Both the GM and the young lady that handled the rental were perfect and professional. Upon return the gentleman, I think his name was Christopher, his badge title said owner, he was equally as great! Very nice experience we will rent from them again!Deborah T.

The text message link for self service did not work â€” even after I followed the instructions Uhaul provided for IOS to allow location service with my browser, it kept getting hung up on the process that involved location confirmation via my phone. It was only when I thought to search for a U-Haul app that it was resolved. (There was no problem with the app.) This and the unexpectedly long self-checkout process delayed me picking up my vehicle by nearly an hour.Brian E.

The front brakes need attention as the rotors are warped enough to be a concern about safety. When hitting the brakes it would shake enough to possibly loose control especially at higher speeds.MIKE F.

I had to call in because the website said I went over 4,000 miles on my mileages. I drove less than 30 miles and only had it for about 8-9 hrs. The man who answered was condescending, rude, and unhelpful.Allison L.
Caleb was very rude. As I was walking to put the keys in drop box he yelled across the parking lot angrily "don't put the keys in there we are still open". He saw me taking pictures in the lot completing the return process online as he drove around. Never once did he identify himself as an employee so I figured no one was there and I should follow the instructions online. He came up and asked questions that the online process already asked. He was very rude and spoke to us with an attitude. Poor customer service.Ftazia L.

Janese and Michael were both very helpful! This will be my place to go in the future. They had the size truck that I needed and it was very clean. Janese also made sure that I had the correct number of furniture pads that I had asked for. This location is very easy to get in and out.DONNA B.

It took a bit of a learning curve on the after hours drop off process. I made a few mistakes in the process. Maybe a quick review of the after hours drop off process at pickup time would help. Even though I made mistakes, the process worked without any negative impact. THANKS...RONALD R.
When I picked this unit up I didn't check the inside.when I got to the location to start loading it,had trouble opening up the back door of the trailer.The inside was clean.Proceded to load up the trailer and drove to my destination the next day (friday).Got in late so unloaded the next day(saterday).when tried to open the door again was hard to open again.Unloaded the trailer,cleaned it out and took the trailer back to the drop-off location.Informed the lady at the drop-off location about the difficulty on opening the door.She inspected it and said the door looked slightly pushed in and she would make not of it.Overall the trailer pulled very nice and no problems on the journey.CLARENCE R.

I would never use the before/after hours service ever again. It was the unorganized, frustrating, process. It was only aggravated more by the bitter cold weather. My girlfriend has small hands and could barely operate the lock box and tumblers. I would have had no luck. Trying to accomplish what you requested on a small cell phone screen was beyond frustrating. Not all of us have tablets or laptops. Having to take a picture during the check-in check-out process was also beyond frustrating. It was not a pleasurable experience in any way. Unfortunately, I needed this truck during off hours. Your company needs to make this process user friendly to those with limited technical skills. If my girlfriend wasn't there to do this for me, I would never have been able to complete any of the steps. My suggestion is to put live people at all locations at all hours of operation.George R.

Put up signage so customers know where to go. Place looked like it was condemned. There was no sign on the closed Kmart letting you know that's where to go. It would have been nice if they offered hitch accessories like the location I returned it to. The lady that helped with pick up was pleasant and helpful. The young man who was trying to help checkout and hooked up trailer was trying so hard to sound knowledgeable and recite Uhaul policy it was almost impossible to understand and communicate with him. He needs to be trained on how to simply communicate. I would drive another 100 miles to not use this location.robert W.
