Took forever to get my vehicle because the app wouldnt work right and then I was trying to get checked in the guy at the counter started helping someone else. Also the van smelled awful like they pit some floral smell in the vents. And the windshield had a very large crack in it.

The truck wasn’t pulled out or ready, which resulted in waiting over thirty minutes. U-Haul employees didn’t arrive until 7:15 a.m.

Saturdays at this location is difficult. You will wait in line and probably up to 30min even though there is only 3-4 people in front of you. Typically one person behind the counter. Knowing this I tried the Quick Check-in but it didn't save any time.

You're agent emwas very unfriendly and cold it seemed like he was bothered instead of being curtious.. Never go back again I will keep looking as a Muslim with a beared till I die

My back says you need to delete the ramp and install lift gates instead. Low deck helps, but very heavy cartons are still hard to handle by oneself. Just being whiney. Otherwise a good rental experience, as usual.

I am disappointed with this rental as I was over charged for equipment I did not use. I am a frequent customer of this Uhaul location and return because of the previos positive experiences. I notified Uhaul of the billing mistake through the online customer service portal but received no follow up reply. I don’t know where the failure occurred but the end result proved very poor customer service

There were way too many trucks dropped off on the lot...literally no room to park/return the truck. The only place that had Key Drop written was by the main door. Within the door there used to be an opening which is now filled in with concrete. Key return needs to be labeled, it was in a detached storage unit on the side of the building if I put it in the right place. I called to be sure and the 24/7 people transferred me to a local line that nobody would be around to answer until 7 am...not helpful.

The young man that helped me completely messed up my reservation. I still have unresolved billing issues. I have been over charged. I was less than impressed with the owner. One of his employees came to him with a question and he barked back that he didn’t have time to help. He told the employee just to go figure it out. Store was messy and unorganized.

The truck was not clean when I got it with rotting avocados inside. I was given no paperwork on how much fuel to return the truck with.

This location is very small. I had asked for a climate controlled unit and when I got there such a unit wasn't available. No elevator made moving things difficult.
