My storage unit was illegally evicted my things were thrown in the dumpster and the unit was cleared out by the property manager and whoever she had working for her that day! After removing a few items I came back the next day and my remaining belongings were gone into the dumpster . I paid for the entire month I gave no notification that I was completing the rental agreement.

However, I called into the location on 3165 S Westmoreland Rd Dallas, TX 75233, and the male who answered was extremely unprofessional and basically playing on the phone. I did bring it to his attention. My payment went up a month after I started my account which I do not appreciate and you do not give pro-rated refunds if your customers do not use their full month, but other storage companies do. These two issues are why I would not recommend to a friend.
