Michele A | First ImpressionsI found the ACTUAL location nearly impossible to reach by phone...with persistent referrals to their 800 line who NEVER seemed to be capable of helping me or ACCURATELY conveying my issues to the franchise branch involved. In THIS case I was attempting to close out my storage unit in a BILLING TIMELY MANNER (cloed it and surrendered content on AUGUST 10TH)...BUT ACKNOWLEDGMENYS & PAPERWORK NOT ISSUED UNTIL AUGUST 12TH. THE CLOSE OUT THEN IMPLIED UHAUL TOO THE TRANSACTION THRU THE NEXT MONTH'S BILLING CYCLE. This extended my transaction an EXTRA month and defeated my intent to close the account when no future billing was due.

Mistakes happen, but this one should have been rectified right away. It took me numerous phone calls to get a return phone call. other than that, I was very satisfied, but that was a deal breaker.
