Roger MIt’s very tight, and the driveway was blocked by trucks. It was difficult to take our rented truck out, we had to shimmy out of the entrance. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience for the type of experience.

William DI am very angry about this booking. I reserved a truck on Wednesday for a same-day rental on Saturday. My pickup location was changed without my consent. I discovered the issue on Friday and changed it back to the Rosemead/Mission location. THEN YOU HAD THE BALLS TO CHANGE IT BACK on Saturday morning to the San Gabriel/Railroad location without my approval, for some unknown reason. WTF! I read the email while I was driving to pick up the truck. There were plenty of trucks sitting there to choose from, so why the hell are you telling me there isn't a truck for me to pick up? FOS. I will never f'ing make another booking because YOU TRIED TO MANIPULATE ME INTO USING A LESS POPULAR LOCATION FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT. You obviously think your customers are garbage. Ditto. I'll treat you the same way. I'll never have a kind word to say about booking online or using your app ever again.
Ken TAt the store level, the manager is a hungry and thirsty person that cannot understand that life is unexpected and shouldn't pull a truck prior to the return or send a repo truck to pick it up while the truck is being in use. Regardless you've always got your money, so why can't I get my use also, they miscommunicate them mileage all the time when I told them, I needed it for unlimited mileage turns out there's no such thing with with you hall, so why be honest, why not be honest and put that on your ADS and put that on everything else you're going to get your karma 1 day, and you're going to get Show my\nAttorney , if not respected and honored as a customer

JOHNNY HHad no problems renting and dropping off equipment, and staff were friendly. Spacing of the trucks was concerning at first when pulling out but thankfully no other issues.

Bob FI rented and paid for a dolly, but it was not provided in the truck at pickup. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and made moving my items much more difficult. I should not be charged for equipment that was not available. Very disappointed with this experience.

VICTOR CI rented the U-Haul the truck the handling was terrible above 40 mpg It wasn’t stable The ignition key was bended a little took me couple of times each time to start the ignition When I handed the u-haul to location ,I told the guy this U-haul needs to be checked it’s not safe Other than that the staff and team were friendly , helpful

Antonio EI'm not sure there's anything that could be done to improve on what was a great experience at this U-Haul location. I had reserved the pickup truck online the day before, so the wait was minimal and very fast! The U-Haul customer assistance/sales/rental agent onsite, Joanne Inouye was very professional, personable, friendly and expeditious in her role there. I hope I remembered her first name correctly! :p Last name is definitely correct because we talked about the two Inouye sisters I went to high school with years ago and thought she may be related, but no. lol.... Overall a great experience!!
Mark NSuper service, efficiency, clean vans, and a reasonable price, always. This is the only location we deal with satisfactorily and highly recommend.
