My truck had an issue with one of the tires. Unfortunately I picked up the rental just before closing. By the time I notice the low Air pressure in the passenger side tire, all employees had left. I felt it was best if I didn't take out the vehicle in such a situation. I simply left the truck right where I found it. I went home in my car to return the next day when u-haul would be open. I requested the truck be repaired before I drove off the lot. I was given a new truck. I was told if I had an issue with time a courtesy extension will be given due to the tire issue. However, no courtesy was given when I came back to request more time. If the vehicle was running properly I would not have needed more time.JACOBSD S.

Inform me of the verification requirements BEFORE I check out my equipment. I've rented from this location numerous times in the past with an out of state license. For some reason, this time, at 6:30 in the morning when I tried to check out my equipment, you decided that you needed extra verification of my credentials and needed to contact two people to confirm I was renting a truck. You made me wake up my friends while I was standing in the parking lot to take a ridiculous phone call that served no purpose at all. You've had my out of state license on file for several years. If you really felt this was necessary, you should have conducted the verification process before I got to the parking lot.Christopher C.

The rental went well until after I returned the vehicle. Location was busy at the time when I dropped off the vehicle. So I couldn't get a person to view the truck before I left it.. up to this point i still Wouldve rated them 5 stars. Now with that out the way let me explain what took place after I left to go And hour after dropping off the truck I recieve a 2nd charge for $116 charge on my account for uhaul. I got to my email to see what the new charge was. The reciept said i damaged the truck with a hit to the driver side fender. So i called the location to speak to someone and couldn't reach anyone.. so I had to come back to the store to see about this damage to the truck. When i arrive i see there's small black marks on the fender some of it rubbed away when i touched it.. i goto the clerk to explain that no accident happened with the truck and he had told me that i signed off on the truck before I left and that he would check the locations camera to see if anything had happened after i dropped it off. (CONTEXT on the photo inspection that i signed off on before taking vehicle (photo looked to be taken the night before) wasnt and issue at the time. But after this new damage had become an issue the fact that nobody visually checked the car before giving the vehicle right before I left or even checked it when I brought it back leaves too much room for error and I got the short end of the deal. Had I not put the $25 protection plan on the truck I wouldve been charged even more for damage that I didnt even cause and unable to proveANDRE G.

The location itself was fine. What is completely unacceptable and leads me to conclude that I will NEVER rent a UHaul again is your customer service. I waited on hold for over 2 hours and NEVER was able to speak to anyone. I called approximately 20 times to try to reach a rep but NEVER got a person on the line. Your automated call system and the complete lack of ability to speak to a person demonstrate very clearly that you have nothing but contempt for your customers. It is absolutely appalling. Not only will I never use UHaul again but will make sure I tell everyone I know how horribly you treat your customers.Brian L.

1. the advertising was misleading the milage rate was higher.. "because it was the weekend" 2. the vehicle was clean and operational but had multiple dents/damage all minor but i was never reassured it wouldn't be my problem. This facility is the most modern ,clean,secure,and has the easiest access to my unit. From just pulling up to the roll up doors and not having to get out of your car the roll up door opens automatically then once inside the bay after swiping in the dollys are there to load my property once in a huge elevator and dropped off at my floor I have access to my unit through a huge roll up door. All the while protected by cameras and a convenient two way intercom where you are in touch with the front desk in seconds. They also gave restrooms on every floor which is great. It is the best storage facility I ever rented from and I rented quite a few. But now all my storage needs will be done at this facility solely. Brought one way truck rental back at 4:55 pm on Sunday, 3/8/2020 and as if 9:30 am on Monday, 3/9/2020 the truck has not been checked in and no receipt has been emailed.
