the entry code given to me to access the area did not work. Hard to get someone on the phone. I went to the office and had to wait in a line was given a card that did not work. Once in the roll up door was broken. Went back to the office to get a new unit. Back at the storage again, card still not working. Could not get out until someone came in. Very frustrating.

The storage space was perfect! I really didn’t know how much space was needed so they definitely helped me out. It was easy to move into the storage. It’s also secure so I can sleep at night. It’s clean and on site person is also nice and here to help when needed. Will definitely be renting from here this point on!

The outside lights on the building next to mine where out. They have been out for months. I’ve told the office girl twice, she said she informed maintenance, but Maintenance has not made any repairs. No maintenance to this facility is being done.

When got the storage there was a lot of furniture and trash in the hallway. The General store manager asked me was I moving in that day I said no probably buy that Wednesday he said he would have it ready. Wednesday came it was still in the hallway so I called him he came out and move the stuff farther down the hallway and said he would call the moving crew to move it. I waited a whole hour before the general manager got there. When he got there he said he would send me an email for $50 off my next month's rent, which I never got. The move has finally came to move the stuff out of the hallway and it was hard for me to move my stuff in while they was moving the stuff in the hallway out. This all was a mess. I've used this place in the past for storage and Truck Rental, but never again. Plus I did not have access to enter the storage I had to call the manager numerous of time to get a code to get in. Finally I went to the store on Kiest and Westmoreland and got them to reactivate my card. In the store was the general manager again ask him about the email of the $50 off next month rent he was supposed to send. He said he would do it right then again I still never got it. I just moved out the storage and was only there one month. I moved to another storage I got tired of dealing with the confusion. All the other employees was very nice and helpful except the general manager full of lies. I do not recommend this site on Kiest and Westmoreland to no-one!

It has been a good experience. There needs to be signs regarding controlled storage location, it is hard to tell where they are located.

I rented this storage for over a yr and when I went to retrieve my property my storage unit was full of dead mice and dropping just nasty and smelly. This problem needs to be fixed

26' can't turn b/t buildings leaving us to unload furniture, move it to the opposite end (outside), & back up the starting end through an interior hallway. Was told we could drive up to the unit.

Do not rent from them the one off red bird they are rude and have very bad attitude. They don't explain anything to you. Bad customer service all way around.

The self check out is not a good idea. Everything is confusing. If the person name you put down doesn't answer, it takes longer. I will never use this service again, I would rather go to a location with a live person.
