The air conditioning in the truck did not work. The customer service rep was great very friendly. Had me do an online order so I could pick up the truck early. Went to pick up the truck and it was not available. The night crew failed to leave the keys and the truck ready. Called the manager never heard back from him until I dropped off the truck. He said he was out of town. A simple call back would of been nice letting me know. The 1st 1-800 number rep was rude said I was calling the wrong number. Put me on hold to call the manager never came back to the phone for over 30mins I was on hold then transferred to Ohio. The lady was nice but basically gave me a credit and told me that was the best she could do. Finally got the truck 2 and a half hours after I scheduled my appointment. I had to walk home twice because it threw off our schedule. Also half of my crew left at 1:30pm so I lost 3 hours of work. Overall not happy at all about the situation.

I rent a utility trailer and by the time I was going to pick it up they gave it to someone else.they came up Whit I'm sorry so I had to drive all the way to Garey and arrow to the other location waist my gas and time and all they came up is a sorry.thats not right u guys need to be more professional .hire people that know the computer system and don't make those stupid mistakes.on my part I will never recommend my family or friends to the location ..thanks.my name is Cesar sanchez.have a good night

Location was understaffed. Micheal Jake were both rude and lazy. On September 15th in the evening, this location got incredibly busy. There were only three people working the store and the trucks. I needed a storage unit and I had to wait an hour and a half to get one. Both Micheal and Jake cussed profusely while helping people. Micheal did apologize afterward for his behavior, but the entire experience was unprofessional and I never want to deal with this location again as a result. U-Haul needs some newer, more professional employees at this location.

Our air conditioning in a new Chevy with 2014 miles stopped working on the way to AZ. Notified customer service and I was left on eternal hold waiting for a manager. Since I was pressed for time we drove the vehicle back to CA. Initially the guy who checked me in said he couldn't help me and I was told to see the manager. I explained to front desk guy to see the manager and the initial guy who checked me in came back and said "is $50 ok?"......"I guess"..I replied.....in all...it wasn't the money and I wasn't requesting a full refund. It was the customer service that I got initially cause he wasn't willing to help in the first place....so no, I'm not happy with the service or the heat that I had to endure for the 3 days!...$50? Really!! Lol

I reserved man truck arrived to the location where I learned the were no vehicles available then I went sent to several other locations where this was also a problem, finally I arrived at the location in Ontario. Where they got me in and out quickly.

I did a self check-in and my equipment was not available at the time I reserved it. I didn’t leave with the equipment until almost an hour later. I also was double charged for the insurance and dolly and I only used it for one day. Truck and dolly was returned at the end of business day.

Be sure bad tire pressure sensors are repaired before leasing. This was uncomfortable traveling with it constantly on.
