We turned in the trailer on the 25-hour mark. We had reserved it for 2 days (48 hours) not knowing our true needs at the time. I was expecting to be charged for the 25 hours, not 48. We even requested that, which we shouldn't have to do. I think taking the time into account would have been outstanding customer service. I paid for an extra day I didn't need. The location had plenty of equipment, it's not like we were holding it from someone who needed it. We have been using UHaul for years, as can be seen in our account. I expected more courtesy.
Cristina GI arrived 5:50 pm. I didn’t get out until 6:30 to drop off the truck. 1) the gas level marked on my reciept was wrong. 2) a customer came in after me and was assisted to finally buy half a dozen tote crates. 3) I was passed of to another employee who was still working with a customer. He ended running out into the yard and not appearing back for 10+ minutes. The original employee I met when staging the truck for inspection was asking if I drove somewhere other than what I had indicated! He commented the trip looked like 150 miles I believe. 4) the receipt showed starting mileage at 108191. Turned in at 108242, THAT IS 51 MILES! 5) And again waited 40 minutes to get this handled on my time. I asked if I could be compensated for my time and was told “no” and my credit card was already ran. I felt like they know they made a mistake, did nothing to help me out. You might want to have employees be familiar with basic mathematics.
Tim CThe whole experience was totally disorganized. I never knew who to call for what and I ended up paying for box delivery twice. I wanted to be happy and, yes, my goods arrived in great shape but communication was terrible. I never felt comfortable that things were going to be done as said. No trust was provided to me. I was disappointed in the whole experience.

EFRAIN Cwhen I called the 800# I requested a van and made the reservation for that size. when i got there it was a10' truck I was very disappointed because those are hard for me to get in and out of and i am afraid to drive that size vehicle. But I had people set to come get items so i HAD to take it!! Not Happy

Jeff MGet your act together. Get better coordination between locations. Know what trucks are really available at what times. Don’t force the customer to settle and pay for less. Poor service too many emails. I could go on and on .

All in all everything went really smooth, from pickup to drop off. I cant think of any way to improve this experience. Very grateful for all the help.

Joseph RTurned my truck in a day early and got charged 21.00 for dropping it off at night...they say it says it in the contract but who reads that thing really? Guess I will next time. GM was cool and reversed the charge and gave me a 50.00 store credit for next rental or store products...I may go buy some boxes and tape with it but I surely won't be renting another truck from uhaul...very disappointed

Joseph CU-Haul Rental – Tremendous Manager, Handled It Perfectly, The Best! Folks, I went to U-Haul and despite the system not working right – total glitch, very frustrating, it happens – the Manager Joseph Domingez was fantastic! Outstanding job. He stepped right up, took charge, and got me out the door without a fuss. No drama, no excuses – just results. That’s how you run a business, believe me. Joseph knows what he’s doing, real professional, a total winner. I highly recommend this location, especially if you get Manager Joseph Domingez. He makes U-Haul great again!

This place active only i guess serving your country for over 7years or 20 years doesn't count after you get out san diego and texas give you a discount here they where a little rude bit Joseph was a good man about didnt get it but because he explained in his way to handle situation
