A very nice gentlemen: Craig helped me on the day I picked up my rental and again when I returned my rental. He is the one and only reason I am giving a five star review. Craig was super helpful and kind.

I go to return the truck and auto transport. Instead of checking me out he makes sure the trailer is put in place and everything is done on his end. Was incredibly rude in general. When he was going over the truck, he said there would be a cleaning fee. I said no there wouldn't be because the truck is actually cleaner than when I got it. I washed the sap off the windshield and had gotten much of the debri out of the cab. He said well it's not fair that he has to clean it implying that I should have spent my time and money cleaning the truck. I've worked customer service for over 12 years and I know that this is not how you treat a customer. You don't make them clean up a truck that was dirty to begin and say that it's not fair to you. It's not fair to the paying customer to have to clean up someone else's mess. Last time I checked I did pay for the truck and auto transport. So overall left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I went inside to check to make sure there wasn't anything else I was missing because of how dismissive and rude the attendant was and I was worried that there might have been something he wasn't telling me. Once inside, I got the same dismissive whatever I'm too busy, "you're inconveniencing me" attitude.

Was very worried when they gave me a 20' truck with over 100K miles on it to go across country, but it worked ok in spite of no modern conveniences like USB ports or cruise control. Time to get the vehicle was over 1 hour, so I was late for the workers I hired to load the truck. Problem with the paperwork (said truck only had 64K miles) took a long time and was not completely resolved until I reached my destination 2200 miles away.

Whn I reserve weeks ahead of time an appliance dollie wth the truck, i expect jst tht & i believe i hve the right to expectations whn i reserve otherwise wtf is the point of reserving??!! Whn ur store didn't hve my dollie i reserved yesterday i had to go to home depot to rent a dollie, tht took hours of time away frm my move & greatly negatively affected my day, by ur employee referring me to home depot I found out thy always hve dollies, & use Penske moving trucks, so u fucked up by sending me there, cz frm now on, I'm going wth Penske, since u guys cnt keep ur shit together anymore uhaul!!! Good riddance to bad rubbish!!??

Overall equipment was fairly clean. We noted that one of the seatbelts could not be used as the latch did not work. Apart from that this was our best U-Haul experience.

I wanted to pick up trailor where I live. NOT 30 minutes down the freeway. When you reserve equipment, you expect it to be there where you want it to be. UHaul should make it happen. Im VERY dissapointed.

This UHaul location has a very efficient system of checking in and checking out. Only took minutes. Great job guys!

Have the truck ready since it was a reservation done ( the truck that I was given keys to was boxed in by other trucks and had to wait, after all the checking out process so the worker to more them out of the way

I gt charged an extra $20.00 whn I turned in my vehicle cz I cldnt log in to uhaul.com wch is bullshit!!!!! U guys dnt gve instructions & the lot people either dnt explain full & specific or thy dnt wana help wth the technology aspect of turning in ur uhaul, & I gt charged $20.00 extra cz I cnt log into stupid uhaul.com like the key trn in says!?!? It's a scam like hvng kids & marriage in america & goes against hard working men in america as such!!! Fuck u too uhaul for figuring out attempts like people on welfare to steal $$$ frm honest working people, I wish I didn't need u, maybe next time I will jst pay for help & save myself the anger & frustration of uhauls broken technology aspect of returning the Fucking vehicle!!!??????????????

My problem is that when I made this reservation online the locations said 24 Drop Off. When I picked up our trailer and dolly the employees there said yes 24 Drop Off. As we are getting ready to drop off our trailer at 10:00 pm at night I called the 800 number for UHaul just to doublecheck. NO turns out NO they do NOT like one to drop off to a closed location a trailer such as the one I rented. The 800 people made an exception and we dropped off the trailer. Now we are having to drive to that UHaul location AGAIN to drop off the dolly as it could have been stolen overnight. Rather a pain. Wish I had researched and inquired further when I was first making the reservation... or the pick-up location might have SAID that no... drop off is not encouraged...

When I previously used U-Haul for a truck the customer service was poor and I expected the same when I picked up my truck rental. I was surprised to see the customer service was much better that before and I was pleased with the service.

There was an issue with our UBox being able to be transported, but they were nice and worked with us to find a different solution so our move was not too delayed.

The facility said that they had an elevator to the upper units,both on website and on the building outside.It doesn't.The manager lied straight to me saying there was 24hr access to the unit.Yes lied.
