The truck I rented should not be on the road. The steering was all over the place. Could move the steering wheel 2 inches both directions without turning the wheels. The seatbelt for the driver is broken, The entire drive the seat belt alarm dings at you while you have your seatbelt attached. The entire mechanism on the seat is broken. The truck almost didnt start the first time I tried and while your driving down the road at 35-45 MPH the truck makes a whining noise. Overall extremely dissapointed that Uhaul doesn't maintain there equipment very well.

Sheilah PPick up and drop off were very slow. The facility has a lot of inventory, and I would probably book there again. I would definitely allow more time for pick up and drop-off, however. When I picked up the computer system was down delaying me for about 45 minutes. When I dropped off there was only one employee working the desk and several people waiting to drop off. The truck was very clean, but seemed leaked when it rained, the passenger door didn't close well. Seemed like it was a truck that should be retired soon. I will still book with U=Haul when needed, but this was not my best experience.

DOMINIQUE RTruck driver for 35 years. Driven many sizes and types of vehicles. This was the worst experience of any vehicle I've ever driven. No cruise control. No comfort whatsoever. Steering wheel can't be moved. Severe alignment issues. Tires severely out of balance. Box leaked water. Completely ruined a very good mattress.

LEQUENDA SI would not recommend and you all need training on just about everything. A fellow civilian had to stop me on the freeway to inform me something was sparking. I pulled over to find the representative Elizabeth H from Friendly location in Greensboro, NC left the metal thing you rode the car on down which was sparking for an hour and a half. I then get to my destination which were hundreds of miles away to find the straps fell off of my tires and the Michigan representative said my car could’ve have flew off. The truck given to me did not have a working headlight which was dangerous as well. The whole establishment was not helpful nor informative. I was told so many different things the Greensboro locution which made things worse. Improve the quality workers and trainers at that location soon or someone will get hurt with the negligence happening there.

PAUL WI requested online 10 feet truck they give me 9 feet van what's make mad 😠 😡 there a truck there sitted there i asked why reserved it but im first on that 10 feet for that truck that's not right what you guys doing My understanding that's you guys doing this that way the customer have more miles A twice trip

AMBROSIA AWhen I was getting the trailer the numbers on the equipment and the receipt didn’t match, the women who was hooking up the trailer said she would go back inside and change the numbers and I would get another receipt digitally. I didn’t get another receipt, nor was it changed on the app
CONNOR DThe U-Haul employee checking out the equipment was confrontational and rude. I declined all insurance coverage on my reservation but the employee insisted that I said that I wanted all insurance. I asked him to please cancel the reservation and I would rebook without the insurance. He said it was too late and went ahead with the insurance on the contract. He continued to insist that the misunderstanding was my fault because he said that I agreed to the insurance. I DID NOT AGREE. In most companies the customer is always right but not with this employee. He caused a conflict over nothing even after I tried to smooth things over. To the credit of U-Haul they reversed the higher charges on my credit card and charged the correct amount - without me asking. I do a lot of business at this location but will not in the future.

Paul KEverett Horton was amazing. Didn't act like I was bothering him with all my questions. Agreed to take me right in and installed my wiring harness. He saved me from coming back in the early morning. Everett is a real asset to your team and I will definitely be referring folks to him and also I will give one of his business cards to my mechanic shop so they can refer their customers as well. Great experience and Everett helped save me time and money.

ASIM OThe U-Boxes themselves worked well but honestly the whole process was confusing with a lot of conflicting info and constantly having to call. The website and app are awful. When you call it recommends to go online to do everything but it's constantly stuck in a loading when trying to anything especially when trying to upload photos, it continuously changed my dates of pick ups and drop offs when scheduling it, and was changing my drop off address. When I first scheduled it I had it set for drop off on the 21st and pick up on the 25 for the first location which is what the app told me. When they called for delivery they said drop off the 21st and then pick up the 23rd. I told them on the phone that was wrong and it would need to be updated and they said they had updated it. When the delivery person dropped it off they had said the pick up still said the 23 and I'd need to call them to update it. Which I did and they changed it to the 24th instead. The app was also constantly changing the amount I owed and the amount I paid, the pricing is not transparent and is confusing, I still think I overpaid and was not refunded the correct amount. I had to call to order a hand dolly and was charged $15 on my card when I was told it would be $7 and was told I'd need to go to my local store to pick it up and then would drop it off at the same location before the U-Boxes would be picked up. When I went to pick it up they said I shouldn't have been charged and the boxes should have come with one, not to bring it back but to leave it in the U-Boxes for the whole rental period but I never got a refund for it. Again info you can't find on the website on if a dolly comes with the boxes or not When I first put through the rental I kept trying to put my address in for final location drop off and it was changing it to a different address, the website said you could put the address in later for drop off so I did the reservation without final location. But then I couldn't schedule a drop off and when I called they said I wouldn't be able to do that and I'd have to call back after the boxes had made it to the local storage to schedule drop off over the phone. Another issue with the website. When I called to schedule I gave them the address and then I got a call later confirming the address and again it was changed to a different address and they had to update it again. The people who I spoke to were for the most part nice and courteous but the fact that I had to call so many times for simple things and the website was unhelpful was frustrating

Aaron VI ordered two large wardrobe boxes and the attendant never put in the polls in the box. So I had to end up bringing the boxes back and hopefully I get credit for that. Also, when I got into the car, there was a quarter tank of gas left, but in the paperwork stated that there was more than half of gas so there was a discrepancy there and I had to bring it back at the same amount he had notated. Which was the line right after half a tank. I didn’t appreciate that because I had to pay more when he knew that he gave me the van with a quarter of gas left.
BEATRIZ NCustomer service is a joke, no empathy at all. I’ve use this U-Haul over 10 times for storage and truck services. Each time I’ve had the dolly’s on my truck. Because of this mishap, my moving plans were postponed. I couldn’t use the U-Haul truck for the first day and had to extend the rental. I planned child care, moving help all for after the work day I got the rental. I had to hire movers, move while children were present, and spend $250 dollars that I didn’t plan to. Due to this mishap, I took my storage services across the street. The next day, I went to the location to get the dolly’s, one was unavailable (BUT PRESENT). Once again, customer service was a joke!

MELANIE DI’ve always had a good experience with this location except this last time. I ordered 2 dolly’s and the website stated they would be in the truck , that was false. The location was closed and the appliance dolly was unavailable anyway. So now I have to hire movers AND extend the truck because the moving help I had was for when I reserved the truck. Literally a minor mistake cause a huge inconvenience! The store was unwilling to accommodate me so I cancelled my storage rental also. I’m pissed!

BRYAN SThe rental process was very easy here. The truck was a little dirty inside but not really bothersome to me. The backup camera did not work and this could have been really useful. Also the headlight switch was very sensitive and difficult to get the lights to turn off.
SUSANNAH EThe truck smelled like smoke on the inside, the driver seatbelt latch was missing the cover and stuck my finger. Also the seatbelt indicator never recognized the belt was buckled and continued to obnoxiously beep although both driver and passenger belts were secured. Thank goodness it didn't start raining because the passenger side wiper blade was missing. The truck also stalled at a stop sign.

Yusuf ANothing wrong with actual location. The truck shook when driving. Brakes were atrocious. It took a significant amount of effort to engage. We arrived at uhaul at apx 6pm, left around 640, yet our return time was 618. When we asked how much a second day would cost we were not given an amount, rather it's around $40. She didn't mention until the end that in addition to the we would be charged for blankets dollies and insurance, making the amount significantly more.
