I was extremely happy with the service provided both pickup and drop off. Fyi perhaps having a tool for trailer balls for customers to utilize would be handy as that size wrench is not a standard tool one carries. All in all very and satisfied.

The GM who checked us in was kind, professional and very helpful. Our truck broke down right in front of our unit as we tried to pull away. Luckily she was there and knew exactly what to do. She was amazing and honestly made everything better after a very stressful few days.

Seem to be understaffed when I came in to pick up small trailer. Waited over an hour and 10 minutes. I realize it was the beginning of the month and people were renting big trucks for moving but you'd think they put more staff on. One person cannot handle all that.

After paying my first months rent i arrived at my unit a week later to move the contents of my house in only to find I had been locked out due to 'lack of payment'. I spoke to the manager, Lorelai, and assumed she had taken care of the error. I arrived again a week later to find that i had been locked out of my unit again. I spoke to lorelai once again, i found her rude and unapologetic. She was very unprofessional. The beginning of this month I received an email from Uhaul saying I was late with my monthly payment and was charged a late fee and locked out again. I was confused as my credit card was nowhere near its limit. I called Uhaul and spoke with a young man to find out that there was no credit card on file for my account. (You cant make this stuff up). I have had nothing but issues as a direct result of the unprofessionalism and incompetenace of Lorelai, the manager. If I treated my clients like this, i would have none. Do yourself a favour and go to another Uhaul in the area or make sure to have another customer representative take care of you at this location.

Seemed to be understaffed Long line and wait time time to pick up the vehicle. Returned the next morning to return vehicle and had extremely long lines, and no one available to talk to about returning the vehicle. Previous experiences have been much better than this.

When returning the van, we were early, but the employee made us feel very rushed. When I picked up the van, I confirmed that I would be able to make the payment on debit when returning. When I told the employee that I wanted to pay on debit, he kept pushing for the payment to be done on credit, and looked irritated when I said I still was going to do debit. I feel bad for him, because it seems like he was all alone and it was very busy. But I blame management for not having more staff in on one of the busiest weekends of the year

I think you should quote your rates in kilometres and not miles. There was a dispute between me and your staff about the quote they gave me on the cost of close to $100. For the day. I was thinking in kilometres and staff were working in miles. Once I did the math using miles it made sense. But your staff treated me like I was an idiot and I responded rudely. Not a pleasant interaction for either me or your employees. I have rented from other locations and this has not been an issue. Metric in future please. That is the measure system used officially in Canada.

Entire place was run by one individual. Very busy. He had to run front desk and be able to assist with rentals outside. Took over 45 min to just get to through 4 ppl in line. The outcome when one person has to deal with front desk, phones, moving vehicles and validate trailer hookups. Not the uhaul experience I have seen in the past.

I needed to hire a pick-up truck at the last minute, it was so easy to book the truck on line, when going to the office to fetch the truck, the associates were excellent, despite frequent telephonic interruptions. Kudos to the both of them

Nothing, the guy at the counter was super quick. Explained the additional charges with the reason and finished the procedure within a few minutes. But overall I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone because of highly inaccurate online booking system!!!

This is my first time renting from Uhaul and my experience was not a good one. I booked a box trailer 5X8 for three days with a confirmation from Uhaul (25409449) I then received a call that I have to pick up my trailer from another location which is more than 20 miles from my home. I went to pick up the trailer and was told they do not have a box trailer although I had a reservation and contract. This left me in a difficult situation per my family plans. I was then told only open trailers was available I had no choice but to settled for an open trailer. I tried calling more than eight times to speak with someone but the waiting time was 50M - 1 hour when I finally got through they kept on transferring me to different location with more waiting time. I finally ended up with an open trailer. Not a good experience.

The sales rep is 22mins late to open the store. There is only one person working. We cannot get our vehicular until 10:00am in the morning which ruined my schedule for the day. There should be a refund for not guarantee the truck on time

I was prompted to check in on line to save time when I pick up my rental. The agent showed up 20 minutes after opening time and he was alone. All had to line up, those who had checked in and others. It took over an hour to finally make it to the agent. I still had to provide my driver's license and credit card, as if I had not checked in. I finally got my rental almost an hour and a half after my booked time. I missed my appointment for a booked elevator to move in and had to wait a few hours. UHaul had one agent to save salary money when 2 (one for checked in people and one for others) would have been good customer service. People called and we're put on hold to never be talked to again. I don't blame the poor young agent as he was put in that situation by the location manager, who clearly has no idea or desire regarding customer service. Never again!

Two things even though you would never read or check this 1. If a person rent it for a couple of hours then he shouldnt be charged the same as a person that rent it for 24 hours 2. Insurance should be covered, meaning if a tire get punctured or the car broke down for whatever maintenance reason it shouldn't be the responsibility of customer to fix it or buy insurance for those purposes

make check-in + out faster. we already pre-book gear, pre-sign in, and still have 10-15 minutes at the desk + visit outside to photo trailer connection etc. Barely any customer parking (4 cars max.)

Lorelie Aumann claims to be the manager of this location, tried to overcharge me for the return and when I corrected her she became very short with me, she has no idea how to do her job, charging me for what I already paid for at my pick up location. Now I have to drive 1 HOUR to Oakville to get my deposit back because she doesn't know how to refund back to my card!!!!! I expect compensation for my mileage and gas for this ridiculous inconvenience.

I would never recommend this to anybody,,first of all ,their customer service is so rude,, i had to wait 30-40 minutes to talk to the manager,the reason behind this was i filled gas 150 dollar more than it had to be by mistake ,i requested them to give me refund or credit since gas price are on peak,,but they couldn't help me at all,,a manager took herself out of the matter saying you can talk to the customer service,,i found them so rude please train your staff how to deal with a customer

My contents were covered with ice because of the fire in my old unit’s building. I was very impressed with the helpfulness, speed and efficiency of your recovery crew’s action in cleaning up my old unit,re-boxing salvagable contents, and moving as much as possible to a new unit (in frigid weather).

Temperature was turned down making it very cold on the second floor. Blowing in insulation made no difference to warm the second floor that was now around 50DegC the temperature made sorting through archives is difficult (can not ware gloves) . Plus the billing credit from prepaying a unit and downsizings seemed to be a mystery. The previous management kept it warm on the sevens floor and billing and upgrades and down grades were never an issue. They always accommodated my needs.

I couldn't use the storage unit because the day I was moving my things the elevator wasn't working. Using the stairs wasn't an option, as some of the boxes were heavy. I had rented a truck, so I wasn't going to pay for a new truck later on, so I simply had to look for an alternative.

Uhaul as a whole is very disorganized. I had to fight with different reps to get my locker and my drop off location at the same location without being charged $2000 extra. The lock i was told to buy was the wrong one for the locker so I was forced to buy a second lock. Not sure why I cannot use the lock i originally purchased.

Made a reservation a month in advance. The truck had been loaned out to someone else when we got there. The staff was unusually unhelpful and argumentative. Make sure any perks you get are included in your actual contract. Have a tendency to deny at time if payment. Not impressed. But the storage facility was great!!

Hi... The service at this facility was exceptional. Access to the storage units are easy. The office staff was very friendly and efficient and check in was very fast and clear. During the move, we realized that the storage unit was too small for all of our stuff. I asked the staff for help and they were right on it. Problem solved. i would highly recommend this location.

I was very impressed when I returned my U haul cargo van. The young man, Moona, was very kind and friendly. When I went to the storage unit to unload my stuff, he was very helpful with the door of the unit that got stuck on me. He demonstrated patience and kindness. Thank you
