Essence t. | Overall ExperienceOverall everything was pretty good in the over one year period where I had my unit, except something fell on my storage room unit door from the inside damaged it a little bit and you guys are trying to charge me $700 for it which is absolutely outrageous even though you guys have insurance and everything like that. Appreciate you letting me get my things out though, but I will be contacting a lawyer in regards to this.
Nicholas T. | Overall ExperienceWhen I initially signed for the unit the worker didn’t code my card right, so when I took my truck full of things to the unit after office hours I couldn’t get into my unit. I called the after hours number and they said they were sorry but couldn’t do anything to help me. I had to set off the alarms to get into my unit to unload my truck. It was embarrassing. U-Haul just said sorry and didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. I also only used the unit for 10 days and they wouldn’t give me any money back. They said we don’t do that. I will NEVER use this place again. Completely mis-managed!!
