The app verification took an excessive amount of time and cut into my reservation time. The speed of the technology needs to be improved. The personnel at the location did a great job of explaining the process and made it less stressful.

I was very unhappy with the way you pick. The vehicle up with the quarter tank to gas and you have to bring it back with a quarter tank of gas. ,. That can be difficult when you're not sure how far you're gonna be going. I liked it better when it was full and then you brought it back. Full of gas, comma I half a tank when I brought it back so. I added a quarter tank for free.

I have always been treated kindly and the service team always goes above and beyond to take care of us. From my many experiences, they have always had the truck I reserved, even Juno through hoops for me sometimes when my reservation changes last minute ( nature of the business ) - I know that I can rely on this location and I hope this review helps you decide to use them as well ! Victor V.Wow where to begin - how about the beginning. I reserved a truck the was so low in gas I sputtered to the gas station. My “reward†was a discount, if I brought back the truck properly fueled at 1/4 tank?? So we started our choirs only for my 4 year old daughter asking me - what's this daddy - a fuck'n crack pipe. Seriously. So when I return the truck - I asked for a mgr. He said - wow we banned that chick from using our trucks ever again, we found syringes & other drug paraphernalia. So I figured, I get pulled over - cops see the crack pipe rolling from under the seat, arrest me, take my kid , & I could continue to write - just wow. Do you have kids??
PETER R.When reserved the U-Haul online I was set up for the Pueblo West location. When I went to pick up on the date, time and location they were completely unaware of my reservation. After several minutes they told me it was 14 miles away instead of at the location I reserved. Also, I reserved a a carb trailer and on the day of the reservation they only had a car dolly. I had to tow a car on a dolly from Colorado to New York on a dolly! Additionally, I reserved a furniture dolly for the move but one was not available on the day I moved . Overall, I was completely disappointed with its my decision experience. The location was 14 miles away from the location I reserved, the trailer was not correct and there was not furniture dolly available for me.
Louis D.The guy that works there was very rude and had an attitude and the trailer had electrical issues in the tail light, when I picked up the trailer later that day the lady was nice and helped me to make sure I was ready to go, and she even fixed the light on the trailer. The guy with long hair that works there needs to learn customer service by learning how to talk to the customers and definitely be way nicer. Also need more staff to help other customers as there was only one at a time when I showed up both times and there was line of people waiting. Plus prices are was too high, online gave me a lesser price than what I paid and I could of went to someone else if I new it was going to be more than what I reserved online.

My unit had been broken into from an adjacent unit. •Very tight fit if you have even a small trailer or big, long vehicle. •Mail was repeatedly stolen resulting in payments not received and could not accept electronic payment even from SAME BANK they used. •Inside storage temp supposed to be between 65-80°F, NOPE. Not even close. Gets stupid hot in summer. •Poorly lit for an indoor storage building. Zero light available inside units, bring a bright lantern. •Would not issue refund for pre-payment for no apparent reason. Couldn't mention that when pre-paying for some reason. •Only reason it isn't 1 star is because everyone was friendly & helpful except the little blue-haired girl (I never got her name) who drags the rest down. EVERYONE ELSE was great. •Why on Earth would I try to resolve disputes after the fact ''before commenting''? Only one of the above mentioned issues was a one-off, you failed repeatedly, making me ask for help or recompense for your screw up is just more failure.

Hard to access unit with narrow walk ways and tight corners. Dumpsters are very far from units and full in every case I tried to use them, on more than one occasion they were locked as well so I had no access. Also my move out date was 8/25 not 9/6 but the bill for another month was not unexpected based on the rest of the experience. More money or worse condition are well worth not using this facility. Also attempted to contacted the gms supervisor several days ago and have heard nothing back

(So I thought until I discovered an unauthorized charge) After completing the online reservation and getting my confirmation; I then went to the Uhaul Store the following day where the storage unit was located to checkin for my unit. The new female employee was pleasant but did not know everything she needed to know to complete the transaction in the proper way. The following morning, I decided to check my credit card and noticed I was charged $10.71 that I did not authorize. I immediately called the Uhaul phone number on the receipt. A male answered and I explained why I was calling, he then transfered me to a corporate customer service area and I was placed on hold for approx. 15 mins. I had to explain again why I was calling to the customer service person who answered. He then said the charge was for a lock. The lock should have been free with move-in Promotion. He said he couldnt help with the disputed charge. He said he would have to transfer me to the dispute dept. He then placed me on hold again for another approx. 20 mins. A female named Amanda answered the call, I had to explain again the reason for my call. She was very pleasant and tried to help but said she did all she could do on her part and would have to have management call me. I received a call from Josh, the Manager at the Pueblo, CO Store. I had to explain the issue again. (Now a 4th time) We talked then he began to argue about the way the rental procedure was handled incorrectly verses who should have did what on their end and my end. After insisting him to remove the charge, Josh then refunded the lock charge. I asked and received a email confirmation on the lock charge refund transaction and told him I would be seeing him shortly. I then drove to the storage store, asked for him and waited until he came to the counter. I told him that I did not feel the situation was handled correctly and I did not want to do business with people that made unauthorized charges to my account. I wished to cancel the agreement. I had not moved in yet. I gave him the unopened lock. I requested a receipt copy of the credit card refund on storage cancelation. He instructed the female at the counter to process. I then left and rented another unit from a competitor who was further away. It was done online and completed within 15 mins, no hassles or unauthorized charges made from new location. I will not use or recommend Uhaul in the future.

It was very hot, our moving helpers canceled, leaving my 13 year old and I to load in the desert heat and sun. George recognized our plight, and stepped in to help. I was suffering from heat stroke so George gave us a place to rest and plenty of cool water to reduce our symptoms. Everyone employed at this facility is great, however that day, George took the time to help us get finished with our move out.
