Everything was nice and clean except the storage unit area, and the access to get to store your stuff was not convenient.

ETHAN A | Overall ExperienceOverall a great experience from the years I rented here. Staff was always helpful and accommodating. The only reason I left is because I moved out of the state. I do wish they had an elevator for the upstairs units but aside from that it was all great.

And we all know it’s what makes the experience and people skills that gets you coming back to their professional establishment! So when you have a move or need some extra storage space and you live near or in Ontario you need to go to the Holt location! They got you covered

We had to leave the truck onsite while we chased down a rental house showing in the area, no problem. We also received an offer to help carry items into the storage area. MY HUSBAND AND I WHERE KICKED OUT HAD RO MOVE OUT AFTER A WEEK BECAUSE HE SAID WE WHERE THERE TO LONG AT OUR UNIT WHEN LOOKING FOR MY RECENTLY DESCEND FATHER'S WEDDING RING IN ALL OF OUR THINGS. SAID WE WHERE SLEEPING THERE BUT WOULD NEVER SHOW US PROOF THAT WE WHERE CUZ WE WHERENT AND HE COULDNT. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY HOW LONG WE ARE ALLOWED TO KOOK THROUGH THINGS AND ORGANIZE THINGS. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. OTHER EMPLOYEES WHERE GREAT KIND AND PATIENT.
