The guy who completed my rental seemed very indifferent. To say the equipment was "clean and well maintained" means it got me from point A to point B. It was a typical UHaul that had been used on countless occasions. The location seemed generally understaffed. It took too much time to get in and out and when I returned the UHaul, there was not anyone in the office at all. I guess they were checking in vehicles, so I just dropped it off and walked around the building to find someone and let them know I had just dropped off the vehicle.

I have no suggestions for improvements, but I do think that this is the best location I have ever dealt with. The employees Danielle, Dakota, and the young black gentleman (sorry I've forgotten his name) made a fantastic team. Store and storage were clean as could be. Also the 99cent special on storage ....Great.Idea!! This was the best uhaul experience I have ever had. This review is late. Sorry!

When I arrived, 2 employees were not wearing masks properly. One under his nose and one woman took her mask down to her chin. The truck I rented had a driver side mirror that would not stay in one place... it rotated in the wind as I drove.

Even though the equipment was clean, there was some damages that had yet to be repaired. The whole process of picking up the equipment was extremely easy! What made the whole process easy was me making a reservation online.

The trailer lights connector was too short so the cable ripped my 5 pin adapter out and damaged my trailer plug. I told the attendant and he said it should be OK.

When my phone died trying to do the mobile get your truck gig. I walked inside and there was two gentleman and a lady and when I asked if they could help me everyone of them tried to walk away so they wouldn't have to and the gentleman that I guess was left didn't walk away fast enough seemed beyond bothered

Improve your computer speeds!! I did the early check-in as it always seems to take so long to check in. Team is great and hooking up the trailer to the car was great but the computers are always so slow. I know it's a weird request but it happens all the time. Team is good to explain what's taking so long but get it fixed.

Was charged for 3 days rental on a 4 hour rental. No response from General manager after phone call or email. Have never had this issue before, I'm sure I won't have this experience with uhaul again because I won't be back.

I tried to return the vehicle after hours. The app did not work. I called the national call center and they said that they would put a note on my order so I would not have a surcharge. My bill arrived and the surcharge was on the bill. I was told that this is not a national policy but a local decision. I am now spending way too much time trying to get my overcharge back. Not good!

Truck had transmission issue. Reported at the time of check out. I gave no hope they will take seriously. As soon as I was applying break it sounded like I am applying heavy acacccelerator.

The staff on duty, young male, rude very unhelpful. On returning there was no one in the office for 10 minutes but the young lady who came and checked me out was more friendly. Customer service is so ditached from the customer
