This is a very well run establishment. I’ve rented here many times and Erica and Desir have made it easy each time. Friendly customer service and they always have what I need. I will continue doing business here .

I worked with a staff member whom I forgot his name , very nice guy working on Sunday 5/31/26 He helped me and resolved the issue. I originally reserved a trailer however, time of reservation. I was not told I needed to have wiring to connect to the vehicle pulling the trailer. So of course this was very frustrating when arriving on Sunday to pick up the trailer however, the Man working all day Sunday was extremely helpful and extremely patient. Making this a lot smoother.

The key that was in the box was not the key for the truck I was assigned so I waited 45 min for someone to come open the store and get the correct key

Rent 10’ trucks from you all the time, this one had terrible gas mileage, under 5mpg. When I filled the gas following the guide provided it was way over where it was when I picked it up leading me to believe it had a faulty gas gauge. Alignment was way off, driving straight had the wheel at a 45 degree angle. Not satisfied, as a regular customer, would love to work something out.

Honestly, nothing. Everything went well; staff were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and worked at a quick pace. The wait time was less than 15 minutes from start to finish on pick-up and less than that on drop-off. I have zero complaints and am impressed with the service.

I was charger $25 cleaning fee over the blanks not being folded. They didn’t tell me this and their excuse is, there is a sign in the truck ,like if u look at signs when you moving

We got changed $10 for gas when we made sure we left it with more miles to empty then when we picked it up. We called and had the charge removed because we also took pictures. But it felt like a charge just give everyone hoping people just take it. Also, I wish the miles given weren’t so close to the number of miles needed to make it. If we had hit a detour on our drive: we would have gone over, without doing any extra driving we were 3 miles from going over the allotted number.

The 5x9 trailer really is a 4.5 foot wide trailer. I recommend better clarity on the site. I went to pick up a lawn tractor, and it barely fit.

I reserved a 10 ft truck , the night before .. the clerk at desk confirmed there was one available. The day I picked up they had a 15 ft truck for me . Which I definitely didn't need . They said a 15 ft was reserved which it wasn't !!! the 15 ft was 29.95 instead of 19.95 ... when I told them they said all the 10 foots were reserved, but I'm not sure about that .. think they didn't want change the paperwork because there were tons of 10 footers when I picked up and dropped off . ,, plus the mileage is really expensive.. they show 19.95 a day on the trucks .. which looks great but once you ad on mileage .. my bill was 167.07 .. then of course gas .. which wasn't correct they showed on the paperwork the truck had half between 1/4 &1/2 when I got in it was slightly higher than 1/4 , so close to 1/4 ..... if you don't return truck with same amount off gas they charge over $5.00 a gallon to get it to were its stayed and a $30.00 fee .. so they kinda got me on the size of the truck and not recording correct gas mileage.

I would like to specifically mention Erika as an absolutely amazing person. She was very helpful and cooperative every single time I needed help to get to my U-Box container. Also Cory was very nice and supportive all around. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend this place.

Was over priced and they gave a a horrible trailer that was rusty and falling apart for an over 1000 miles trip. The bearing where bad so created so much drag on my truck got absolutely horrible gas Milage and spent so much unnecessary money on gas

Notify customers, when making a reservation, the requirement of purchasing the insurance through UHaul unless they can show their auto insurance would cover them if necessary. I was not notified of this and had no choice but to purchase the insurance fee.

The Young Man and his Supervisor that processed the Equipment Hookup and Paperwork/Dispatching did an Excellent Job. They were quick, efficient and the Software was easy to Operate as a Consumer and Overall Experience was an A+

The whole operation is a scam! You advertise a truck for $19.95, I literally had the truck for an hour and it cost me $73. The woman who helped me was rude and very unprofessional, she charged me an insurance fee, when I have my own insurance, and she did so without telling me! I should at the very least have the insurance feee put back on my card!!

customer service wasn’t the best compared to the attleboro location. very nonchalant attitude from the guy who checked me out and didn’t even instruct me on dropping off keys after hours, i had to figure it out myself. and i was annoyed at the fact that i asked him where could i park my car while i had the u-haul in my possession and he gives me a “ idk “ answer but when i was returning the truck, other customers were able to park their cars in the parking lot while i had to go across the street. would have rather went to attleboro location and paid more for the miles, only came here bc it was closer.

