I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with Uhaul corporate to get my rental released to me. When I got the bill it was supposed to $48 and it was $113 even though I returned the equipment on time and damage free. I'll follow up with this location on getting the balance refunded.

Not sure you want my comment. Staff was nice but only offered one way rental even though I was returning it to the same place. Nice scam extra $50. Rented from you before and didn't have that issue. Brought it back in less than 4 hours. Maybe you can scam someone else before you close today.

Very bad location. I rent all of the time and this was sloppy. It took 45 minutes to be hooked up with nobody else there . Systems were down. Drop off involved me unhitching the trailer.

The reservation for the truck and trailer was messed up when I arrived, the facility canceled my storage reservation with out notice and forced me to get a smaller unit which not everything would fit and had to keep the truck for a couple days late to find some where to put the rest of my stuff which ended up being the trash very un satisfied but I will say the staff was very friendly and helpful

The employee working was friendly and professional but seemed to be the only person there. People make reservations for a particular time and you being understaffed delays everything, which I want to make clear looks bad on the company, not the lone employee.

When I arrived, there was a super long line which was ok because I planned on using the remote check in. I was unable to do so initially because there are many hoops you need to jump through to use it. Fortunately I was able to speak with a customer service rep who walked me through the process. When I dropped the vehicle off at 11pm on Monday Night the parking lot had NO LIGHTS! The sign wasn't even illuminated. I felt very unsafe & not comfortable being there & taking all the photos that are required for drop off. Even the key drop off area was super dark. I called the store the next day to notify them, I was on hold for 20 minutes. Spoke to someone, there was no manager available. She did not even apologize!

1 of the tail lights did not work, no brake light or turn signal, very dangerous. Was told to just not drive at night to be safe. Also the roof leaked and damaged my stereo.

The day I reserved the truck it was obvious that the location was understaffed. It was the beginning of Memorial Day weekend. I only needed the truck for part of a day. Check in on 5/30/22 went smooth as I was the only customer at the time and drop off went well too. Pay your employees for the great work they do for you.

Mite staff. Zachary did a good job but was overwhelmed by customers and as such service time and wait time suffered. He was very polite but again if more teammates were available, customers could be served more effectively. Also, two customers attempted to use debit cards but were denied and there are no ways to inform customers in advance that policy dictates use of credit cards only. This created additional tension in the store and delays to both the active customer and others in line.

Convenient location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Van was spotless and very easy to drive. Would definitely use again. My only complaint is the drop-off process because I kept getting an error with U-Haul not recognizing my location for after-hours drop off.

I don't understand how you can charge for mileage and gas it should be one or the other your advertising states a U-Haul for 19.99 and you end up with 1.09 per mile plus want me to replace the gas that is unacceptable. It should be a flat rate for the day no matter the miles then youpsy for gas. The gas was another 36$ pkust after returning I had to pay for another 60 miles that don't make any sense almost 200$ to use a truck for not even 8 hours that is outrageous.

The people at U-Haul were great but I was charged incorrectly. I was charged for 2 days when I used it for 1 and brought it back before my reservation. I was charged for gas when I brought it back on a fuel tank of gas.

I couldn't understand why I couldn't just book all the details ahead of time and had to explain to three people the route the vehicle would take because they couldn't log it properly. So many phone calls to plan it. Not impressed.

There is a one problem on my final invoice. I put $20 ($4.05 a gallon) gas right next to you guys at speedway and I still got charged $17.25 for gas. How is that possible, I drove the truck for 83 miles. How would the truck need 8 gallons to cover 83 miles? Is the truck average 10 miles per gallon?

I signed up online. When doing so, I opted not to have the insurance coverage. When checking in for the rental I confirmed with the representative that I did not want the insurance. I used the rented vehicle. When I brought the van back the representative reviewed the charges which included the insurance fee. He told me that I should have asked the girl not to include the insurance. When I told him that I did he said there was nothing he could do and “at least it wasn't $100.” I would not recommend this location.

The worst experience I've ever had with any u-haul company! The location is filthy and the equipment is even worse! Odometer couldn't be read and Fuel tank was not where they said it was so I did exactly what I was told and uploaded pictures to the link they sent me! Thank god I took the photos or I would have had no proof! Will never ever use u-haul again at least this location!

This was the first time I used mobile checkin . It is not very easy to navigate if you've never done it before it took me almost 45 minutes. The 17 foot truck I rented had a short in the dash so the speedometer kept going out in the passenger side window was loose and with swing out of position both things are a safety concern

Stephen and his staff are phenomenal and provide excellent customer service. The only recommendation for improvement is that thr storage units need lighting inside as its pretty dark and dangerous. I bumped my head a few times moving things out from the the wood planks above being so low if you have a unit on the lower level. Almost got vertigo, but learned quickly to duct your head when moving things to avoid going to ER.
