Change the attitude of employees...manager..and employee...4/10/21..8:30am..came in with reservation. On cargo..van. immediately mnger had attitude and demeaner was worse.. employee under him ignored me after making eye contact..had question and upbroptly close eyes..and walked away...I have been a customer of u haul for years..I is your cargo vans manly for moving supplies for my art shows. 6 12 times a year..I never had a terrible service like I got today...only two employees in mornin mnger and young guy...I would have canceled right thier but I really needed van that day..I never go to that location again..I walk with acane cause of injury..im in constant pain...but I still manage to treat people with respect and dignity...no excuse for yhier action..especially considering all this country has been through lately....once again..thank your time and consideration ..sincierily Benjamin C. The steering of this vehicle had some slop in it, making it a little tricky to keep straight on the freeway. At pickup, the pictures of the vehicle were out of date compared to the condition of the vehicle, like scratches at the top front corners outside the mom's attic.Dean D.

When do we stop discriminating against people with disabilities? I can't wear a mask, I am vaccinated. I was treated like a criminal trying to come in the location. I was scolded and told to wait outside â€œuntil they could get to meâ€. Several customers went before me because the front desk forgot about me. How much longer? Does the vaccine mean nothing? How much longer do we carry on with arbitrary rules that discriminate against people with disabilities? Never again will I do business with uhaulCourtney F.

Tom Ngo was very helpful and friendly. He pulled up my reservation and guided me through the new steps (as I have not been at uhaul for at least 2years). Explained everything specifically how to check in he equipment when I return it after hours. He is a great asset to uhaul and made my rental worry free. Wonderful customer service!JUSTIN A.

This location is Beat U Haul location in OC however U Hauls new policy of charging $20 for after hour drop off is BS. I attempted check truck in after hours but still 12 hours early and because my location tab was off I was charged extra $20. After hour check in is convenient for customer and store and customers should not be charged especially when they are 12 hours earlyGARRETT B.

I feel the odometer is rigged due to the fact that when I returned truck at $1 a mile and was told I'd driven 100 miles was incorrect and because my paperwork with the miles showing at pick up was lost in the move knowing that though I'd had truck 3 days I'd only driven local was upsettingJerrie H.
I would only suggest to have straps screwed to the beams on the truck for better handling of furniture. As a woman I didn't thing of the need of Straps and had to make a trip to Home Depot in the middle of loading my furniture.... Other than that...the customer setvicecwad superb.IRENE M.

The store manager Tom Ngo LITERALLY started a physical confrontation- yes, he tried to start a fight. I was asked if I needed a dolly or moving pads and I replied no but when I opened the back of the truck there was a dolly and moving pads locked to the wall that I could not remove and it definitely did make a problem with me loading the truck I almost couldn't get everything on because of it.James T.

My box was damaged enroute and I was not notified by uhaul. I was only made aware when the insurance company called about the status of my claim.. It's also rediculuse that you do not prorate UBox storage fees (second month only 8 days), I will likely never use UBox again and will not be recommending it to those I know.Rob F.

He also felt the need to click his marker in an inpatient and somewhat triggered manner when I was gathering information he requested.
