When I picked up the trailer the turn signal was not working. The employee quickly troubleshot this to a cut wiring harness. He was able to replace that and get me on my way in no time. It would be nice to have this done beforehand if possible. It did not affect my experience this is just feedback for you

I really like the storage facility and is clean and convenient. Please consider getting a elevator for the upper storage. Moving upper level with stairs was really difficult to deal with. Everything else was perfect

The link I was provided for dropping off the trailor was completely unnecessary as the location was open and the personel was very helpful. It would be nice if the app indicated that the app was more for dropping off a trailor in the event that the location is closed.

Everyone was excellent. However, so grateful for God’s grace. When we returned the trailer, the end portion of the pin holding the hitch to the car was gone. So grateful the pin did not fall out or there could have been a major accident on the roadway. Not sure if faulty equipment or human error by the U-Haul assistant who hooked up the equipment to the car.

I did mobile check in so it was easy. But the guy that helped me to the truck and check it back in was great he was super nice and friendly and very helpful. Don’t know his name but he had long hair.

This is my second time using U-Haul trucks for moving. The first time I used the self check in on the app and I had a hard time doing it but this time I went into the store and picked it up with a person and the experience was great. Drop off was after hours and I had no problems with online drop off. I would use it like this again. I do like that if you forget to order some blankets they have some in the green plastic bag in the back of the pickup if needed. You’ll just be charged for it but it’s great if you forgot to and you needed it desperately.

When I came to drop my equipment off after hours there was a man that yelled at me and my dad for me trying to put the trailer back from where I picked it he work at the place and was around 510 when we showed up and then told use we had to wait do to another truck being in the way granted the place was closed as me and my dad proceeded to in hook the trailer he walked behind him and start yelling at him then they argued for a short we drop the trailer I called customer service to try and finished the drop off after they said it was ok to leave I did

More people at checkout, only one person was helping customers and there was line of about 6 people waiting. Took over 40 minutes to get my reserved trailer. Once I got checked in everything else was quick and the guy hitching the trailers was very cordial.

The equipment needs to be checked. The motorcycle trailer I was given had 2 bald tires which is why I had the blowout. If the roadside assistance tech hadn't checked the 2nd tire I could have easily had. 2nd blowout.

Only 2 staff working in the morning. 1 doing the check in & paper work of a very long line that I had already reserved online. The 2nd worker hooking up the trailers & trucks. The whole process took almost 2 hrs before I received my trailer. Mind you this business is based on moving but nothing was moving at this facility.

The website says it has access from 5am to 10 pm. The access posted at the facility is from 7a-7p. We got there right before 7pn and Nehemias accommodated us and made sure that we could drop some of our goods into the storage unit. Thank you Nehemias for putting the customer first!

Overall a great experience from the years I rented here. Staff was always helpful and accommodating. The only reason I left is because I moved out of the state. I do wish they had an elevator for the upstairs units but aside from that it was all great.

All hands down the best A team in this business The GM Able Hernandez & his trusty assistant manager Nehemiah make the best team work combo you can think of all the workers love working there and respect there piers and by having that all the customers get an outstanding service and experience. And we all know it’s what makes the experience and people skills that gets you coming back to their professional establishment! So when you have a move or need some extra storage space and you live near or in Ontario you need to go to the Holt location! They got you covered

I most appreciate that over the two years i stored my entire home at the facility, my rent ONLY went up once and $10 at that!!! I also felt at ease knowing that my things were safe and pest free! The entire staff was always kind and helpful. There is nothing i could pick at negatively. Thank you all for helping me (and not taking advantage monetarily) in my time of need! It means so much to me!

Your office staff is excellent in terms of customer service and general helpfulness. We had to leave the truck onsite while we chased down a rental house showing in the area, no problem. We also received an offer to help carry items into the storage area. Experience from May 18, 2024.

Abel Hernandez is an AWFUL DISGUSTING PIECE OF S*** EMPLOYEE!! HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR PRIVACY. HE LABELS PEOPLE AUTOMATICALLY. The concept of upstairs without reasonable access was not clear. I did not ever move into this storage but when I used the code to access the facility it considered me moved in although I was never actually in the loft.

The only thing you might want to consider at some time is having a different code for the door access than you have for check-in/check-out, so I could check in and give the door code to my moving helpers while still keeping my personal check-in code private. That way, nobody but me can check-in (and you can't open the door without checking in first, so that feels like it would be more secure). Just a thought; very happy with the service, the cost is reasonable, and location is convenient. Thank you!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the facility had to change access to our unit. It was not feasible for my husband and I to access our unit using portable stairs. Over the last 2 years, the access hours changed which was difficult for us with working schedules. We did have to remove our storage items in an expedited manner due to the facility needing to make changes by a specific date. Abel was very accommodating and provided very good customer service.

I rented the storage unit over a year and a half and I was having issues with my unit water leaking from the ceiling my Chrome pieces to my lowrider bikes being damaged by water being in my unit leaking from the roof I have put in a complaint and never received a call back or anything so I relocated my stuff out of the unit because no one got back to me at all bad customer service.

Online move in stated that the lock for the storage door would be inside my unit and that the extended storage hours were until 10pm. The first time I arrived, my storage unit was already locked and there was no key to access the inside. It was around 8pm and no one was working. We had already unloaded everything and had to reload back into our truck. We showed up the next day, got my lock that apparently an associate has to give us (NOT what it stated online) and they needed to take the other lock off my unit. On Christmas Day I needed to access the storage so I spoke with a uhaul rep through chat who stated that if the location has after hours then I would be able to get into my unit. I show up that evening and of course the doors won’t open. Another wasted trip and inaccurate information. I come back a couple days later around 8pm and yet again the storage entry doors won’t open! It takes 30 minutes from my place to get to this uhaul storage location. As I’m about to turn around someone walks out of an office and tells us there aren’t extended storage hours even though it states so online. He told us to come back at 7am the next morning. The ONLY reason I chose this location was due to the “extended hours” that apparently don’t exist. I don’t know if this is a widespread issue or just this location but I’ve wasted SO much time going back and forth to this place and have been given wildly false information several times. Horrible experience so far.

Staff were awesome specially Eris and Dinis! The call center completely screwed me and reserved a unit that was already taken. Had to drive to a completely different city twice to get a storage unit. This caused me to use up alot of the gas I just put in to return the vehicle. Good thing the general managers are awesome cause this review couldve gone south if it wasnt for them.

This was my 2nd time renting a storage unit from U-Haul. I have experience nothing but positive. The staff is friendly, the location is always clean, and most importantly my belongings were safe. My only complaint is that there is no elevator, and I had to load, unload, carry my things up the stairs, load and unload again. I knew what I was getting my self in to when I rented the unit. I was very happy with my over all experience with your location, and staff members. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😉👍

Parking lot is poorly lit for accessing my unit after office hours. Lots of homeless lingering in the lot and NEXT to the door to the storage area… I felt unsafe. Staff are super friendly and very helpful though

Inside walls of storage units are made of 1/2" drywall which in some places had come loose allowing someone to reach into the unit next door. If you wanted to you could simply push through the wall. Not at all secure!
