Blonde woman behind the counter greeted me as soon as I entered the store and was very quick to communicate she would come outside to check my rental return as soon as she was available seeing as how there were many customers at the store when I arrived. Was very professional, friendly and had a good attitude which made the experience very pleasant. Will be returning to this store for any other U-Haul rental needs. 5 out of 5 stars

The front of vehicle and the front of the top were covered with bugs and no cleaned. THe truck leaked when it rained and some of our stuff got wet.

Excellent experience returning the car transport trailer to U-Haul. The drop-off process was fast and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They checked the trailer in quickly and clearly explained the final steps, which made the whole return process smooth and stress-free. Overall, very professional service—I’d gladly rent from U-Haul again.

You sent us 45 mins away to get a discount than We could not find the original location, and no one would pick up the phone. We found a larger location and sat in the return line for over 30 mins. Finally 2 employees pulled up in a car and got out. OVer all the experice was the worst in my 30 years of using Uhaul. You need to do better

Requested printed receipt, received receipt on my phone and still had to wait 15 minites for a printed receipt. Poor communication between inside and outside staff.

Attendant had difficulties in finalizing my prebooked contract, so she said she would have to create a new contract, Once this was completed the price was $400 more than my initial contract..I told her to honour the initial price but she refused, saying oh well, prices go up…I reiterated the price only went up because she couldn’t figure out how to compete the first contract, and she created the added expense..she was not cooperative, so I called UHaul head office and once I spoke with them, she changed her mind and asked the local manager what to do..He naturally said honour the initial price…which she reluctantly did…The Manager was excellent, resolving the issue and getting the trailer, but the interaction with the attendant was unpleasant..

This is a super busy location. It could use more staff and also there are so many items for sale in such a small space, it makes waiting in line very long and super cramped. The staff was excellent, but waiting time is always long and uncomfortable. In addition there is never adequate customer parking.

Hi ! The manager was very rude to me , for not letting me pay half the money I have to keep my stuffs in the storage . He keeps all my stuff and keep me out off the lease without my agreement . All my documents and my stuff stealing is not fair !

Everything was just great - staff are very friendly and helpful. Although not the fault of the facility, but the truck I was assigned was horribly, grossly and nauseatingly marijuana stench infused from the previous renter. That should’ve been addressed before I was assigned the vehicle during post-previous renter inspection. The staff did take immediate action upon my complaint and rectified the issue…so for that I am thankful!

When I got to the front desk, the person couldn't find out my reservation. When she tried to make another reservation didn't have available the storage with the measurements I needed (10×10) However, I agreed to have the storage unit they offered me instead (8x8) But they gave me a unit that was already occupied. So, they have no control over the availability of units

Dan or Danny really deserves a raise in pay.. Very costumer friendly, He really made our UHAUL EXPERIENCE A GOOD ONE !! Again the supervisor should realize, a gentleman like Daniel is one of a kind !!! UHAUL AGAIN, Give him more money . I sold my business in Cleveland and bought a house in Crown Point , 44132 .. I probably wouldn’t ever had sold it but to find 42 employees like Dan , UHAUL , good luck, and you know …. ITS ALL ABOUT ; cleanliness , organizing , and never loose a guy like him !!!!

The storage unit was fine. The flood from Hurricane Ian was not your fault but how I was treated afterwards was not cool. I had to go down and go through my stuff no dry way to repair (not your fault) was told I could leave my key and I would be contacted when the drywall was replaced in my storage until. 3 months later not contacted and needed stuff out of the unit went and got my key and the dry wall was never replaced. They did cut a hole in the dry wall as I had to clean up the mess when I moved out. That was another thing if you went in and did work on dry wall you should clean it up not me.

Overall I was very pleased with the facility. The one issue after storm Ian damage was the increase in cost without any communication. I have disputed this change but without any response from UHaul Naples location or head office, after multiple calls to try to resolve. Regrettably this latter experience negated all of the great work done after Hurricane Ian. Thank you

Please provide door stoppers for the entrance doors to prop open when moving in or move out of storage units.

People in the office are very rude, had to wait in line to get access to our unit as they kept door locked, spent an hour waiting for them to unlock a door to allow access, they were very rude to people waiting we had a code to get in but the system was down so they made everyone wait in line to get them to open the door very inconvenient for people storing tools and work tools in a storage unit, I’ve used uhaul all across the country by far the worst uhaul ever

We had our storage unit about 10 months during our home remodel. We were in and out of our unit many times during that period. We also rented 2 trailers to haul to and from Illinois. All first class facilities, trailers and service.

The staff at this location are all friendly and very helpful. The biggest detractor from this site is that it is extremely difficult to bring anything in a truck or trailer as the entirety of the two months I used this storage I was barely able to park anywhere near the only doors into the building despite having three sets of doors that were always locked effectively doubling the time it took to load and unload storag items. Also it should be noted that the font parking of the storage is so packed with uhaul trucks that my family and I had to park halfway onto a busy road while unloading and this is incredibly unsafe as I saw ample storage space for the fleet trucks in the back.

Found the unit I moved into missing a light bulb, so no light. Saw a large rodent trap in far corner of unit and a few dead insects in the hallway outside the unit. Definitely different from the unit I moved from in Maryland.

I reserved two conditioned spaces and they had neither when I got there. Very unprofessional and the lady at the counter should have been fired for her inability to understand and take control of a situation where a customer comes in with a reservation and is upset about not having a place to unload the truck. She was indignant when I asked what was the point of making a reservation if they don’t reserve the units. This was not a good experience and I will never recommend nor use Uhaul again!!!

They block the entrance with moving vans. So you have to reverse in off the highway. So instead of an in and out it’s just like a space. This was so annoying. .

I called ahead because we had a one way rental from Colorado and needed storage. I spoke with Doug and he said storage was available. Once we arrived I found that the storage wasn’t large enough (I wasn’t told which sizes were available) and had to get two units. Had I known this, I would have chose a different drop off. Fortunately Joshua was super helpful and made it less stressful and provided the best customer service. We had just driven 2,200 miles so I appreciated his helpfulness and kindness.

Many times access to storage was blocked by U-Haul trucks with no place to park. Door to storage doesn’t stay open and therefore smushes as you walk through with items. Also, can’t open double door for oversized items. Concrete guards surrounding storage door entrance were very annoying and obtrusive. . Also, on many occasions, door to storage was locked and had to wait and find an unfriendly employee to open.
