How U-Haul Reviews WorkYes the facility was nice but I dont believe that everything was handalled correctly instead of sending me a notice that my unit was about to be late they charged me a late fee and I was going to take my stuff out of the unit and they charged me for another month even though I had take everything out of my unit and told them I do not want another month of my unit

You can’t get in and out of the parking lot very the storage facility was hard to drive in because of the road conditions and the storage door doesn’t stay open so it just completely falls and when I talk to the people online, they said one price and inside the store was completely different price

Billy B | Overall ExperienceI called to ask if the 15x10 unit was available and if the 1 month free promotion applied for renting a truck. The website was showing 3 available. The representative at the facility said there were no 15x10 climate controlled units at the facility. I settled for reserving a 10x10. Upon arriving I discovered that I was instead given 2 5x10 units. I called to solve the issue and got the same rep on the phone. She said 2 5x10 units were the same as a 10x10. I explained that even though the square footage was the same, I needed 10x10 feet with NO divider in the middle which is what I reserved. She blamed it on "the system" and insisted 2 5x10s where the same as a 10x10. After arguing with her for some while I said that I could make 3 5x10s work. She said "okay so thats the same as a 15x10" (its not). "I can just put you in the 15x10 thats in the same building". Keep in mind this is the SAME woman who told me they DO NOT have ANY 15x10s when I called the first time. The facility is also poorly maintained. The barb wire is cut along the entire back fence and theres trash everywhere. Over all extremely disappointed and will not be using this location again.

Don R | First ImpressionsFirst month or so half my belongings got ruined because of a leak in the storage which most of it was my deceased son belongings was promised that my storage would be moved and I would be compensated Never was they have a rat problem when I got ready to retrieve my belongings most of it was ate up by rats had rat pee and poop all over it thousands of dollars worth of things multiple dead rats in my unit very disgusting and disappointing
