Diana W | First ImpressionsThis was my first time renting a storage unit, and it was such a great experience. The unit itself as in the storage facility had all the conveniences and all the security precautions in place which I loved. There were also so many details that allowed me to be able to access my unit more conveniently. The staff was incredible. I had accidentally not locked my unit two separate times I was not understanding the latch and a housekeeper there had seen that had noticed that on my unit and she put a lock on my unit to protect my things. I just thought that showed so much integrity from the staff and they immediately called me and helped me take care of it both times. I would absolutely returned to this facility and I have recommended it to my parents and my siblings. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will instantly go to this location, hands-down
