Pam SI am absolutely disgusted with the fact you expect your customers to drive to a different location after I specifically reserved a trailer at a different location and no one offered to bring a trailer down to that location. That is the very point of a reservation is to ensure a trailer is there for use. Now had I went to book it and it was not available to reserve well then that I could understand.

Mohamed BMy suggestion is for corporate. I needed to move my drop off location and called the main site. After a few minutes it would bounce me to a regional site. Unfortunately as sweet as everyone was at the regional site they are unable to change my drop off. So they would connect me to corporate again, only to bounce me back to regional again. After an hour of this I finally got a regional person that was able to contact corporate. And they were able to help. That was pretty frustrating that corporate either would bounce or not allow regional to do more. It has to be one or the other

Brian BThe pick-up location listed here wasNOT the original pick-up location. We reserved well over a week in advance and it was confirmed that the correct truck was available to us at the Winona location where we live. With less than 24 hours before our scheduled time, we receive a call from U-haul that we have to drive to Rochester to pick up our reserved truck as it wasn't available in Winona. We have about 50 miles to Rochester so suddenly a 100 mile roundtrip. No offer of discounts or anything. Exceptionally poor customer service. Simply beyond unacceptable. We will avoid U-haul at all costs for our future moving needs because of no concern f for customers. When you reserve something and are told it is available, you expect it to be so. If u-haul valued their customers they would make sure to get the equipment to the Winona location, or if not at the very least offer some serious discount for such a major inconvenience!

Dave BWe had mixed feelings about our experience. We chose remote check-in, but unfortunately the app did not work, so we still had to go inside. We then waited about 20 minutes to be helped because the location appeared to be short staffed. The check-in process was frustrating and much more difficult than expected. Check-out, however, was a much better experience. A staff member helped us right away when we returned the equipment and was friendly and efficient. Overall, the equipment itself was clean and well maintained, but the remote check-in process definitely needs improvement.
Choua VThe van I rented for the weekend to move a family member was current, clean, and a breeze to drive. It was well maintained and made moving a cake walk. The local staff were professional and courteous . The only improvement I would make is improve the road surface around the location and the entrance signage.

LOGAN S | First ImpressionsWhen I went to empty out my storage unit, I had mouse droppings and pretzels (not from me) all over my stuff. I showed the worker there and he said there should have been a mouse trap in my unit but there clearly wasn’t. I haven’t unpacked my stuff yet to see if there is further damage but now I get to spend several more hours cleaning all my property of mice contamination. Not happy about that. Plus the lady I spoke to when ordering the unit explained a completely different unit style and location. She said ground floor and I was not on ground floor, she said the unit had a loft and it did not. Honestly I’m not even sure she knew what she was talking about. Also The latch needs to be oiled. It’s almost finger breaking to unlatch the unit door.

Albert V | Online Move InThe facility was well maintained and the staff are great, but there were three reason I gave below average score; 1. Not having 24 hr access or at least til 9pm. 2. The door closest to my unit that was supposed to be unlocked during business hours never was. I’m a disabled veteran with mobility issues and had to walked further because the door was never unlocked. 3. My storage fee went up twice. It was only a small amount each time but the first time was after only a few months into moving in.
