How U-Haul Reviews WorkEvery employee that I worked with was friendly and helpful. The owner genuinely cared about my moving and storage experience. The storage units were clean (cleaner than a more expensive, top-tier competition I looked at), and the climate-controlled unit I rented had high ceilings and its air was less stuffy than at the more expensive competitor.

Elana R | First ImpressionsThe only down side is storage was reserved approx a month earlier and when time came they had not reservation even if I had the reservation number, it was supposed to include a lock which they made me buy a lock, then once at the storage and opened the door we found a supplied lock on the floor and for the reservation it was one the first once at the front office they said it was supposed to be on the second. Its a terrible experience customer service can't find the reservation with my phone and my daughter phone even with emails. This is an issue with Uhaul they do this exact things to everyone. I personally think that Uhaul should remove these reservations since customers like me have to stress not knowing you're going to have a storage or truck on the moving date. Hope this reaches to correct department so they can figure what to do. I can always be called if you need more info. [redacted] Roland &
