How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was very well kept and very easy to use. The one and only complaint I had was the last month I paid I had to call 3 times to get my stuff taken care of because the lady I talked to messed up my storage somehow doubled my bill and didn’t do what I needed, so someone else had to fix her mistakes and she sent me the wrong paper work and hung up on me.
Miranda S | Overall ExperienceHaving lots of problems with the card/code not working at the 1739 Alexis Rd, by the 5 car censored opening.
Stacy T | Online Move InIt was very useful and positive encouraging Employees they were more then kind very understanding and helpful.
QUASHAWN C | Overall ExperienceThe the U-Haul staff that dealt with me at the North Toledo site were very attentive to every need that I had. They answered every question to the best of their ability, and everyone was very polite. They really went above and beyond and helping me with anything I needed help with. ALICIA B | Overall ExperienceThe only reason for a no mark on office availability is because I am night shift and the office isn't open at night
