Have used UHAUL too many times to count and the product and service has always been great... The things that I might mention is your UHAUL Network Computer Systems as the customer checks in/out seems to be a bit antiquated, slow. Additionally, if your same system had memory of a customer to shorten the check-in process by storing the customers information by DL/Phone Number, etc... Thank you, David Bell

One person on the cashier ain’t going to operate a uhaul company, 50 minutes just to pick up the truck that’s already been booked online, horrible timing. Need to get better, how ever the cashier was really nice and she did her job, it’s just not right or fair.

One of the workers had a major attitude problem. Drive a total of 7 miles and there was a problem with the gas so the bill totaled ~$118 due to gas. Not sure how this happened with only going a total of 7 miles. The worker asked if we left the vehicle running, which we did not. They eventually waived the fee but it was not a pleasant experience.

The girl was rude, she needs more customer service training

When I arrived there was nobody at the counter. Three customers were waiting for at least 5 min and there was no staff inside the store. One customer that had arrived before me was serviced first, but I had an existing reservation. Maybe that doesn't matter, but at least it should be communicated that first come first served. The lady that took my order was not very friendly nor helpful in answering questions about loading furniture and how to secure it on the pickup truck, but that type of advice is probably not her responsibility anyways. It just would have been a bonus to have somebody explain the size of dolly needed or type of fastener. A smile or a more friendly demeanor would also have been a bonus. It was a very transactional experience.

This location was great, but my overall experience was not . I made the reservations two months prior to pick up at the location on LBJ and Shiloh Rd. When I got there, they said that it was an open trailer. That is NOT what I had reserved. Note---I exp that I rent this same trailer every year and I told him when I made the reservations that this is what I wanted. So the trailer that I wanted was all prev rented and they did not have anymore. So they offered me another larger size. I said ok, but for the same price. The manager stated no. They found me another location, which is the one in Richardson--the one you sent this survey for. I got over there, and they had reserved the same trailer that I had said no to at the other location---an open trailer. After discussing w/ the manager at that location, they finally let me take the closed trailer that I had wanted in the beginning. Not sure what Is going on with the company, but you need to fix it. Otherwise, I will find another place to take my business.

I've rented from this location many times before. Previous to this morning, the daily rate was for 24 hours. today it changed to HAD to be back by 6:00PM. Made arrangements in my schedule to have cargo van, which there was several when I arrived and several when I returned, NO ONE WAS AROUND TO CHECK ME IN. Other people were in the show room waiting with no help in site. After waiting 10-15 minutes I started yelling "HELLO!!!" No answer! Walked around the outside of the building yelling "HELLO". NO one around anywhere. I finally called haul 800 number but didn't get through. Called the 972# on the side of a truck and Seaun answers and immediately puts me on hold. Walked back into show room and Seaun is behind the desk and I ask him "Whats going on here? I've been waiting for 20 mins. He tells me he's busy and there isn't 5 of him to go around". NICE! U-HAUL GO FUCK YOURSELF! I don't need this shit.

Everything went fine until my receipt was issued. I was charged $179.95 for storage that was supposed to be free. After several attempts to reach out for help I was told it would take 3 to 5 days to clear my checking account. This error caused my account to go into overdraft (first time ever for me). I have yet to see an apology from U-Uhaul. I am upset. Please respond.



There was a young female employee who continuously kept chatting (about non-business related topics) & flirting with the young male Service Rep who was attempting to assist me with my contract & answer my questions. The female employee kept interrupting our business conversation with No regard to the fact that The Service Rep & I were trying to conduct the business at hand, get my contract explained & signed, process my credit card info, etc. I was offended by her rudeness & it was obvious that my Service Rep was uncomfortable & embarrassed over her immature and inappropriate behavior. She obviously needs some supervision & guidance in how to perform professionally in a business atmosphere!

too expensive Started with $29.99, but ended up paying $195.00 just for 3 hours, I hate the $.79 / Mile, , and fill up of the gas tank $29.00 , the $14.00 insurance, and all the other extras un necessary charges it is highway robbery . never again
