The price written in the truck in check is different from actual charge. For example the truck I used its written 19 dollars I used in 15 to 20 minutes Radius and they charged me 60 dollars daily.

I rented a U-Haul at one location and drove it to another uhaul ( 2460 NE Andresen Rd) where my Storage Unit is located. Upon lowering the gate, I noticed clear motor oil on the gate and 2 feet into the trailer. I notified a worker at this location. His name was Derek. He went above and beyond to clean up all of the oil and make the trailer safe for us to walk on. Thank you Derek. He even provided us a shipping blanket for extra safety in the trailer.

Picking up my truck was easy. No waiting in line.

When I was checking the connections on the trailer, the tow hooks there’s bunch of frayed metal pieces sticking out and it pierced the skin in my finger. Today it is swollen and it looks infected. I also had stuff stolen out of the back of the trailer within 45 minutes of renting it. It would be nice if locks were included or if somebody had warned us that U-Haul trailers are prone to be broken into.

The workers when we were checking out were talking loudly about personal issues when we showed up. The check out process went decently fast but it was off putting coming in and hearing that craziness. The person who checked us out was professional and really nice. Check out was incredibly fast!

Clean and inspect vehicle before renting out .pick up and was full of bugs in the front of vehicle , when in the high way the steering wheel shocked a lot and the traction control came on and said service and shut off after I delivered it would of been nice to at least git a discount on my rental just for the problems that I had with truck

We had a 7:30 a.m. pick up time. Staff forgot to put our keys in the after hours box. Had to wait until they opened at 9:00. Came back after loading the truck to complete the paperwork for the storage unit we pre-leased. They didn’t have a first floor unit. Took three tries to get the paperwork completed. We had plans for the day which is why we reserved an early pick up time. It took less time to unload the truck than it did to do the paperwork for the storage unit. To save time they took my husband and son to the unit while I finished the paperwork. It was the wrong size, too small, when they came back they had to find a new unit. I couldn’t make this up. It was frustrating and the poor kid trying to help us was getting frazzled and when the lady took over she said he is on the Autism Spectrum and gets nervous with aggressive customers. I wasn’t aggressive but did voice my disappointment with the length of time it took to get the storage unit and the mishap with the late retrieval of the rental truck, none of which was my fault. However, their incompetence made me miss out on a family event, so yes I was annoyed. Aggressive, hardly. Proceed with caution here.

Sam delivered and picked up our containers and she was absolutely fabulous at her job. She place each container in the location we needed to allow for proper loading and when it was time to pick up she gently loaded all our containers on the truck. This was a fabulous service.

My first time using the uhaul app. I didn't realize even though I turned in at location agreed upon that I needed to use app to give pics and follow in app to complete the transaction. Once that was fig out it was great using it. The app was awesome had help if needed at my finger tips along with everything I needed. Great app, great service

I give you a rating of excellent because the help we received from a working who happening to come by. The young man that checked us out did get us to our car trailer and did hook us up. But left us high and dry when it came to loading the car. The gentlemen that did help us was helpful and he even noticed that the trailer hook was on backwards and took the time to reverse it. He got us all squared away and on our way.

Uhaul kept my storage unit safe and secure. They were especially helpful when I wasn’t able to pay my bills and gave me the opportunity to grab some precious belongings of mine. Staff was always kind and as helpful as they could be. Managers could be somewhat hard to track down when you don’t work a regular M-F 9-5 job, but that’s not anyone’s fault.

Was never asked for an updated address from the last time I moved and used U-Haul so half of my personal information is inaccurate on my storage unit rental agreement. Boxes are not stocked well, I’ve been in several times and have seen the same sizes sold out. Was never given instructions on needing to swipe as I leave the my unit, or that if the unit isn’t opened within an amount of time you must wipe to access again. Staff was helpful and not pushy. Staff was also able to asset most of my questions and never rushed me to help others in line. Also the staff was very helpful in using promos to get me the best cost for what I needed.

This location is very new, but it is honestly the best storage experience we have had by far. Our favorite benefit was the garages with automatic doors to make moving items easier. We moved a bit far away from this storage unit, which is why we discontinued our service, but we would recommend this specific U-Haul storage facility to anyone.

