When I first got there, I was slightly annoyed. I was going through a moving process and it was raining cats and dogs. Ms.Gordon at the Beechwood location in New Rochelle New York was very nice and pleasant. She changed my mood. She was polite and calm. Even though it started to get a little crowded, She made sure she finished up with me Explaining everything about the storage and the U-Haul before moving onto the next customer that’s customer service at its best 👍🏾
