I need to file a claim for a refund: the worker on the return day was not nice at all. There was a mistake on my return date from the day I picked up (it was a same-day return date instead of a 24hrs minimum return date). But he charged me for a late return on the following day. Which is not fair and is not acceptable at all!!!Charlette N.

The associate was extremely rude, they double bill the. If you catch it and ask they become very aggressive and angry. It was honestly the first time dealing with a sales person I felt scared, bullied and intimidated so I gave up and left being over charged. Truck cab was clean, the flooring of the cargo box however was dirty. Once I was at location, I had to sweep out the cargo box before loading my items. This was the reason I did not give the experience stars. The interaction with staff team was excellent otherwise hence above average rating.Anthony D.

The 383 Coventry rd in Ottawa Canada not as good as this location I drive 15 more for the innes rd in Orleans location and I am happy but, The Coventry location doesn't not have a god maintenance on the trailer they are rust and make to much noise on the road it left a rust steam on my driveway and make all neghber complaints at the noise that came from the lock of the trailer and I keep mention to them to fix it and they don't. Some of the workers are very professional; however, some are cold. They were supposed to close on Friday at 0800pm, I came by bus at 0758pm at the door and they did not receive me. The cargo I took on Saturday was empty, but a left water bottle was there half used. I would still recommend this place, it is worthy.Charlette N.

When I came at pick up time 12 noon my trailer was not there. They said come back at 3. I came back at 3 and no trailer. No other available. I asked them to call other locations and they did but none available. They finally said there was one on site with a blown tire they may be able to fix. After an hour and a half they had it ready. I initially rented Furniture pads - paid for it at the pick up. Their were no furniture pads in the truck. When spoke to Gentlemen at the counter he said they wont charge for it and its a hold. On return of the truck they charged me $60 for missing equipment ( Furniture Pads) - Ridiculous. i have used Uhaul over 4 times in last 2 years and then to get Lied about and charged Twice and no one is ready to talk when called either of the location and they ask to call other location. Absolutely Worst service and customer experience Not sure if these survey ever work or if anyone ever reads them and address them but if you actually care then - I would like refund for initial charge for Furniture pads and $60 613 314 4334Niraj C.

My experience this time was VASTLY better than in the past. Crew is knowledgeable and helpful, and process was much smoother than on previous visits. One comment would be that for what I imagine to be one of the busiest moving days of the year (September 1), they could have definitely used more staff - the poor guys were swamped. I hooked up my vehicle on my own, but still had to wait a few minutes for someone to come and check before I was allowed to leave.CAMERON M.

We had rented a truck as our son was moving from Calgary to Toronto. There was no room in Toronto for the pod to be delivered so figured as we live near Orleans this was yhe best option. When we arrived in Orleans the truck was ready for us but we had no access to the pod. Even though my son had confirmation that we could get into the pod at 615 . We were told we couldn't have access after 5. Again we had a confirmation for 615. Then we were told that they were never received anything telling them we had access at that time. An hour and a half later we left with an empty truck. They wouldn't give us access until the next day at 10. Due to the delay we ended up arriving at my son's new place going in 7 o'clock at night. Customer service rep who was also the manager at the Innes road location humiliated me in front of my friends for being late to pickup the truck and each time I asked him a question he kept on shaking his head. Im also in customer service industry and this guy really needs some training and courses. At the end of the day when I parked the truck i got charged double, money is not an issue but respect and courtesy is. I don't think I can ever forget this kind of behaviour and disrespect. Time to promote some young guys and get rid of the people who don't take pride in their job.Amandeep B.

I do not understand how my final payment raised up to 50% higher after I returned the car. It should be 86 CAD but I was charged 133 CAD. You app was not working. Your team could not enter a current millage. They told that something went wrong with the system in that busy day. Nobody explained anything. Everyone of your team was extra busy. However, it is obviously that that day could be overloaded. It was my first experience, Unfortunately not the best. Otherwise I want to notice, that it was no problems or suggestions related to the vehicle's conditions. It is all about poor service.Igor Z.

Provide AUX cable in all your vehicles as most of the people use cell phones and your vehicles do not support blue tooth technology. You can provide AUX cable as an option so that people can buy that at the time of taking keys.Rajesh S.

Issue with the gas reading on contract. Had to return to front counter to notify discrepancy. Informed that it was corrected on the computer. Upon returning truck it became obvious that correction was not made. No reason for me to pay an extra 1/4 tank of gas for Uhaul's error.Richard S.

I have non issues with this particular uhaul location in general or with its staff because everyone was wonderful. I have an issue with u haul and how they do business. I had a lot of issues getting my truck for moving day and ended uo also paying a lot more than expected as I was asked to pick up the truck from a different location.Pratik S.
