There should be opportunity to drop equipment at any location. When I made the reservation, the drop off stated Elberta, AL (close to where I am), but when receiving the contract, I had to drop off of in Pensacola (over an hour away from me). I am very disappointed about that...had I known it up front I would have shopped around for other rental companies.

Truck were parked so close you couldn't get in the truck. The truck headlines where jacked up. Took me 3 times longer to move because the truck was so warm down.

This Uhaul location ROCKS! everyone there is professional, helpful, positive attitudes... that just makes the day better, especially after a long drive of moving stuff. Please thank the team that works here. I'm an Air Force retiree so ive done my share of moving. ive always appreciated using Uhaul to move myself and others.

I walked in to this location and asked to rent a truck. I was blown off by people who barely glanced at me stating if I didn't have a reservation they didn't have a truck. I went home, went online, and made a reservation at a different location. That location told me I had to go back to the original location because that is where my truck would be. I was like WTF!?! So I went back to the location that had just blown me off and lied about not having a truck, got a run down truck that had more dents and broken parts than demolition derby, and when I cranked it up it said it needed an oil change. Of course I see two other trucks sitting there looking brand spanking new. Keep in mind it is after 4pm so the odds of someone coming along that evening was slim but why couldn't I have been given one of the new ones sitting right there next to my broken, desperately in need of repair and maintenance one? In any case, I sure didn't feel treated like a valued customer.

Have cleaning supplies for after hours returns. I think it would be a lot better for people who don't have brooms to sweep out the vehicle.

Do a walk around with the customer. The truck had several scratches on it. The fuel gauge was UNDER the full mark. Clean the inside better. Vacuum and wipe surfaces. Wash exterior. The drop off point had very clean looking units. We ended up with a different unit than we asked. We asked for a 15' and was told the day before it was available. We got a 20' so the fuel efficiency was a lot less. No one even told us it was different. I saw that on the email AFTER we dropped it off. Do what you say you're going to do or make it right with the customer.

Veronica Customer Service was definitely terrible!! I was told I wouldn't be charged another day only to be told when I got there that I was going to be charged for two days. AND NO I DIDNT SPEAK TO A CALL CENTER REPRESENTIVE. I recognized both ladies voices. Verronica was there at check in with a guy. The African American girl who half way checked me out was there also. I really believe a secret shopper should come through and see who is representing this site. But I would love to receive a call from management. I would love to talk about my equipment return visit. Stop charging your customers for add ons when they did not ask for or use them. I was charged $15 for a dolly and $15 for pads and I did not use or ask for them.

Better Trucks or better maintenance on them , the truck I got should not be in service , it is sluggish and no power . The vibration alone , and brakes go to the floor and Squeal the whole time . Truck is a safety concern and I am a professional CDL driver and I would recommend anyone to drive that truck again . It consists of pulling to the left . Truck has a lot of issues that need to be addressed.

The customer service people were very nice, however, the location I requested to turn the truck in was not given to me so I had to call to get it corrected. That was not a problem, the problem came when we turned the truck in and found out we were given the wrong truck and had to put an extra 1/4 tank of gas in it (over $60 because the contract was marked stating the truck had 1/2 tank when we picked it up and it only had 1/4 of a tank. We were told the only way we could get this corrected was to contact the Pensacola location and get them to admit they gave us the wrong truck...even though we had the receipts showing how much it took to fill it up with the time stamp of right after we picked it up. Seems this could have been an easy fix by looking at photos of the gas receipts rather than putting the burden of proof on the customer.

I had a terrific experience picking up my uhaul and also dropping it off! Veronica helped me with getting the trailer and she is just fantastic. She is super friendly and a true asset to your company. Jeff was wonderful also. He encouraged me to get the larger trailer and thanks be to God he did! He saved me!! Jeff also was there to disconnect the trailer when I brought it back. He is just a great person to deal with also. This Uhaul is the best one I have ever dealt with and should be the example for all other stores. The store is also really clean! Thanks so much!!

Jeffrey Dawson treated me and every person that came in the business as if they were the most important person he had ever known. When I started my move in the Indiana area I waited in long lines. There were no employees to help. When I arrived at Jeffrey Dawson’s place he was unhooking the trailer in anticipation of my next need. If he doesn’t own the place he’s the best employee a business could have. Great guy thanks

Recommend baiting "critter" traps more than once if a unit is rented for a long period of time. Improve the security system...was not functioning at all.

The only problem we had was there was a water leak into the back of the unit and several boxes got wet and ruined a lot of cloths and bedding. Still going through to see what can be saved or trashed.

The call center and store are not on the same accord. Call center gave me a storage that was too small. truck burn too much gas or the needle is broken. I spent close to a 100 to drive to Panama City
