When I took the truck to location I was told to they would not take it. They gave us an address that wasn't applicable. We were sent on a wild goose chase to find the drop off location. Three of the tires on the trailer were under 20psi. And the brakes were leaking at the hydro tank. I was able to tighten the line and fill the tires. Just figured if some goes out for rental it should be checked over more then a quick yup its there.David M.
Recently, I moved my stuff from Brentwood TN to Jacksonville, NC. (Twice) The first time, my delivery was late by over a week. I spoke with the Ubox traffic manager in Murphysboro, TN â€œStephanieâ€ at 615-432-4612 and 615-896-5303 informing me I was entitled to a refund of $50.00 per late day. I never back from her and each time, I call, I get handed off to a different person. I believe box #AA4523R account 84793749. I was passed around to other people for days getting nowhere. Please don't confuse this info with my most recent issue with my Ubox move where I was billed for two months after I completed the 2nd move to Jacksonville,NC. A refund was issued for this yesterday but has not been received. I am still waiting for my late delivery refund on my first Ubox. Phone: 310-498-5535. The employees are nice. It took a very long time to get checked through. The employee next to me checked in 3 in the same amount it took to check me in. Nothing unique or confusing about my reservation. The employee was very nice but slow. I had a big job to get done in 4 hours and was very anxious to get going. A half hour was eaten up at the store. I've used this company multiple times and it has never taken that long. I forgot to check in online. Perhaps that would have sped it up. Still love Uhaul!SUSAN P.

Well, the early check in info was lost, they couldn't get the key for the van out of a lock box it was in because they didn't have the combo, the card reader didn't work, and I only drove 17 miles on a standard small van yet, it took almost 3 gallons of gas to fill it up! So, no, I didn't get it with a full tank. So, yeah, it was a rough day for this U-Haul!!John B.
I think in the future , I would go to another location or a different company . I've never been charged like this , before . I had storage there before and was told that you all were climate controlled , but when I got my things back there was mold and fungus on my things . I did let it be known , but no-one did anything about it . All of my things had to be thrown away . I'm allergic to mold . The people there are nice , though . I booked a month in advance. A few days before the rental you started moving me further and further away from my starting point saying no trucks were available. I had to drive and pay for an extra 40 miles because of the nonsense. We passed over 100 trucks sitting on various U-Haul lots - including 30-40 within a mile of my origin that sat there all day long at open locations. This is absurd and you should be ashamed of making a customer pay for your internal issues or was it just fraud? Maybe a regional manager should call me, huh?MICHAEL O.

When we arrived at 8:30 am for an 8:00 pickup, my truck was blocked in by several vehicles. The location had two staff on duty along with someone cleaning out trucksâ€” We had to wait until 10:00 to be able to depart the location with our vehicle. The staff on duty did the best they could and were very pleasant -however, we should have been taken care of promptly. Returning the vehicle was extremely efficient and not an issue.DONNA C.

I completed the online reservation and had to redo most of it when I arrived at the store. When I returned the vehicle, the check in process was just as cumbersome and slow. I reserved a 20 ft truck, verified it four days before pick up, went to get truck and was told they had given it to someone else for a one way rental. Had to settle for a 15 ft truck if I wanted to still move. Took multiple trips, and fuel. If someone reserves a truck, don't give it to someone else to make more money.Robert D.

We originally reserved out in Richlands NC. Our reservation was canceled and we were forced to drive 30 minutes away to pick up our truck. The man on the phone was very rude and tried telling me that it wasn't that far away. He was not willing to help us or provide any answers and was very rude.GEORGE M.

This trailer was not in good shape. The door was hard to put up and down and the trailer leaked. Was very disappointed with condition of trailer. My belongings were wet from leaks due to rain storms we encountered along our route.Mary K.

Reservation originally made 3 miles from location. uhaul called and stated website was wrong and truck was available at location that was another 3miles away. I get all the way there for them to hand the keys for my 20ft truck to the people at the counter next to me and then said they ran out of trucks and were double booked. I made my reservation days ago, and didn't even ask for this store. no compensation for inconvenience, smaller truck that required the use of POV as this was not large enough.Jennifer D.

Honestly, there isn't anything that I would have to say that requires improving. Even with a scheduling conflict and the time of my appointment being pushed back a few hours my vehicle was still completed and out very quickly and the work quality is immaculate!! Kudos to the entire staff, and I will most definitely re-patronize this location as well as recommend them to any friends or relatives if any services are required of a U-Haul facility! We reserved an appliance dolly with our order and when we arrived to pick up our truck and the dolly we needed we were told they didn't have any and gave it to someone else earlier. The uhaul place did nothing to help and messed up our move. We had to go buy one. I also called the 800 number and the automated system said it was a 40 min wait I put my name and number in for a call back. It called back told me I was number 1 in the queue then it told me it was a 50 minute wait again I redid the call back and when it called back the second time it told me someone would be on shortly then the system hung up on me. Highly dissatisfied with your customer service. The person at the site called us later after 4 pm to tell us she had a dolly for us finally which was too late nor was I driving back into town to get it with the uhaul and paying for extra miles.MICHAEL B.
