I extended my rental three more hour was charged another day after I took it back and was told the they was sorry but the person I spoke with gave me incorrect information and that they could not help me. Hung up..Connie L.
they should inform you if not returned on time that you will be charged for another day. I was busy moving and did return it 3 hours later than I expected. When I received the notice that they were trying to reach me it was right at closing and I called at 7:05 and no answer. I di return the truck that same day, but it was not signed in until 7am the next day, which seemed as though I had it over night. I was NOT TOLD THAT upfront. If a customer is able to rent a truck for 24 hours for the same amount they can rent for 8 hours they should make the reservation for 24hours. You should ALWAYS offer the same thing you would want to receive.Hattela R.
Awesome awesome customer service. This is my second move with this location and I have had a great experience. The general manager went over and beyond accommodation when we had an unfortunate incident with our truck lock. He was courteous, responsive, and diligent in solving our problem. The fact I only drove the vehicle three times and the man said it was at half a tank and to come back filled but gave me truck and it wasnt even full when it was givin. Charged me an extra 20 dollars and said I used 7 gallons of gas when the hand didnt even move from the spot.dierdra S.

Only issue with vehicle was a constant squeak in the front brakes when applied. I was treated very well by the staff at this location and I think your mobile app is intuitive and the return process was easy. Will definately use this location again when needed.William V.

My experience with this Uhaul location was horrible. Terrible. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was told by the lady at the counter that they closed at 7:30pm. I got back at 7:13pm and there was someone checking in a truck so i pulled the uhaul truck right behind that one. The guy never came to check my truck in. Then i went to the door it was locked i knocked on the door and nobody came. I sat in my car and tried to do the self check in and my window browser was not working so i went back to the door and knock (mind you there was staff on the building... you could see them standing behind the counter waiting) a lady came to the door and said to try the browser again. I told her multiple times it did t work. I showed her on my phone that it didn't work. She didn't offer to help. Didn't offer to bring me in the store to check the truck in. Didn't offer anything. I got charged with a $20 fee because by this time it was after store hours and when 7:30pm hit everybody came out the store and went to their cars and left! Didn't offer anything!!! Clarify online that your location on W Friendly in Greensboro NC is a rotation location and the trucks must be returned to the same place. When someone books a truck online, they assume all locations follow the same guidelines. If your location is different in any way, it should be clearly spelled out prior to registration confirmation. I read through everything before booking because I was trying to save money, and ultimately I ended up wasting an additional $83 because I had to drive an empty truck back to the original pick-up location rather that one closer to my destination and was charged by the mile.DANA W.
