On the first day, the access card was getting declined for not just me but other clients after 7pm office closing hours and we weren't able to get into the facility. Fortunately an employee was still on site to let us in. Would be great if Uhaul offered mailbox and safety deposit box service.

Overall, the customer service experience was satisfactory and appreciated. My only concern is the mileage billing. I was charged for 73 miles (117.5 km), but I estimate that I drove no more than 80 km in total. It seems the truck’s odometer may not have recorded the distance accurately. I also have concerns about the fuel credit upon return. I returned the truck with fuel, but the credit applied does not appear to reflect the actual amount fairly. Regards.

I've been locked out of my locker several times even though my account is in good standing. Then it's hard to find someone to fix that and lots of waiting involved as they get the custodian. Lord help me if that happens after office hours. I could have been given a climate controlled locker at the same size and price as the heated locker, (and climate control would have been better for my family photos), but was not told about that on my first move in. Some time later, I learned about this accidentally, so got the climate controlled, and had to do the move AGAIN. Got locked out of my first locker AGAIN on that moving day. Could have used an orientation on my first day because a lot of little details tripped me up at first, like I had to cut open the lock-out tag of my locker when I first rented it and hadn’t brought scissors. I was not told about the charge for my personal lock until we were finalizing the first locker payment. When I moved my locker to the climate controlled, they didn't tell me there would be a $5 one day overlap fee. I had been under the impression they gifted you the moving day. So the overlap fee was a surprise when I went to sign the papers. So, essentially administratively chaotic. And a little bit a of low point that access isn't 24 hours. But they're up front about that and the cheaper rate reflects that inconvenience. The only person who really knows what’s going on there and how things operate is the custodian, Mindy. BUT - the lockers themselves are good and the pricing is good and about right for what you get.

THADEE M | Overall ExperienceThe person at the front desk did not explain how to use the key or show the location of the locker. I bought a padlock as I didn't know a free padlock was provided. I wasn't able to use the card and had to seek assistance from another staff member. The rear loading bay needs repair (cheap but significant). It's cheap but I'm not sure if I would recommend that location (older building) to someone unless that have no other choice but to go with this cheapest option. Customer training is woefully lacking.
