee should be pro rated and receive a credit. You can pro rate it if I change my billing date, but you can't pro rate my bill If I leave early. How can you charge anybody if they're not using your facility? Is what I don't understand. And the policy should be changed.Just the suggestion for the suggestion box. Thank you good day...

DAVID J | First ImpressionsAlbeit I had stuff there for years... It was Roach & Bug infested. I know that folks constantly moving in & out causes that. But, it seems the pest abatement plan was really lacking. Also, it's awful to not give prorated refunds for early move outs. I moved out 20 days before my end date & got nothing. I would never recommend uhaul for storage & I hope to never be in need of services here ever again.
