STEPHEN Perez C.Because before I left from the location I took a picture of the mileage that was wrong from what was printed out and when I took it back I knew I had went over my mileage but the mileage of the picture that I took was not correct it so I end up having to pay for a hundred miles more than what I should have and what I don't get is when I return the vehicle they got the right mileage for me at the end of the trip how come they didn't have the right mileage on the paperwork for the vehicle when I got in it so I'm out over $100.cuz it's 99 cents per mile

ROGELIO A.We were disappointed that the truck we'd reserved near us wasn't available, so we needed to use this location; an extra 8 miles away (16 round trip). In checking out, we realized that it would have been nice if someone had suggested that the 100 miles we'd reserved would have been cheaper using the $79.99 plan option. It's very discouraging to think we're getting an advertised $19.95 truck and having the bill come to almost $100. Renting a truck that is only $19.95 but you can't drive anywhere is ridiculous and false advertising. Our complaint isn't with this location specifically, but the corporate marketing practice. Makes me not want to use or recommend Uhaul again.

RUBEN P.The store was supposed to open at 9 and an employee showed up and said he didn't have the keys as the assistant manager was suppose to open and woke up late and wouldn't be there till 930 . The employee was able to get us through a back door . He did a great job trying to assist but by himself he was overwhelmed with a lot of customers . I reserved a truck but he couldn't get the reservation and calling customer service was too long of a wait with as many customers as he had so he canceled my reservation and booked a new one and I had to pay more. I hooked up trailer on my own . Bad experience and was the fault of assistant manager. I had moving guys that I had waiting and had to pay and hour of service to 3 guys because of being late

MEGAN A.Put a QR Code to scan in the truck, for people who are dropping the moving truck off after hours, and mention it at the time of rental pickup. I had to make multiple trips back and forth to the truck and around the truck because the website is at the key drop box and that process should have been easy, with clear interactions, but instead took me 10-15 mins and I left irritated about the lengthy process in the dark in a not so good neighborhood. Just an idea to speed up the process and gain better ratings.

Jorge A.Have employees actually help you check your truck out. They make sure they check you in when you return it. Make sure the inside and outside of the truck is cleaned. Mine had a cord hanging from under it and when I pointed to it the employees completely ignored me. 3 - of them. Lower the mileage price to something affordable. It should not cost 600.00 to rent a wore out truck.

CESAR H.Inside walls of storage units are made of 1/2" drywall which in some places had come loose allowing someone to reach into the unit next door. If you wanted to you could simply push through the wall. Not at all secure!
