Pick up of the small trailer went well - staff was helpful and friendly. Drop off was laughably rude. Counter person and check in person seemed angry to be working. Neither made even an attempt to be friendly or helpful. When I asked for the manager, counter person just pushed a deck of biz cards across the counter - no apology, no attempt to see what went wrong. Left a voice mail for the GM - of course, no return call. I'm not much on doing reviews, but this was so hilariously rude I had to say something.KEVIN G.
My belongings were infested with roaches and now i have to deal with roaches at my new residence the staff was friendly and helpful so i cant say anything bad about them but there is clearly a bug problem that needs be addressed perhaps spray more or leave baits to draw them away from the units.. the company could also look into making the units impenetrable to insectsGerald B. | Overall Experience

The reserved trailer was not available. The chains would not fit on my truck so could not use the replacement trailer. The person who said the trailer was incompatible due to the chains not working with my vehicle said they would cancel and refund but did not. I am still trying to resolve the issue and will report it to my credit card if not addressed quickly. Home Depot was able to accommodate and I will recommend them over U-Haul.Allen R.

Bigger Truck I reserved online was taken by another location as I was in line. Smaller truck cost me more in time, mileage, and labor. Not really the store as employee was professional. first trailer hooked up, one of the lights wasn't working. This trailer was covered in mud. Upon returning the trailer I ultimately used I was charged a cleaning fee because it had a few leaves on it. I could have cleaned in 60 seconds with a broom, if only I had a broom. I understand the fee, just ridiculous for a few leaves when I was initially given a filthy trailer.BRENT D.

The 15-foot truck I was assigned is the worst truck I've been assigned by any rental company (including U-Haul) in the past 20 years among many dozens of rentals. If this had been my first rental from U-Haul, it might very likely been my last because the truck felt like it should have been junked years ago. From a missing driver's seat armrest to a transmission linkage that needed serious adjustment or repair, the truck seemed junky.David L.

The guy who completed my rental seemed very indifferent. To say the equipment was "clean and well maintained" means it got me from point A to point B. It was a typical UHaul that had been used on countless occasions. The location seemed generally understaffed. It took too much time to get in and out and when I returned the UHaul, there was not anyone in the office at all. I guess they were checking in vehicles, so I just dropped it off and walked around the building to find someone and let them know I had just dropped off the vehicle.PAUL F.

When my phone died trying to do the mobile get your truck gig. Improve your computer speeds!! I did the early check-in as it always seems to take so long to check in. Team is great and hooking up the trailer to the car was great but the computers are always so slow. I know it's a weird request but it happens all the time. I tried to return the vehicle after hours. The app did not work. I called the national call center and they said that they would put a note on my order so I would not have a surcharge. My bill arrived and the surcharge was on the bill. I was told that this is not a national policy but a local decision. I am now spending way too much time trying to get my overcharge back. We specifically requested 24 hour access as we needed to put in all of our stuff past office hours. When we got to the facility, the storage room which we paid for was locked and we will we’re given no keys, we had already loaded our U-Haul van with our furniture. We were asked to repeat sensitive information no less than 3 times. We didn't get the impression that our business and especially our time mattered. Employees weren't urgent and lacked the knowledge needed to serve us the way we needed to be served. There were about 4 people who needed to service us. We arrived a few minutes after 5pm on a Friday and left close to 8.pm The only thing we needed to do was return our truck, get a storage unit, and move the things out of our truck into our unit. If needing U-haul services and products in the future, this will not be the location we seek said services and products.
