I have rented a few times in the last few months. Not just this location. But the computer systems are very slow. The associates thus the customers spend a long time waiting. The check in process for the guy to get his app to upload a picture of my drivers license took a long time. Every step we stood and waited. I had reserved on line. Yet we started over with basic info to be keyed in. Otherwise it was good.

The two employees were not helpful during my self check in process. My furniture dolly rental was not available and no notification when I picked up the truck. Overall, not satisfied with this location. Employee the guy was not interested and Didn't make any eye contact.

The staff remained professional and courteous but were exasperated by the computer system which delayed pickup (credit card processing) and again on return. Lots of people checking in and leaving with our receipts as computer could not process.

Look up the sequence of events logged, how dispatch called me 15 min prior to my reservation saying the 15' truck was not available at my location (which was a must), how she said a 10' truck was there and would pull my auto transport, she confirmed 4 times it could verbally, and then said there was a 20' truck also there I could have in case it didn't. Well it didn't and the agents at the Friendly location were completely incompetent (female agent) and beyond rude and unhelpful (Everett). It took over 1hr 20 minutes to get them to get me the 20ft truck, only after calling dispatch who confirmed the obvious thing to do was what I had suggested way earlier. Everett was rude to the female agent trying to help me, he was rude and uncooperative to me, after I pleaded with him to please remain with us (the female agent didn't have a log in password and was using his which kept locking up as she was taking so long to figure things out) for 5 minutes to get the booking finalized and he just ignored me and left again. She needed his password at least 7-8 times. She was slow and unsure, Everett was rude to me, his coworker and the uhual brand. He should not be dealing with customers what so ever, he may speak softly and calmly but his words, inaction, and lack of respect were beyond acceptable. He should be at most cleaning the returned equipment.

My reservation time was 3:00 on a Sat. There was ONLY ONE employee working behind the counter at a time. That is ridiculous for a Sat. I left the store with our truck at ten minutes till 4:00. As much as I paid to rent a truck, there should certainly be better service.

Hi UHaul Team, I rented a uHaul Friday August 21st from UHaul Moving and Storage of Piedmont Triad Airport in Greensboro, NC. I am not sure who to bring my concerns to because the employee here told me to tell the drop off location store and the drop off location told me to take up these issues with the pickup location. My uHaul was lower on gas than halfway full, it was about 1/3 full and the mileage was wrong by 0.8 miles (see attached photos from uHaul pickup parking lot). Lastly, I did the online checkin to speed up pickup time but it took 45 minutes to get my uHaul rental. The employee was disorganized and didn't seem to understand the system. He gave me a uHaul key and I drove over to the lot and the uHaul was sandwiched in the middle of two other uHauls. I drove back to the store and told him. Then when I told him that the uHaul mileage and gas were off he told me to tell the drop off location. I was late for meeting my movers and was charged for being late because of my issues at this pickup location. I was unable to dispute anything because my link expired that I was texted for checking the uHauls condition. I called the store about all this 4 times and couldn't get through. My whole moving day was affected by this and I feel that I have been wronged in this process. I wish to be reimbursed some from my rental because of the gas and mileage differences than what we're promised. Thank you for the help.
