Your on-line check in process was terrible. It wasn't stable and fortunately the store was open when I went to get the truck, so I was able to complete the transaction at the counter. Also, the website stated that the inside length of the truck bed was 12' 5". It was actually under 12' and made it difficult to fit 12' lengths of lumber I needed to transport.Kevin M.

All the workers were great! The only problem was I drove the van 16 miles, and I had to put 5 gallons in the gas tank. Either I got screwed by the person who had the van before me not filling it up all the way, or the van gets 3 miles to the gallon. Either way, this was not ideal.christopher I.

Very clean facility. Staff was very nice and helpful. The best part about it was you could pull into the building to load and unload your items and use the carts for your items. If I ever need a storage facility in the future, I will definitely be back.Kayla M. | Overall Experience

There was communication differences between the call centers when I scheduled the pods. 1) Cost. There was an additional fee for delivery to final destination which was not mentioned upon initial schedule. 2) initial schedule, which was made by Toronto call center, allowed me to have pods dropped off Day after Thanksgiving which was closed in Toledo and had to reschedule for Next day. These issues were minor and the customer service I received from Toledo call center and the ladies delivering and picking up pods were exceptional. Would recommend to friends should they need a source to move.Todd S.

The picture of the front of the car was very dark in the area that had minor cosmetic damage so I couldn't tell if it was in it or not, otherwise everything was fantastic and easy to followAustin L.
This move was by far the best I've experienced to date. There is less stress involved when your U-box is delivered and you have plenty of time to load them. The worries of storing/transporting them are also eliminated. I'll recommend U-box to anyone who is planning a move!Nevin C.

Return call when a customer tries to discuss their charges & experience. I showed the picture of the gas gauge but the app wouldn't let me mark the right level. This caused an additional $50 charge for gasoline. I rent from Uhaul pretty regularly but I'll be using Penske or Hertz from now on.MELANIE L.

I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING A TRUCK EITH A FULL TANK OF GAS AND TO RETURN IT WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS. I FILLED IT JUST TILL IT CLICK OFF FULL. I HAD ONLY DRIVEN 39 MILES YET IT TOOK 12.5 GALLONS TO FILL UP!JAMES S.
I've been leasing from Uhaul for approx 10 years and never have I had a truck in the condition of the one they gave me for a 7 day trip. There was sticky on the steering wheel and something was across the dash making it difficult to read the speed. The sun visor kept hitting me in the face and finally had to remove it. The door to the truck did not open smoothly had to use a hammer to get it open the first couple of times. There was no grip bar on the back of the truck. The insulation around the door keep coming off and tripping me as I exited the truck. The lights on the dash disappeared on the way home but came back on after about an hour. The truck ran okay no problems there just the other issues making the trip difficult. I believe that must be the oldest truck in operation. It would have been alright had I not been going on a long trip. I pay a lot of money to rent your trucks and this one did not live up to the standard I have come to expect from Uhaul.marilyn W.

I'm done with Uhaul. You people first go to Detroit then Inkster and then made go to Toledo Ohio for a truck I made reservations for a month in advance. I was not properly compensated for having to drive 48 miles there and back to Ohio. The Janky automotive shop/ Uhaul place said there Wi-Fi is down they'll email a receipt. They claimed they took pictures that there is trash and charged 25 for BS cleaning fee. This a lie I did not leave trash. Lastly I never got a call back from inkster to fix issue and Uhaul charged me anther 50 and claim they can't see the charge.Ali S.

Spencer, the manager was helpful. The other worker Shelby had a poor attitude and did not relay pertinent information to me that would have saved me time and resources. However , her manager Spencer did a great job at helping me out with a lock removal and lessening my fees for my storage because I was 2 weeks late with rent. I appreciated his graciousness. The storage locks were broken and i had to move units twice. The hours were inconvenient because I had to get them to take their lock off in order to access my outside unit. At night there was no lighting. Overall there were problems and the employee Shelby made me feel so anxious about evening coming there to get things from my unit. When I went to pick up my stuff in my storage I was unable to get into it with my card, nor were the two ladies working knew what they were doing and kept hanging up the intercom on me while trying to figure it out. So I just had to go into the unit with the alarm going off being their own workers didn't even know how to let me access my storage! Useless and not helpful. Then I received a charge for gas for the truck I rented and honestly when I first got the Truck there was barely no gas in the truck as it is, I'm not going to put gas in a truck that I didn't personally use up. Clearly the truck wasn't properly seen prior to me. Then the fact I received an email stating that I got a free month of storage is a joke.
