I've been a uhaul customer for some quite time now but this was the first time I used this location. I noticed my bill was higher then normal. Since I've rented this trailer before to my surprise I was charged an additional 20 dollars for an after hours fee. The very first time I have seen this fee because I returned the equipment while they were closed before. Mind you I wasn't schedule to return it for another 8 hours or so. It wouldn't of been so bad if the owner would of told me about the additional charge after I told him I might be bringing It back that night. So no need to say I'll be staying away from that location and mentioning it to my buddies how that uhaul likes to charge you extra surprise chargers. I could understand if the trailer was put in the way of a drive way door or blocking another vehicle. But when you back up the trailer in a convenient spot to work around it one doesn't deserve to be charged extra I also took pics where I left it. If proof is needed. Thank you

Everything was great! The only criticism that i have is that the printout that i printed out online was so small that it was literally unreadable without a magnifying glass.

Honesty is the best policy. At this location I was asked to leave and as email would be sent due to COVID or as I seen since I sneezes paranoia. I took photos just to be safe of the speedometer miles and gas gauges because I returned it at the proper gas level and an 8th of a tank was subtracted and charged to my card

I had rented equipment at this location previously, equipment always in top shape. Yesterday I rented a car transport, the straps are so worn and frayed that it was difficult to strap vehicle down. Also ratcheting mechanism rusted. Equipment was not in satisfactory working order...I had to pickup a vehicle in a rush, that was the only transport available.

We had issues with the Uhaul app. We were able to call the main line and get immediate help, even during the busy holiday season and COVID If you have safari/apple make sure to check your settings and allow notifications/location services. Drop off was fast and easy as well.

The trailer I ordered was not available. The employee told me I was out of luck and they could not find another trailer. I informed him I needed the trailer and I made reservations for a trailer. He offered me $50.00 for future use. I told him to keep his 50 bucks and there is a trailer hidden behind the trucks. He went outside and realized there is a trailer hidden in the back behind the trucks. The employee stated that was not the trailer I ordered and I insisted on taking the trailer because I was desperate. Finally he rented out the trailer to me. U-HAUL SUCKS. The trailer I finally received had broken straps and I had to wait until the employee replaced the straps.

The only issue I had is that I rented a dolly and 6 pads and they were not in the truck which did cause me a lot of inconenience having to borrow a dolly from a friend and having to use my comforters as pads and I still got charge for them.

Owner was very helpful. We didn't have a reservation but figured out a way for us to use a truck for a few hours. A bit short staffed on a busy weekend but waiting a bit for quality and great customer service is worth it to me. I would highly recommend this store.

The phone system is annoying and time consuming. I received an e-mail saying I needed to call U-Haul to confirm my reservation and spent at least 10 minutes waiting for a person to answer. While waiting, I had to listen to all sorts of information about U-Haul including the fact that U-Haul was hiring that was irrelevant to me. If the phone system can't be improved confirmations should be done by text message or on-line.

I was shocked that during covid you would not clean the truck before allowing a customer to get in it. you changed my location and sent me 30 miles away I had 2 workers that we waiting 1.5 hours and when I called the U-Haul operator she was like too bad, read the fine print. I had to stop and get gas because it only had a 1/4 of a tank in it. When I got out I could see the last persons contract and used tissues under the seat. The women from U-Haul said you can bring it back and we will swap it, but I had already been exposed to what ever was in the truck. I work at a hospital and a school, we have so many protocols in place that make it really hard to operate, but we know we have to do it to protect the people that use our facility. I deal with the health department on a weekly basis and I am going to mention my experience to them next week. I can't believe the complete disregard you have shown for human life, leaving used tissues from the last customer, who clearly touched everything after they blew there nose. Unfortunately because of the delay you caused by sending me so far away I have to rent again from Middletown on Wednesday. When I dropped it off the young man was very nice and was apologetic because he saw the old contract and tissues under the seat and deducted the 60 miles extra I had to travel. I just hope the two boys or myself don't get sick as a result of you being so inconsiderate. During covid you have a responsibility to the public to make sure you clean your rental equipment, I don't think it get worse than leaving used tissues in a rental vehicle. I will have the health department contact you to find out if the people before me had any covid issues so they can conduct a contract tracing.

I reserved for a different location. I didn't realize the website changed my pick up location. I went to the original requested location and then had to go to the new location to pick it up. The trailer had a bend where the straps mount, making it difficult to strap my car down. Was hard to get out of the parking lot because of traffic. Hence, why I didn't want to use this location.

Get friendlier employees, I should not have to be the one to greet the sales associate. The truck that we were given was not a great representation of your company. I was almost hesitant to take the truck on the account of worrying about being charged for the damages on the outside of it.

My original reservation was canceled by uhaul rep bc someone else was paying a much higher rate on a one way. I only found out when I went to try and pickup the truck.
