UHAUL mobile check-in would not function properly. Check-In was delayed by 2 hours due to system issues Gas gauge was lower than the paperwork Cargo Van's check engine light was still on Cargo Van's "air pressure" indicator was malfunctioningJeffery M.
We were originally scheduled to drop this truck off at another location on Old Jacksonville Rd and the representative there refused the truck indicating the facility was full. That individual was not helpful at all and does not represent your company well. The folks on Loop 323 were very professional and accommodating in accepting the vehicleWilliam M.

It's somewhat difficult to enter due to a tight lane and no room to park due to the storage area gate access. Especially with a trailer. Otherwise site is fine.JOHN W.

Do NOT assign a drop off location without the customer's consent. I was assigned a drop off location by U-Haul (not the pick up clerk) when the pick up clerk told me that it was left open. This caused much trouble when I dropped the truck off thinking that I could choose a location after I arrived at my destination.rebacca freeman M.

When I dropped off the trailer, I asked the guy for proof that I drop off the trailer and he seemed bother. So then he told me , he will have eto take me to the office to get one. Then I started to provide him with my info just in case he needed to find me in the system and he gave me an attitude saying that he got it. Then he printed the receipt and he turn to the side to look at his phone and gave me the receipt. I say thank you so much and he didnt say a word as he was more interested in his phone. He didn't even look at me. It looked like he was really mad because I asked for a receipt. I honestly think that this place had the worst customer service I have seen.GIOVANNI F G.

BIG operation going on here, and very well maintained. Some of the friendliest and knowledgeable Uhaul employees I've worked with, if not THE Friendliest. John and James made my day easy. This is the uhaul I'm going to from now on.Zane H.
The people at this location were fine. However, to get to them took a ridiculous process of going to the website, entering lots of info, ordering what I wanted, then being told it wasn't available only after I ordered, then calling in, then being directed to a prior UHaul location, which didn't have the trailer I wanted or the trailer I ordered, but one in between with no ramp, then more phone calls to get me this location, which had this trailer. This trailer was an absurdly heavy 1240 trailer that fits one motorcycle, compared to my 400lb trailer that carries two bikes. My car really struggled to pull this absurdity, though it does fine with two bikes on my trailer. I wanted a trailer, not an Abrams tank. Even the motorcycle trailer I first wanted is over 800lb. The weight and lack of space on the trailer made the trip decidedly worse.BRIAN H.

The location was easy to find and get into. However, I wish that the after-hours drop was more clearly marked and had corresponding directions to what is seen online. Calling the number on the door was great, and the nice man helped us, so all was good! Small thing, but the area needs to be a little bit more well-lit and accessible for after hours pick up (so you don't have to park in a somewhat dark area, then step down a huge step in order to get to the drop box). It was fine for us, but It might feel different if you were by yourself or waiting for a ride pick up.Sarah J.

Office staff was super friendly, and explained everything to expect. Windshield was filthy inside and out. Had to spend 15 min. cleaning it before starting out. Engine was sluggish, even on small hills. 26,000 odometer miles might mean a tuneup is due, or maybe retire this van? Air conditioner was the greatest. 96 degrees outside; perfect inside the cab.Wendell H.

There was only one person at the location when we arrived to pick-up the equipment and he was working under the hood of a truck. There were at least four customers waiting in line to pick up. I had checked in on-line but it still took an hour and a half to get my equipment.David P.

I am very disappointed with this experience today. O was given a truck that was passed Empty. Told to go the the nearest gas station. Do not feel like that was appropriate for them to do. Will I Come to that location again. Not unless I just have toPATRICIA S.
Upon returning my rental they did not put it in the system. They called me three times asking when I would return the truck after I'd returned it 5 hours earlier than scheduled due back. Then they charged me for fuel when it had been filled back up to requested amount.Caitlin W.
