They did not have the correct mileage on the vehicle when they gave it to me and they didn't have the correct gas marked on the sheet when they gave me it they are so disorganized and I had a fight to get my 12 miles instead of 60 miles that they were going to charge me for I shouldn't have to do that I shouldn't have to take pictures of the odometer or the gas gauge they should have that already doneBeverly S.

Customer service over the phone told me multiple times different location until I drove by myself to ask directly. They sent me to another location as it was not in store. Than I get charged for a monthly fee of storage including late fees as the rep at the uhaul location missed udating in the computer that it was cleared. Really bad!Carla S.

The woman behind the desk was awesome. We were late returning the truck because we had no clue how far it was. I was tired and the air-conditioning was not working. She was so understanding. Don't tell a customer that an order doesn't exist because the payment hasn't fully processed, and then proceed to process the payment anyway a few days later even though you didn't let them pick up the supplies.DIANA H.

overall satisfied with storage unit, my issue is with the way the office was run. Was told one rate when initially got storage and paid for lock. Then received a bill sooner than expected at a higher rate.. Unable to find original receipt just paid bill. At move out was told to keep lock because it was free, told counter lady I paid for it and she said I shouldn't have. I asked for refund on lock was told no. Experience overall was excellent; but sometimes there're things we can't control and end up running a little late. It would be great to have a courtesy call just to check if the customer needs an additional hour with the equipment. Picked up 26' truck to move belongings from storage to new home. Got to storage and met the movers we hired to help move. We tried to pull ramp out but would only.come out about 2' . Ramp would not move in or out no matter what we tried. I called location to ask for ideas or assistance and was told would have to call road assistance. After 4 hours and no luck the movers left for another job and I returned the truck. After explaining what happened was told "sorry about that " and charged full price for the truck. Between cost of truck and movers I'm out $600.00 and had to reschedule.James S.

I would like to file a complaint on U-Haul store Representative â€” Miguel The store fraudulently charged me for gas use. When I dropped the 10 Ft Truck off I informed Miguel it wouldn't allow me to upload any photos during check in or check out, he responded and said it's been messing up for everyone and not to worry about it. I took my own photos when I realized the photo upload was attached to a broken link. He reassured me it was fine and he'd email me a receipt. When I received my receipt I had $17 worth of Gas charges. I informed the representative I had photos of the gas right before turning it in. He was rude and nasty and told me to take it up with corporate. It's disgusting and a disgrace, I am a frequent U-Haul customer! And will be taking my hard earned to other rental services!essence C.

Other locations are much more efficient processing the online orders than this one. I reserved my truck online, but when I arrived they took me through the entire process once more as if I didn't reserve online. Furthermore, when I received my receipt, after returning my truck, I noticed coverages that I initially declined several times. I declined during my online reservation and once more when I arrived to the store. I returned to the store and a refund was processed, but it was inconvenient. The manager was gracious enough to process the refund, but no apology given - just have a nice day.Ryian C.

I've dealt with this U-Haul location before with no problems, however when I dropped my trailer off this time (early) they neglected to log it, prompting a call from U-Haul to inquire about why I was late on dropping off my trailer. Better screening of the moving companies is my only suggestion, but the regional manager took care of the scam company that stood me up and lied about details after the fact (First Choice Movers out of Corsicana---NEVER use these clowns). First pick up truck I reserve wasn't returned, so she told me she had 15 inch for $19.99 + .79 per mileage, she wouldn't give me the .69 per mile as for truck I reserve. She gave me key & my copy of rental, told me truck right outside of entry. I had to try and figure out which truck cuz their was 2 in closes row & 1 by street. I told her I couldn't find the truck, she finally got up & pointed to the farthest one by the street. Then she couldn't get up to pull door down in the back, said I had too. I told her I have knee problems but had to get on truck to do it anyways.SMH! Truck seat belt was wet from them washing truck I guess. My white shorts got yellowish stains. I told young guy when I brought truck back & he kept saying why didn't you let her know (the lady that checked the truck out to me) I told him I was driving when I notice it & im telling you now. Well first off Miguel whoever the hell that is that does inspection seriously needs to get his act together. He tried charging us fuel that wasn't even needed and then was an asshole when confronted about it. That is one shyster way of ripping off your customers. However the receptionist was an amazing woman! She literally helped me throughout all of it with all the issues that I had with you guys. She was a delightful help. I put a reservation in a month early and made it very clear I needed a dolly. I am a single mom with an 8 year old with a visual handicap who can't even help as much as a typical child and I get there and there is no dolly. The manager said he called everywhere and nobody had one. I was clearly disturbed. I'm sure he did what he could it's not his fault I guess but as a customer it seems like every time I rent from Uhaul some thing is screwed up. The lady who works there actually loaned me her personal dolly so I wouldn't have to spend $40 to go purchase one myself. She is beyond nice every time I deal with her. He told me he was going to give me a $10 discount wow thanks so muchâ€¦ But I never got that either. If you're going to rent a storage I would recommend it for sure.Lawanda W.

I moved out my unit on the 4th of July and was told if I spoke to the manager I could get my refund for the month however nothing has happened. I had to call the facility again because I didn't see a refund on my account nor was the unit actually closed out. I had to relocate due to domestic violence in my home and needed the money for gas.
