Actually have a Dropbox for your keys. I searched around the whole building for the orange dropbox, but they didn’t have any. I’d recommend fixing that so I don’t have to slide them under the doormat.

There was only ONE person working the desk at 1130. I had to have the truck in Ft. Worth by 1PM to pickup a model train layout for a train show. it was after NOON before I was able to leave with the truck, even AFTER I had pre-registered. very frustrating!!!

Focus one customer at a time and don’t have customers waiting for over 15-20 minutes because you chose to assist someone else in the process This was irritating Be respectful of the customers time

I wish someone would have told me how to return the item when done. I was worried it would have got stolen so I waited until the morning. Also, when I got the item, I tried to log on for condition and it said it was expired. I needed more time to get it home and look at it. Now, the man the helped me in the morning, saw me in line and took me aside to help me check it in. Give that guy a raise. I was able to only be a few mins late for work. Very helpful The trailer was amazing to haul and really helped out our camping experience.

The location is awesome! Best Uhaul location I've ever rented from. The after hours check in on the website is horrible. After spending 30 minutes on site try to check in, I gave up and called customer service. Had to hold for 30 minutes with customer service so I spent an hour trying to check in the trailer. Again, this has nothing to do with the actual facility, which was awesome!

Computer system did not work. I had to use my personal phone to photograph my DL and then email it. One agent informed me that there would be a mileage charge on the trailer. I agreed as long as he could show me the odometer on the trailer. Agent wanted to check the trailer lights before the wiring was connected. Unfortunately your trailers are not wireless. You can't make this stuff up.

On top of poor customer service, they didn't remount my muffler after installing a trailer hitch, causing damage to my muffler.

Amazing experience! The owner helped us choose the lowest price vehicle for what we needed, though it was at another location. We really appreciated her help and kindness- it was even at closing time. I started with a negative attitude, and ended up with a good trip and being very thankful!

Make sure you get Insurrance for your rental so there is no headache. I got insurance for the moving truck and not for the dolly, the doily is old and the rear light is hold up by zip tie. Didn’t think much of it. Return the rental and got charge $95 because the dolly light is missing. Suck.

The wait time was ridiculous. The service was great but you clearly need more help. Two gentlemen dealing with the returning customer and new customer is ridiculous. They had me waiting 1 hour to return my vehicle. Constant sorry sir... Sorry sir... Not a great experience.

Bringing it back at 9:45 the same day . Had a hard time registering online while at the the drop off place . So made a call and get charged $20 extra . Bad service !!!! To get charged $20 while I bring it back the same day .

Very disorganized check-in; many employees seem unfocused on efficiency. Computer problems added to the delays, but we were just awestruck by the relaxed, unconcerned approach. Took us over an hour to get out with a cargo trailer, AFTER reserving in advance, and checking in online. Not sure what is the point of checking in online, as I had to resubmit all of my information on arrival.

The service was great and very professional, my only issue was how long it took to receive service. They needed to have more people in this time at that location. It’s a four day weekend.

Our church has undergone a major renovations and UHaul have been very accomodating to supply us with a storage unit, dollies and other supplies to assist in our move. Always had what we needed when we

This location is very small. I had asked for a climate controlled unit and when I got there such a unit wasn't available. No elevator made moving things difficult.
