I am working for the city of New York with delivery food for New Yorkers all over in New York my car near mountains because I use it every day so I take it off the road for four days I am supposed to rent the van the Saturday And I’m renting the van last Saturday I am telling the person at the store that I will come back because I have to because my brother to my brother drive my car back and I can drive the van I’ll leave the key in the van because I thinking common sense if the person want to move any truck they may need to move my van I’m a spend time with my brothers because I am living in the city of New York and my brothers living in New Rochelle Are used to live there for 13 years I know a lot of people I know are used to rent a van and trucks when you have one in Main Street and I know the owners maybe well we have a gas station When I come back Saturday about 7:30 pm And discovery The van is not there someone parking the van back in the parking lot nobody text me nobody call me nothing they have all my information and I am ready pay holder in my credit card for $181 I am call you guys tonight and the people from your company want to me pick up I know that van in Mount Vernon but for me I think it’s complicated Because I have to go to the website and I don’t have much about it in my phone I have to rent I Another van this past Monday That made me lost two days from work Because Sunday and Monday I don’t have a car to work I think it’s totally unfair then I am fine daddy store How charge me 49 Dollars for a van that I am never use spoken with the manager about it In the phone and they say that I am supposed to receive the $49 dollars back in my account In three or four business day My job is very important we feed people without as many people don’t eat day And I am considered a really unfair for that paper and for myself Because they have any consideration About me We are drivers front Uber and Lyft and now we working with the city of New York because we know the streets and we provide that service to the city many drivers asking me for renting a van and telling the manager we like to give him business and I don’t have after everything happened to me after Lift two days from work are we talking about good morning are they I have no discounts at all I don’t consider a doubt that’s not right because I am lost two days from work I am renting vans and trucks from you for so long are used to have a moving company I am always rent it before and when I move oh my family Move we using you and I am always recommending you to my friends and family does. They have in the store is totally bad the other thing you have to changing for the future Customers call it don’t live in the wait time too much I am calling and calling and calling and they always put them in the whole 20 minutes 30 minutes 35 minutes and nobody take the call I think you need to training your employees about be honest Help if you Can and make sure Do you always help

I've never had a worse experience in renting equipment. I was stopped on the highway on two different occasions due to a faulty break and directional lamp. The vehicle had a cracked windshield that was being held together with tape. The vehicle speedometer was in Km not mph. Between the directional and speedometer this made for one of the most unsafe trips I ever had. And to top it all off my credit card was charged 3 times when I pointed that out 2 charges were reversed, but I still have to wait 5 days. And I returned my vehicle on 5/22 at 4pm but it was never checked in i had to call 4 different times to try and have someone check in the vehicle. I feel I should be issued a refund for the poor service and the lack of saftey checks done by your employees.

Two of the four rear lights were not working properly on the trailer (top right, bottom left) when I went to leave. Dealer had no options available to fix prior to my leaving and I had no choice but to take a trailer that would not pass inspection. During the course of my driving over 48 hours, the signal/brake stopped working on a different light. Fortunately that came back on after a period of time. In short, the dealer was professional and helpful, however clearly the equipment inspections are not being performed properly when equipment is returned.

awesome experience during the COVID crisis. the truck was disinfected, the workers all wore gloves and masks and maintained social distancing routine. All the members of staff were super helpful, friendly and gracious. Truly incredible experience given this pandemic environment in which most people are acting truly weird and crazy!

i rented 12 furniture pads for $10 with the trailer rental. Rental agent forgot to give me the furniture pads which i had forgot about aswell. when i remembered i was over 100 miles away again, I called the rental location and spoke to the same agent. He asked if i would like to return to pick them up, which i declined cause i was so far away. He then told me he would issue me a refund for the pads rental. when i returned the equipment I reminded the agent (a different person) to take the pads off which he didn't do. Just spoke to customer service to get my refund which the was issued this morning to my credit card.
