I understand the logic behind having your facility visible from the Interstate, but you can't see it from the tiny frontage road you have to take that can be easily missed to get to your place and Google Maps sends you to Big 5 Sporting Goods, and there is zero signage. Also, they give you a very tight space with poles on both sides to EASILY scrape your truck against when turning into it. Customer Service was excellent though, and very kind.

I rented a 26 foot truck. I did complete walk through. Upon departure drive from Colorado to TN across country the hired personal and I found out the chargers for our phones were completely unfunctional. This was the worst driving experience I have ever had. Having to stop frequently to charge phones at gas stations in order to even have a GPS signal. Two women. I brought my assistant to help with work while I drove and then couldn't even work on a hot spot. WHAT A DISASTER. I would like a refund. Terrible.

The lock was almost unusable, was extremely stiff. Had to turn the key as if opening the lock, in order to get the mechanism to close. Other than that, it was a good experience.

When they say they have reserved a piece of equipment for you, make sure you get it in writing. I “reserved “ a covered trailer there and came back to pick it up the next morning they said they had no record of it and I had to take an open trailer which ruined a bunch of my stuff.

It’s not the location but the process to rent from your corporate redtape trash company. Took forever to get the trailer. Had to call someone for e contact, take a ton of pictures. Pics of me, my truck. Asked what I had for lunch the day before. So stupid... will never rent from “uhual” again if my life depended on it

Tell the dealer at the bed store across the street to not give away reserved trailers. Ours was not there so we had to call corporate and they worked us into this deal here.

The website indicates business hours that are different from the actual business hours. That ought to be fixed. The rental experience was very good, but I would have picked up the truck earlier had I known what the business hours were.

We were very pleased with our rental in Pueblo . This was our fifth Uhaul truck this year and by far , Josh and crew were pleasant and professional . We will use this location again for our rental needs .

Computer and sales clerks phones were unable to down Uhaul site.. you need to equip the employees with better phones to down load information. And upgrade your computers for faster customer service. I did the express on line but it was far from express. System was very slow

While I was picking up my trailer I was told that I had to give them a relatives number that had to answer the phone right then as an emergency contact otherwise I would not be able to rent the trailer. This was around 11:00 am while the general population is working. Had my mother not been around her phone I would’ve been turned away. I have rented U-Haul trucks multiple times and never once had to do this but for a trailer?! Absolutely ridiculous. I will use another company in the future. Most ridiculous “policy” considering they have my credit card as well as my drivers license (which includes an address)

Tell me and other customers the reason for using someone's phone number we're not related to, before renting equipment. You have a Driver's license, a phone number, a credit card, there is NO legal reason to demand a phone number of someone else..NO ONE does this, why U Haul? It's not like those people will be responsible for the trailer if the customer steals it.

only negative comment is my daughter needed to pee and there was no toilet paper in the restroom. also this facility is always so busy they need more help during peak hours to get things faster

My opinion; Putting a person with disabilities on the top floor is shameful. I've used uhaul for 20 years. Here in Colorado. And in other states I ve resided in. So will be removing the personal items

The hours for the facility are not convenient! when your renting a unit. And the price for an 8 °× 10 is pricey. The staff was fantastic Ron gets 10 thumbs up, great guy. And outside guy was great .

had the unit for just 4 days I could have picked up a roof bag to transport the few items for less realized this just after leaving facility at the Walmart across the street ask for refund 80$ 4 days

I have mixed feelings about my help with UHaul. Almost a week after the UBox had been returned to Uhaul I still got yet another call asking if the UBox had been cleared out ... seriously?!

The employees were always very polite and helpful, any time that I visited my storage unit. I was constantly impressed, as they were always, very busy. They do excellent work keeping up with the rush.

U-box did not arrive on time as scheduled, but refund was applied for the number of days late as promised. Location is very busy at times resulting in long wait times.

Trying to charge me for a months rent when they stated I had a free month at the beginning but apparently it wasn't true. Have contacted a lawyer over the matter. Staff wasn't helpful

Storage facility is great. Only problem is the UHaul system is always down when you go to pay your bill most every month... in person or online... very inconvenient but not this facility’s fault.

The storage facility has a keypad for after hours that is nonfunctional so you can't have access after business hours, which is inconvenient if you work late. Otherwise an above average experience
