The service was awful, we waited 40 minutes in line just to be told the keys were already in the truck, the app told us to see a representative to get the keys that's why we waited in line. We finally got in the truck and headed home to start loading to then realize the dolly and furniture pads that we had paid for were not in the truck, so we had to make another trip back up there to finally get them. When we told them about them being missing we were then told that there were no more dollys and they would â€œupgradeâ€ us for free. It's not an upgrade if you don't have the product we paid for in the beginning. We went about 30 miles over our original estimated miles, but it did not help we had to throw in an extra 10 miles or so round trip just to receive the extras we paid for. When we returned the Uhaul the lady at the desk made it seem like she did not know what she was doing and was not experienced enough to be working at the first of the month. All in all I will not be using Uhaul again.Damon B.
Planned on hauling my personal vehicle on an auto transport trailer. The UHAUL website have my exact vehicle listed as an option for this trailer, and when I told a store employee my make/model he did not hesitate to rent me this auto transport. The day of my departure I found that my vehicle DID NOT fit. I was by myself, so I couldn't have someone just drive my vehicle, and the best the manager was able to do was rent me a trailer to take stuff out of my vehicle so that I might have my vehicle shipped.JEFFREY S.

I had a small job which I would only need the 10 foot truck for a hour. Well, the place I was to pick up my item was closed due to it being Easter, so I took the truck right back. Well, I got a receipt charging me 14 extra dollars which wasn't explained in the receipt why. I will try and find out tomorrow. Watch them for extra charges. This is BS! I had this truck less than 30 minutes and they charge me 14 extra dollars?!!! The location was fine but the service is questionable.Garen H.

This is a comment about the dolley, not the location. I understand there is a warning about not backing up because you can damage your vehicle by jackknifing the trailer and hitting it with the truck, however I should be free to take that risk. I made a wrong turn and discovered while trying to back into a driveway to turn around that the dolley wheels locked up if you went backwards. That is absurd and bothered me greatly.Brycealexander M.

The Uhaul truck was horrible the right side mirror was damaged and when I got the truck home and discovered that the mirror was damaged and could not be used and was a safety issue I called back and spoke to Brian and he said they was aware that the mirror was broken and I could bring the truck back. But, I explained to him why did they have this truck in service for customers if they knew this was an issue and this would take up my time to get my furniture moved so I could not turn all the way around and bring this truck back. Well, by God's grace I made it through the move got back to the store advise Jeffery the one who rented the truck to us ,to my surprise he only said sorry and he would fix it then. WELL HELL THAT DOES NOT HELP ME AND MY TOTAL DISASTER OF A MOVE I had today. All his stupid jokes was horrible and very distasteful when he did nothing to compensate for their mistake. The best thing about this place was Lisa she is the only person who showed she cared about her customers. I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR ANY UHAUL EVER AGAIN!!!fred V.
I was charged $22 for gas. I brought back the vehicle with the same amount that I picked it up with. It was just under 3/4 of a tank. I returned it. I think I was scammed to be honest. I used the gas station next to the U-Haul place. Not to mention the check in location is on an incline and must have showed a different reading. On a flat surface it was 3/4 of a tank. I think I was unfairly charged this money. Poor customer service. It was checked in ok and then U-Haul circled back and charged me for gas. Again, I think it's a scam.Milton S.

I got the vehicle on Wednesday and was told has to bring it back Thursday. When I brought it back was told we could keep it until Saturday and they wouldn't charge my card. The charged my card two more times for over 100 dollars each time. Went to Atl twice and was told I used over 800 miles?????????? This is shady business very shadyDANIEL S.
Overall experience was very good. The only thing I was displeased with is I went in the day before to reserve and pay for Saturday Morning. I thought this would speed up moving day. I even asked if you needed my license insurance or credit card. No was the answer. When I arrived on Saturday I thought the process would be quick and I would be on my way. Then all the questions and documents come up. Need your License. Whats your email. Whats your address. Whats your mailing address. We need another contact name and number. I gave forgot the other questions. I thought I would be in and out on my way. That didn't happen even though I tried to do all that the day before. Would I use you again though. I would. I visited the U Haul self-storage and compared it to the one I was using. I was very pleased with the representative, he explained everything in detail & showed me a space I was interested in. I decided to change storage companies as I got more space, first month free rent, & the monthly fee is about what I was paying plus more space. The storage was fine. My not recommending u-haul to a friend is my concern over how you are handling the Covid 19 issue. Marks on the floor for social distancing while renting a truck but obviously no mask requirement for customers or staff. I saw one staff member with a mask mid July when I was dropping off a rental. You've got 3 service windows, two with partitions and one just open. No protection between customer and employees. I find it unacceptable in this climate not to require staff to mask up when interacting with customers.