Everybody at U-haul that helped me is amazi. Had a death in my family and the manager. I can't remember her Name was so caring. She gave me a hug and just she made me feel so welcome to be there. She is the best i did have a rental truck that the person that was driving, told the front desk when I first picked app the track that it sounded like the belt was going to be breaking. It was real loud He said, don't worry about it well. 2 days later, the belt broke, was stuck with out truck for 2 days another problem with the truck the cell phone outlets were broken so I could not charge my cell phone at all but other than that, everything was great. I told the guy that was driving you check everything before you get in the truck, but it's okay, thinks happen. I thank you, u haul for everything that you helped me with this last week. It's been very hard week for me. Losing a son, but thank you. God bless you all.

Just had a family member move up here with way more stuff than I thought the location was so accommodating with the moving truck and the storage units. They were so friendly and if they didn’t know the answer to a question they found out and came back to me. The facility is actually one of the best I have seen with the RV parking and the ability to have a large moving company park on property. Staff and management were amazing.

The facility was clean, and I have no concerns with the actual storing of my stuff. My biggest concerns was dealing with the staff and policies. When I was trying to move out, I was staging my items in the big bay with my truck parked outside. The early shift staff said it was fine and actually helped when one of the bay doors was inoperable. The manager came out about an hour later and told me that I couldn't use that bay, that I had to use a different and much less convenient way to load my stuff. I finished a first load and came back several hours later and found other people using that same bay in the same manner and the other staff didn't say a thing, and were in fact helpful to them. I had great revisited with all of the UHaul staff except the manager. She always seemed to be in a bad mood or something, just not as friendly as the other staff. Unfortunately, that experience with one person is the thing I remember most, and the reason for the poor review.

The senior employee Nikia is an amazing women, amazing customer service, extremely helpful from start to finish with each interaction, and deserves nothing but compliments. Amazing conflict resolution skills and ability to diffuse a situation quickly and timely. Kayla was rude, ill tempered and has zero customer service skills. She was going to forward me to management or someone higher as asked and when asked for the name proceeded to monopolize the conversation and tell me she could not give me the name of the manager or senior employee who she was going to forward me to because it was against ccompany policies. When told that I would like to finish my sentences before she continues to cut me off and then lie about company policies she puts the phone down off the receiver and leisurely gets the senior employee without stating that she was going to be putting the receiver down and grabbing said manager or senior employee who’s name she refused to give me but was going to be putting on the phone. I would not recommend this branch to anyone else if it was not for Nikia’s empathy and prompt resolution of the situation that I called for. I would also make people aware of Kayla before recommending and sharing my ongoing issue with her.

The General Manager is very unprofessional, she talks down to employees and Customers. No one really knows what is going on or how things work. The fast that access clicker or 24hr access to my trailer is an additional cost not disclosed in the regular price is again unprofessional. If your locations wasn’t so convenient I would have walked out and went someone else. This was my 4th attempt to rent a spot. All other times they didn’t know how to do it at all.

I gave it a 5 star rating even tho I gave a bad mark on the access hours being convenient. I think I should be able to access my storage unit whenever I want or can. I work nights and that means I get my stuff done when everyone else is sleeping. That being said I felt it shouldn't take away from everything else at this location and the hard work everyone does there. Its a great facility, management has worked with me when i needed a little help by going above and beyond and I give it 5 stars!

The design of that facility is horrible for longer vehicles. Specifically, there is no way that if 40 foot trailer could possibly fit into an out of space rv052. I took my boat in there today to park it, and all it took was one look. I have to cancel my reservation , hope I get my money back, and go back to Dwyer Creek boat and RV storage in campus

Charged me $50 for a 5-minute job to open my lock. Way too expensive monthly costs. Would never recommend to friends. My storage was empty for a week. In my hurry, I would have hoped UHual would ask if I was still using it or send an email notifying me of the upcoming bill. I hope I get a refund because they auto charged me for full month again.

My first reservation and storage unit somehow got canceled and then they rented my unit to somebody else. I needed an outdoor unit and I was supposed to get a 10x15 outdoor unit. The day I showed up to move in with the trailer full of stuff after a 20 hour drive I found out my unit was sold. Then a week later I got an indoor unit same size. And then there was issues with my unit after I paid for it get the card to swipe in. Somebody somehow right after I moved in Moved me right back out the next day. So pretty much the same issue happened two times in a row at the same location. I understand that sometimes things just happen but it's strange how it happened to me two times. But still a very clean place I really like to back in garage with the garage door to help keep the rain and wind out while you're offloading your vehicle into the easy access elevators.
