The customer service was definitely lacking. I didn't get a bottom floor unit like I reserved. The staff was rude and not very knowledgeable.l was pretty disappointed

The design of that facility is horrible for longer vehicles. Specifically, there is no way that if 40 foot trailer could possibly fit into an out of space rv052. I took my boat in there today to park it, and all it took was one look. I have to cancel my reservation , hope I get my money back, and go back to Dwyer Creek boat and RV storage in campus
