Las Cruces was our starting point and the scheduling, communication was superior. The end destination was a nightmare for us as we had scheduled the 27th for drop off. I had to call that location to confirm only to find out they had no drivers! It was confusing, extra expense for our housing and scheduling to unload..Poor communication and attitude in St George although the driver was on time and friendly when the main dispatcher finally got the schedule straight.

We paid the extra for the safe move. When we returned the vehicle at afternoon, the woman that was checking the vehicle in refused to let me out of the vehicle and demanded I turn on each blinker so she could check them and then to turn on the headlights so she could check those and then had me press down the brake lights so she could check it. Why did I need to do all that? If a headlight, brake light, or blinker was out was she going to try to charge me for it? I was not asked to check any of those when we rented the truck. The gentleman that helped us inside was great.

KEVIN BThis is the 2nd request from Uhaul to review their service. They took 3 weeks to deliver. Based on comments by the reps, drivers were not always available. There was also a lot of contradictory comments made by the reps regarding possible delivery date, the number of containers that fit on a truck (some said 6, some said 10). Apparently, it depends on where the truck is going. One rep stated containers delivery to my home id June 6. Later that day, another rep stated June 10. This rep threatened to not deliver my things. Another rep could not give me the total cost. She said"I cant see it". They had my things and I couldn't confirm the cost. She called at the end of the day after calling another dept. and gave me the cost. It seemed Uhaul's right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. So, for 3 weeks, I sat,ate and slept on the floor. I ate on paper plates with plastic knives/forks/spoons. They are much cheaper than PODS, but you get what you pay for. It was a very bad experience and I will NEVER put myself thru that again!

Russell HThey messed up the billing! I first gave my credit card information, but since it was my mother's move, she wanted ro pay. So I called u-haul and the lady said she had changed all of the billing to my mother's card. SHE DID NOT! I have been on the phone with u-haul and my credit card company now for hours and it still is not resolved, even though I have given all the correct information AGAIN to the representatives from u-haul. My credit card is temporarily on hold until this issue is resolved and that means anything I have on automatic updates on that card is in jeopardy of not being paid. This is a HUGE inconvenience! I was told on Sat. morning that someone from U-haul would call me later in the day and that never happened. What a clusterfuck!

Denmark RThe sales person sold us the wrong lock resulting in a call and our storage unit being locked out - once we replaced it with the correct lock it took 20 minutes for some to arrive and remove their lock-out lock; the access card didn’t work and took a half hour to resolve. This place is managed by clowns - all they need is sideshow and elephants. Look elsewhere, don’t be followed by the new location. Also they left a mouse poison trap in our unit - so that have mice.

JERRY RUpon arrival today, they did not allow us to pick up the truck. They put me an hour behind on my day. Due to the fact that the representative that booked, the vehicle told me that I did not have to be present with the card that they could call over the phone for a verification. The young lady that helped us was extremely rude and judgmental. Due to the fact that my nephew was covered in tattoos. I think the issue needs to be addressed. I had to give another contact before I could rent the vehicle but when your agent called my contact, U-Haul showed up as Potential SPAM and my contact did not answer. The link U-Haul sent to my phone to take pictures did not work. Why do I need to provide a utility bill just to rent for local use? U-Haul has my drivers license. Your agent should stay with me during the inspection of the vehicle, I had to go back in a find the agent to explain items I found because the picture link did not work.

Nick MThere is absolutely terrible. She accused me of stealing from U-Haul. She made it so that I can never rent from U-Haul again I went in and personally paid with my credit card. My bill got a receipt took the receipt into U-Haul. The lady that took care of me was not the manager, but another lady was very rude. The lady that actually handled my receipt and the payment the day before was standing with her and I told her she was the one that took my payment, showed her proof that my bank had given me to show that it was paid for, and she still accuse me of being a thief. Then she told her boss that I was rude to her. I wasn’t. I was livid because she called me a liar. I will be telling all of my friends, family, and coworkers to never deal with you all ever again.
