This location is probably the busiest i have ever seen a uhaul storage place and the team here goes up qnd beyond for customers, no matter how busy they get! I absolutely love this location!! By far the best A-Team Uhaul Has! Clean, respectful & accommodations are always met! Thank you all for the jobs that you do, even thean who mops & makes it smell so fresh! I love it!

During the vourse of the reservation there was a lot of confusion on my part by receiving no less than 4 emails or texts or both stating different times and places for pickup of truck. I had scheduled for an 8am pickup which was changed numerous times. My time was critical as I had paid movers arriving at 9am. Please fo this to no one else, it was very stressful on my part. The Orang Park location was very organized and neat. I was extremely impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the truck!

Equipment was not clean, I had to sweep it out. I rent from here fairly often and parking is pretty much non-existent. I have been asked from a rep to “park in a parking spot” several times and everytime they were full which I pointed out and he even commented and said too bad, you can't park where our equipment goes. Then to top it off I have to call in the next day every time to get a refund for the after hours drop fee because I didn't check in online. Well for one your websit wouldn't work and let me check it in, I have screen shots to prove. Y'all have made using your services almost a nightmare which I dread everytime I have to rent from you. Not a pleasant experience.

First off when I picked up my equipment and I was paying the gentleman behind the desk asked me if I wanted safe move to which I replied no. He said ok give me one second to remove it. After bringing the truck back the man checking me in told me I was being charged $14 for safe move and I told him I didn't ask for that. He told me I had to wait in line to talk to the lady behind the desk. I spoke with her and showed her my contract and she showed me the 14 was on there. Now I get an emailed receipt showing safe move is 28. I call this morning and there is a 20 minute wait on hold. I will not be renting from you guys again I'm pissed about the 28 fee!

Have rented equipment in the truck. I was suppose to get a utility dolly but did not realize it was not in the truck until I got to moving location. Spent the first 35min on the phone then was hung up on then spent another 25 min on the phone on hold. (NOT locations fault, but the company itself) on hold to have it taken off of my bill. Truck had the wrong gas amt listed, which was an easy fix but it was time I did not have to spare to correct, truck also had check engine light on from the first crank to the last turn off.

I made reservations with the reservation line for a van cause she stated the location didn't have a pickup truck so which I stated to the agent that I need a hitch connected to return a trailer and Georgia buggy up the street about two miles away four miles round trip and she confirmed with me that the van had a hitch so when I get to this location the guy looked up my reservation gave me the van key we went out to inspect I notice no hitch the guy said our vans do have hitch's so I was like that was my purpose for the reservation cause the agent said y'all didn't have and trucks available until after 12:00 mind you my reservations was for 7:30am so he said let me see what I can do cause I told him it was only going to take like 10 minutes and I can return so I get to my house to hook up the trailer and the hitch don't fit do I call this location to let them know and that I had to return cause I couldn't use so I get back to the store less then eight minutes and the lady agent goes out to check the truck I said ma'am I was the one who called I just left about eight minutes ago now I'm back cause it didn't fit the hitch she still went out to check the truck and came back in and said that would be eight miles I stay only 11/2-2 miles away so maybe four miles round trip I didn't argue with her they charged me 38.00 and so change for nothing I couldn't believe it

Dalton, Trevor and Dustin were all very helpful. I do believe the access to the storage units should be at least until midnight without having to pay for 24hr access especially the first week of getting a unit since that is when the moving will be done. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Front desk gentleman was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. After rental was complete, they pulled the U-Haul up to the front door. There was a mix up about which truck was mine, the man outside checking in trucks was very rude, and unhelpful.

The customer rep was the same on both pick-up and drop off. He was knowledgable, friendly and fast, making the rental that much better as I was on a tight schedule. The truck pulls hard to the right, steering wheels shakes over bumps like something in front end is worn out, ramp was hard to get in and out for access. I'm allergic to dogs and cats and there was dog hair and a chew treat under drivers seat. Truck was sanitary and cleaned inside

Staff at this U-Haul were friendly and helpful. Parking is tight and the driveway around the building is too narrow. U-Haul Corporate is a PITA to deal with - It was difficult to set up and change auto payment, and getting receipts for payments acceptable for expense reimbursement was a monumental exercise...ridiculous and inexcusable in the modern era.

It was very clean and easy access but I don’t like how U-Haul will not prorate if we close out storage early. My storage started out at $70 and increased to $90 over the last 4 years. The least you could have done was give me back the money I spent for not using the storage.

The loading dock doors being inoperable after office business hours is a bit of an inconvenience. Sometimes moving doesn’t allow for being there during business hours and not all items fit through the smaller regular personnel doorways. It’s not optimal to have 24hr access but only be able to actually move larger items during regular business hours.

$15.00 with the wording 'Delinquent Fee Stage 1' for a few days overlooked is simply outrageous. We closed the unit and will switch all our moving logistics to Penske or such after so many years.

When I upsized my unit the elevator was broken so I had to carry everything down the stairs. The non climate control units are cooler than the climate control. No carts available on move out. Crowded.