I have rented from the Attleboro facility a few times and I have to say that Erica B is just awesome. In the most difficult situations with the past two storms, she was able to help get rentals ready despite the weather conditions. If not for her, I would not be able to get my business nor my rental properties cleared of snow for tenants.

My experience with U-Haul in North Attleboro has been terrible from day one. Service, shortage of staff, the facility, etc. The whole experience was very poor until I dealt with a particular manager recently named Erica.Barratt. Erica was phenomenal. One day I called and no one answered the phone in North Attleboro and minutes later I got a call back from Erica apologizing that my call was missed. Every time after that that I dealt with Erica, my experience was excellent and outstanding. Erica is a very valuable employee to U-Haul and I don’t say that lightly. That’s one employee that is worth keeping.

The storage facility was fine, the only issue I had was when it was time to move out. I had two storage units for 1 year and nine months. Payments were made on time and never missed . The payments were do on the 25th of each month. We asked about a discount since we were moving everything out on the 28th and was declined. We were charged for a whole month even though we only used 3 days of the month. Please ,do better with your customer service, considering there is a brand new storage facility on the opposite side of the street from you.

Extremely upset, I tried renting a transport car trailer all weekend and every time I went there their computers were down. It let me set up the rental on the app but when I got there 3 times the person behind the counter said he couldn't let any equipment out. I had to go over half hour to get a trailer. Probably the last time I use U-Haul. I got no discount after having to wait three days for a trailer.

I’ve rented box trucks from many companies over the last 15 years.. I’m used to dealing with some kind of issue. I’m happy to say that my 2 recent rentals from the North Attleboro location have been incredibly easy and my company will continue to call here in the future.

They didn’t have truck that full with the gas line in so I choose to have that truck with 2 miles gasoline left and they did have me a credit for it but when I return to the location that assigned, they charge me back more even I left 34 miles in the truck. The gentleman in this office when I checked in with him, he said I can return any miles left on the truck. Now they refuse to refund the over charged on me with this rental and I am very upset about their service .

Honestly, I I would give U-Haul of North Attleboro all of the stars in the sky if that were an option here… from the day that I opened my unit to the day that I left, they went above and beyond for me every time. But what I was most impressed with was their billing department. Honestly, I was late with my payments pretty often and the fact that they never sent my stuff to auction says a lot about who they are as a company, in my opinion. They were always fair with me and they were always willing to work with me as long as I communicated. I never would’ve expected the kind of experience that I’ve had with them from a “big box” storage facility but truth is they’re awesome people. they say the tough times teach you who your friends are… well doing business with U-Haul North Attleboro feels more like having friends with storage units lol. I had the smallest possible storage unit and the monthly cost was much too high with $10.00 increases every 4 months. The rate became unreasonable. What was once the lowest competitive rate in the area now became the highest. I won't rent from uhaul again.

I have a problem I turn the truck with the same amount of gasoline and the company charge for 5 gallon. I have picture that show went I pick up the truck and went I brought it back. That doesn’t make no sense. I will be waiting for a answer. Thanks.

Didn't realize, I only had access to storage, until 7:00 pm! Still not done, packing! Okay after speaking with ?, thinking now I got access until 10:00 pm, get there 10:10, no access!! I mentioned showed the gentlemen that inspected my storage unit (# 126) upon emptying my storage unit that 2 nail are coming through the ceiling and that someone could cut themselves on those. Thankfully I did not. I do hope that you check on this and repair it so that no one gets hurt and that your company does not expose itself to any liability. Thank you and stay safe. Greg.

The guys where great with setting up the storage unit. When we needed to rent trucks for our move the guys went out of there way to help us when we had to change our moving dates 3 times.

Fast, friendly service, if your having trouble with paying just contact them and they will work with you. They don't want to auction off your stuff just as much as you don't want it auctioned.
