Quote one price and different when time to pay. Picked up truck in one location dolly in another. Pick up dolly and 3 trucks of same size at that location. Returned truck and dolly at location texted to me. Then get 3 or 4 callls looking for it stating it was supposed to go to different locations too. Had a bad day with this extra. Problem got solved in the end.

The trailer was in poor shape and in need of repair. Not a trailer you want start a 450 mile trip with!!! They had another trailer that looked new. Why they did not give me that one, I will never know. Also When I called the 1 800 number to set up the rental, the lady I talked to, set me up to pickup the trail at 8 am on Saturday with a store that was not open on Saturday. NUTS!!!! I had to call another store to get a trailer.



I had a pick up time. Had to wait outside in the cold for guy. Called him & he suggested I do it on line! I told him I didn't have wifi. He finally showed up 25 minutes later, very sloppy, pants unbuttoned! Not too impressed. When I brought back the van, lady was very professional.

This location is one of my favorite places to rent. I would just like to mention that I drive an extra 9 miles to do my business at this location the staff is amazingly helpful and as always very pleasant to deal with... Your agents need to explain what the customer is signing for. We got charged for insurance and the agent DID NOT tell us we were signing for it.

When we got to the location, the computers were not working correctly. I had created an account on my phone thinking that the pick-up time would be faster but it took us aver 45 minutes to get our vehicle. The young lady at the location was definitely uncomfortable at the delay and tried numerous times to restart the computers and even tried to get on using her cell phone.

The location was fine and I had no issues with them. The entire rental process when we had to call twice because we didn’t get a confirmation or call from our location of choice to the return of our equipment when the store in Midland didn’t check in our equipment until I called 5 times, sent a customer service complaint, and actually drove to the store, was a bad experience. We will seriously consider your competitors if we need to rent again.



Rented a trailer but equip on contract didn't match what we actually had in possession. The other u-haul location contacted police. I contacted this location back to verify the equipment and they were able to clear things up, because the contract was not updated. She took it upon her self to make the call to the other location and get things taken care of. I can appreciate that, but we didn't get a call back to follow up on what happen. we had to hear it from the police.
