Nothing that I can think of right now.
Clint WPerhaps updating photos to show the more recent damage to vehicle would save time. I needed to disapprove several things and add photos. Nothing major, but would have saved me time if photos had shown damage. Also, while the majority of the vehicle was clean, the cup holders were still sticky with old spill. Lastly, I’m not sure what the turnaround time on receiving my final receipt is? I returned vehicle yesterday at approximately 4pm. As of 11:45 am I do not have a receipt.
Scott GMy contract says from Alamo TX to Sweetser IN. When the box got to Kokomo IN they texted and said it was there. Thats not Sweetser IN where we live. Its 25 miles away. You wanted another $300 to deliver it to Sweetser. Thats not what the contract said. Our grandson took me over and got it and took it back. Don't say one thing and mean another. Thx for listening. Nancy BThe hallways are pretty tight in some areas if you have bigger items to store in a unit it is difficult to get around certain corners. But other then that very nice and new storage facility. I will use again in the future. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Leslie LBefore renting the vehicle, only had 1/8 tank of gas, also tires were unbalanced badly! The drop off location was horrible, unfriendly and a shithole! Only answer they had was “I’m not sure”

ALICE J | Overall ExperienceStop sending all the texts and emails, holy fuck. I have literally received over 70 emails and texts throughout this process. And now it's at least two a day to tell me to take this fucking survey. Just leave me the fuck alone already. I will never use uhaul again, specifically for that reason. I have used Budget and Penske both, and my inbox never got full, and I didn't have to spend a half hour deleting emails and texts. Uhaul sucks ass. Don't waste your time or money with them.

Brittnea MMay want to check the after hours door because it’s difficult to leave. The door gets stuck where the push bar is and won’t open on first try. Thanks for a good experience.

Larry MI was completely surprised and ecstatic that my u-box arrived several days earlier than expected. I had several left over furniture pads. All staff that I had contact with was knowledgeable and helpful.

william nonline app sucks. i tried from the app and from a web browser, but I was unable to complete my equipment return online. local experience is great, nice facility. online tools could be greatly improved. they don't work on android. maybe they work on iOS
